I went to brandfactory in mumbai at kandivali location.
i purcharsed 3 shirts, at 40 % off, there was clearly mentioned that its 40 % off + 200 on exchange item of shirts.
i purchased and came back to home, when i was matching the bill with my clothes amount. i found its all fake.
no one item has been calculated with 40 % discount + 200 rs .
none of the product has accurate price.
ex. 1 shrts price is 1699 nd they charge me 1131.
According to calculation 1699 * 40% = 679, 1699-679 = 1020 - 200 = 820 is the right price for that product.l

Bill has been attached, i need my money back, worst service. if you cant provide offers dont give it, but dont do fake things. it will break all loyality amongst future group. as brand factory/

    We are regular visitors of nacharam showroom and today we decided that it is not a worthy shop any more due to very insensitive response and behaviour from a billing person. It was utterly disgusting experince. If someone cares for their customers. Requesting them to take appropriate corrective and preventive action to avoid unpleasantness and heartburn to the customers. I will be a nolonger a customer for this brand

    Today l went to showroom for replace the products that time l saw their is big communication gap between sales representative & billing operator because of them l suffer in big problem their also l had written about that but it's effects on company brands & it's not good

      This complaint is regarding the status of my refund for order number 2904913. 2 shirts worth 498 rupees had been returned 6 days ago. Since then there have not been any updates. Also 4 other shirts in the same order have not been sent.

      There is no way to communicate with you people.
      No response online or via calls.

      Hence, i am cancelling my next order worth 1100 rupees which had to be delivered today. Sick of dealing with you people.

      This complaint is regarding order no. 2904913. Xpressbees awb no.[protected]. The order was supposed to have 5 t shirts worth 1371 rupees. I was called by pantaloons customer care and told that 1 of the shirts worth 225 rupees will not be present in the package. Then the delivery guy turns up asking for 1371 rupees for the package. What am i supposed to do now? I can't open and check if it has 5 shirts or not before paying. Why is the package charging price for 5 shirts when i was told only 4 would be sent? As usual, one is responding to my email or calls at customer care.
      Hence i have to reject the package.
      Also, my previous package in which 2 shirts worth 498 rupees was returned has still not been refunded.

        I bought a ballerina from the pantaloons at saket select city walk. Upon purchasing, i was told that if i have any issues with it, i could return it within 15 days. When i went to the store for exchange, they completely refused for the same. Even upon repeated requests, they did not get my point. I wouldn't have bought that size in the first place, had i not been told by the salesman that i could change it within 15 days! I would have thought twice before buying that! Most of the major brands accept exchanges/returns. I do not understand why pantaloons is creating such problem for its customers!!

          Harrased by security guards today 10 th oct 2018 at 9 10 pm in agartala m. L. Plaza pantaloon showroom. They did not give the bag token but they asked to produce the token. When we told that you did not give the token the told that they are 100 percent sure that they have given the token. And my wife check her bag several times but she did not find the token with her. After few times it was found with the security guard. Its very disgusting situation. I think this should not happen with other customer also. And should take necessary action in this regard.

            I have purchased garments worth rs.6305/-vide invoice/reciept number:p197002i18015290 on[protected]Time 19.03 as per the reciept). Initially i had purchased two shirts and one pant. The salesman briefed me about the offer for getting dinner set made me purchase two more shirts considering the gift offer. But at the gift counter i was told to come two days later as the gift is over. Again after three days i have gone to them for the gift after the office hours to hear that still they don't have the gift and i have to wait for some more days and register my name and address which i did not agree as it is not possible for me to go to collect the gift from the pantaloons as already i have spend two days. Now i am requesting you to send the gift to my office adsress :subrata debnath, senior manager (Finance), tripura natural gas company limited, khejurbagan, near ginger hotel. Cell no-[protected], failing which i will lodge complain at consumer forum as it is breach of sales conditions.

              Receipt no-p196003i18009888 and p196002i18011739
              Purchase for rs. 3897.00 and rs 2003.00 respectively. Thus i am bound to get the gift i. E. Borosil dinner set according to your advertisements but
              They failed to give me the gift item. I have visited pantaloons at kanchrapara and chandan nagar and they have failed to give me the gift. As a customer this is very unsatisfactory. Hope you check my complaint and kindly have a look at this problem. It would be very grateful to have an answer when do i receive my gift.
              P. S - if you like to give gifts you must preserve the due items and inform accordingly.

