    Hi, I did shopping in Pantaloons at Ambience Mall, Delhi on 10 Dec, 2016 and used my YES Bank debit card to pay the bill.The guy at the counter swiped the card and it showed failed transaction but my money got deducted. When i raised my concern to Pantaloons customer service, they were saying I will get the deducted amount back in my account within 48 hours however i haven’t received it yet. Can anyone tell me what should i do to get my money back? I had really a very bad experience at Pantaloons. Thank You

    The same problem has happened with me.72 hrs over but i didnt gt my money back, the billing person swiped my card 2 times.so the deducted amount was double.very much worried and waiting the the solution

      On 20 november 2016, i had purchased two articles, of amount Rs.1598 from pantaloons moradabad. but i was to make payment using my andhra bank card as to support our honourable prime minister and finance minister who are supporting cashless transaction.
      I was refused to make payment using my card and was repeatedly asked to make payment in cash by Mr. Harsh who was ont the counter. on inquiring i was told that server is down everyday from 6pm onwards.
      i request the indian consumer complaint forum to take a action against pantaloons moradabad.

        I entered the store at Camac Street, Kolkata before 8.00 pm. I have to exchange one shirt & hence, one exchange slip was made by Security. I selected the next shirt with another T-shirt for purchase. I proceeded to Cash Counter. One one counter was under operation. There were two persons manning the counter with 2nd person helping the first. I stood in the queue and was to go back to my esidence fast as I have left my kids back home.
        I saw the exchange counter also but it was not manned. I thought that due to eleventh hour only one counter was under operation. When my turn came, I handed over my clothes for billing along with shirt to be exchanged. I was told to go to Exchange Counter where there was none. Then, the person assisting 1st went to Exchange counter. Upon asking, 1st person was very irritated & misbehaved. In fact he asked whether I was told about exchange by security. I told no.
        When I asked that I may calll manager of the store, he told nothing will happen whatever I do. I felt very dishonoured and in fact I told myself probably Pantaloon has changed and it is the time to change the store for purchasing. I felt highly humiliated. With this episode, it is believed that the store is going to gain bad name and reputation.

          I have bought turquoise necklace on[protected]. After, when i have reached my home, i noticed less beads on one side compare to other side. I didn't even notice there. Because i thought, the material might b perfect. Ridiculous!!! (Select city, pantaloons) how can v trust pantaloons!! What does this mean then? Pantaloons r also gradually becoming cheap markets. It shouldn't be done.

          2nd November at jalpaiguri store I go for exchange my kurti I forgot my bill but I told the the registered phone no which I used for buying but they failed to do the process I stand there for soo many time but they can't do it. whenever it came to exchange there is always harassment in Jalpaiguri store. Please look after it.

I bought the Indigo Nation shirt of 1699 Rs. for my brother but after coming home it was not fit to him properly as it was defected piece.(I am frequent customer of brand factory, but this time shirt was defected) I want to return it and want my money back.

              Had a mixed experience in Pantaloons (Gupta Towers, Civil Lines, Nagpur). Although the staff and DM were quite cooperative in terms of changing a cosmetic product, but they are not keeping fresh stock which is a bit disappointing part . And spent my 2 precious hours in just changing a single product.

              I am not sure if I will buy any cosmetics from there in future. I will definitely prefer to check in other malls.

Now i had lost that cn. They knew that cn still not used by me and by anyone else then also they are denying for reddened that cn.

                Request your help 700 is not a small amount for me.

                  I bought a T-shirt from Pantaloons. when I went back home and opened the package, I saw there was an orange mark on it. Without removing the tag, we went to exchange it. At the counter, we were told to meet the customer service officer. We met Mr Devdoot Das who was deed not seem interested in our problem. He kept looking at his computer screen and after some time told us that the T-shirt must have been stained at our end which was shocking. This was not expected from an esteemed Group like Pantaloons. Not a pleasant shopping experience at all.

                    My name is tathagata & i am one off your customer, i am your customer from last 5 years, but the customer service i had recived on 24th sept it was really shocking, i was told by shopkeeper that if i purchase more than 10k then i will get 2 bedsheets @199 /pc so i pay 398 to get the bedsheet after paying 10k, after paying the bill i went to your customer service to get the bedsheet but the answer i recived it was really funny they told me that i have to get the 2 same bedsheets. What will i do with the same bedsheets? Then i ask for the manager, manager came with full of attitude his name was debdut & told me the same thing that i have to take this. I felt very bad that how can they talk to me like this.. I am writing this email because i love pantaloons, this kind of beheviour impact your brand name.