                I'm a very regular customer to pantaloon begumpet. For the first time i visited nacharam branch today with a horrific experience from the management.

                We shopped the cost of aproxx 12 k of kids clothing. We were given an - pay 11rs and get a cook n serve set of 3 containers.
                But the billing staff suggested to make 2 different bill's to claim the - pay 600 rs for a scratch card gift.
                They kept changing / shuffling between 3 computers to finish the bill's but in vain, blaming the slow server. But the real reason was that the billing staff were unable to tackle to break the tolat amount into 2 bill's.
                They kept us waiting for 40 min in the counter with 2 of my kids getting restless.
                I have seen any billing that took this long. So as my husband was getting impatient, i suggested to ask their manager to come to help us.
                One of the floor staff shouted loud that manager is sitting out having tea - far from the shop and that he might not be come to help the billing.
                Upon insisting - here comes h. Venkatesh not even apologized to us obviously we looked so impatient to get the bill's, he insted eyeballed us, spoke very rudely to the billing staff n spat out few words at the billing staff n left. His behavior put my over the top of the cliff.
                I asked of his identity n was told that h. Venkatesh is the guy from inventery and not the manager. At this stage it was over 1 hour of wait at the counter with my kids who were in tears looking at the situation.
                Then i asked the so called floor manager to call the store manager who comes to the billing counter after 15 min of the call made. He stood watching, dint identify himself for 10 mins (Dint have a id card either). When asked for the manager, then he comes up saying that he is the, "soul head" of the shop.
                He kept lying that we were only waiting for 15 mins, though it was 1hr. 30 min at that time waiting for billing.
                Here he starts his cheap tricks of saying that he was called 15 min ago, though he was sitting far from store to hv tea.

                He was not giving his id when asked. So i wanted to get his photo. This made his nervous and anxious and rest is all in the cctv and the floor staff n billing staff n h. Venkatesh.

                I want pantaloons, nacharam. To survey the cctv on the 3rd sept 20018 at 5 pm approx. I and my hubby with my 2 girls were i'll treated by - so called store manager, who dint even empathized with the customers who were waiting 1hr 30 mins.
                I want justice. After cctv n all the staff who were on duty on 3 rd sept at 5 pm at nacharam branch.
                I want an explanation and wish that this - so called store manager to apologize to me.
                The store caused us n my 2 girls great emotional stress and left us in shame as the store manager was shouting n was more of a rowdy.
                With very sad heart n my girls crying it was a situation of deformation.
                Shame on this manager n pity on the stores.

                  This is to inform you all team that i was visited to your brand and this is my third time shopping. And i won’t feel good at billing. I was informed to call management and they took to receive me 10 min and i was waited in the queue for 30 min. Can i know why only one counter you guys run always even it is sunday this day will be a rush hour and i meet with manager (Ms. Naina) she was informing a unassery thing which she even don’t have to talk about it with the customers.

                    This is dr ritu and i have been shopping with pantaloons since it came as a brand!!!... And a regular customer and monthly shopping of around 5k-8k... And during festivities it increases upto no limit!... It’s my family store!!! But recently on 23rd september 2018, i did a shopping of 6800₹ from pantaloons south extension 2, new delhi outlet and due to irritatingly slow billing counter boy i got late and wanted to alter two kurtas which i have bought from w and rangmanch, they said you can come tomorrow, so i went yesterday on 24th, to alter those... That damn store members and the tailor said only fitting is done here not the length. So alteration only means side fitting to them, at least stop playing with english as i know how much the store boy knows it!! I have been shopping in this particular store since 2015, and several times i have altered kurtas.in fact the last alteration in length of kurta i have done on april this year!.. And i know that damn tailor also, he only did that and now they are telling ma’am hota hi nahi humare yahan par!!! Wth is this!!! If you don’t want to do then tell that at least don’t lie to your valuable customers as without us you people and this total brand and the company is zero!!!. This kind of stupid behavior of store management people isn’t experienced and expected from such a big brand as pantaloons!!! Shame on you! Shame on you!

                      I have purchased from abfrl, pantaloons, diamond city mall, 68 jessore road, kolkata - 700055 garments worth rs. 7151/-. I was eligible for gift item of worth rs.1150/-. Firstly in the counter they added the amount of free gift item and deducted 8301/-. After that they realized the mistake and give me credit note of rs. 1150/-. To that extent i needed to compromise and kind of being forced to shop rs. 1150/- within 30 days to avail the coupon, which is not acceptable. After all that they denied to give me the gift, excusing that system is not permitting.
                      First of all i am bound to shop rs. 1150/-, which is not required and secondly the dinner set gift item was also not given.

                      Please take necessary steps within tomorrow and solve my problem. I want my gift item and rs. 1150/- back in cash not in credit note.

                          I, Ratul Biswas had submitted an Allen Solly chinos to the Pantaloons customer support, Diamond Plaza, Nager Bazar, to resize the trouser on 20th September 2018. They took the measurements and gave me a slip to collect it next day. But during collection, they are saying that they have lost the item. Kindly look into this matter because it is matter of sheer negligence.

                            This is Abhishek Kini from Mumbai. A big fan of Pantaloons. However, few things have started questioning the same. I am getting unwanted calls from [protected]. The person is saying that he is calling from pataloons. He keeps calling me 4-5 times a day, which is really annoying. I have already told him not to call again. Still getting calls from same number. Never expected such behaviour from a big brand like Pantaloons. If this continues then I will be forced to take the legal step, which wont help your reputation. I hope you understand the situation. Hoping for a positive reply from your side. Thank you.

                                I am a valuable customer of pantaloons. On dated 15/09/18 & 17/09/18 i have purchased cloths from your siliguri cosmos pantaloons & vega circle, siliguri. Total amount will be appx 16, 000/- as per advice of cashier i made 4 bills separate for obtain puja offer against 5000 & above purchase. But i have got only 2 borosil dinner set instead of 3. Though my bills has been prepared accordingly for obtain dinner set. Details are given below:-

                                1) date of purchase:- 15/09 & 17/09/18
                                2) amount of purchase:- rs:- 16, 000/-
                                3) offer got :- 2 set.
                                4) mobile no :- [protected],
                                5) all bill enclosed :- 4 bills.
                                6) require :- 1 set borosil dinner set. As per commitment.
                                7) offer period :- one month i. E. 15th oct.

                                Please look into this matter and arrange to solve it at the earliest.

                                  My previous experience with pantaloons was good but when this time i purchases 2 tops and one jean from pantaloons in paras down town mall zirakpur, i was shocked to see my jeans and tops stretched completely. I completely wasted money on these products. Now i am not happy from your side. Please exchange these products otherwise you will loose many customers from our side as my many friends and family members are your great customers. Kindly do a favour.

                                    Hi my name is ravi kumar j. I had purchased 2 belts in tirupati on 30 august 2018.in barcode tag it was showing size 32 and 36 but i couldn't wear it because it was small size and one more tag which has company tag showed size 32 on both unfortunately i both those for my frd and brother so i trusted the size written in tag and bought it but it is not proper. I have bill and also given my contact no. But i couldn't exchange in tirupati because of lack of time i leave in mysore can i exchange in mysore store and the colour which is mentioned in barcode tag is different from belt tag. I need to raise the complaint about misleading the customer with wrong size display how can i do it.

                                    Hi Ravi, thank you for writing to us. We wish to confirm that you can still go for an exchange at any of our Pantaloons store. If your registered mobile number was shared with the cashier at the time of billing you need not carry the invoice with you. In case if the registered mobile number was not shared at the time of billing kindly carry the invoice along with the merchandise.

                                      I request buyback value for my ring last year in september which is pending till now. I spoke to store requesting ring back if they cannot provide buy back value. Store or customer care has no response to my query and advised me to do anything i can to sort this issue. I have just send mail to [protected]@pantaloons. Adityabirla.com with entire trail mail and bills attached. Please assist asap.

                                        New way of fooling people. Instead of good plastic carry bags, pantaloons is now giving paper bags of poor quality and charging rs 7 which can hardly be used twice. You all should be ashamed of yourself. People are buying goods worth thousands and you can't give a proper carry bag. Learn from aurelia and biba, even they are environment conscious and give paper bags but for free. How can an aditya birla group company be so cheap.. Really unfortunate