                        Madam/ Dear Sir,

                        Shopping at Pantaloons is not a new experience to me but obviously a fresh experience for purchasing at our native outlet i.e. at Ekdant Apartment, Holding No 123/A, Ward No 12, Subddhipur, PS - Baruipur, Dist - South 24 Pgs - 700144.

                        On 10/09/2019 our purchaed amount was Rs.4254/- against receipt No.0002282 and Rs.2548/- against receipt No.0002639. At the time of first billing counter personel made me filled up one membership form against my Mo. No. On the same date we reedeemed the first bill for one double bed sheet vide receipt No.0002286.

                        On 12/09/2016, we again visit the outlet and our purchased amount was Rs.1998/- against receipt No.0010450. Naturally, we were again eligible for redemption of one Double bed sheet for our remaining amount of Rs.4546/-.

                        But, surprisingly, after facing an embarrasing situation we came to know that the 2nd bill of 10/09/2016 (receipt No.0002639) was generated against Membership no. of someone else (i.e. [protected]).

                        The floor personnel, Mr. Ritesh told that he will try to change the bill from the back end, if possible and the same will be informed to me after 3 days. And if is not possible to change, nothing will be done for reedemption of my genuine purchase.

                        My humble question is that who will be responsible for the irresponsible billing done at your end only. And what is your reaponsibility if erroneous billing was done by mistake. And what is the fate of my redeemible gift if correction is not possible from back end.

                            I have purchased a salwar suites set on 04/09/2016 from pantaloon south city branch brand name was vanee pink coloured salwar suite..I haven't received the full set the pant or lower was missing I went to customer desk of south city ..they checked their CCTV and found I haven't received the pant and assured me that they will solve my problem but till now I haven't received the missing item ...I called them several time but they ignored my call the don't answer ...I really felt bad.how come a customer care of that branch don't do their duty...my bill no was AAECP2371CSD003.                             I bought an Annabelle maroon color semi-formal top last week and I am wearing it today (12/09/2016) and it is stinking, I am not able to breathe because of the smell. "I am suffocating".

                            Please take care that u ppl try to maintain hygiene in the clothes u sell.

                              We have bought two items worth Rs 4198 from your stores in Ellante mall in Chandigarh on 28th August 2016 ( Receipt No. 0162456, Cashier Name Ravi).

                              At the time of payments and billing, the cashier staff informed that since the payments is being made partly through Sudoxe Gift Vouchers and partly in Cash, so the promotional item " Selfie Stick" will not be given.

                              I strongly contest that the promotional scheme is linked with the Bill value over Rs 3000 and not with the mode of payments.

                              Kindly find above our genuine request and arrange to deliver the Selfie stick at our house no. 1250 sector 15, Panchkula.

                                Staff dealing is very very poor. They will not help you, neither will they entertain your complaints. No courtesy at the customer care desk also. Very poor public dealing and they give a damn to the customers. I will personally never visit there store again.

                                Also the security guard standing outside the trial room will seldom do his/her duty. And on querying them or the customer support people, they give a damn. The aditya birla group don't you feel you shud hv sm courtesy while dealing with educated people atleast?

                                    My name is zainul abedin. contact number - [protected]. i bought a spykar black super skinny fit jeans on 07/08/2016 from pantaloons durgapur west bengal. a offer of 50% discount was going.
                                    When i took the jeans from the spykar section, it showed a tag with rs. 2599 as the price but while billing the jeans it took rs. 2899. the cashier mr. ram prasad banerjee also didn't told me about the error it was taking.
                                    He should have been more careful about his duty.
                                    In the customers service desk, they called the stock operator and told me that the bar code is showing the correct amount. he could only help me by returning my money as credit note by which i can purchase products from pantaloons within 30 days. at that point of time i didn't took the credit note as i liked the jeans. but still i wanted my rest of money back. but they didn't gave me.
                                    After coming back home i checked the product on online sites and it showed rs. 2599. it should be a shame for the pantaloons harassing their regular customers like this. they neither checked the products barcode while keeping in the rack nor while billing. i want my money back.

                                    I would like to thank pantaloons Durgapur. Mr. Prasenjit refunded me the total amount. He told that there was some error in the barcode. But they had a compulsion to sell the jeans at that price only what came in the barcode. As it was a product from sale so no more product of the same size was left. So I was unable to purchase that specific jeans. But I was happy that they refunded me the product's total amount without any more harassment.

                                      Sir/ madam,

                                      This is to bring to your notice certain issues i faced at the above mentioned store.

                                      1. No staff to show me merchandise at mens section, i was helped by the security guard finally.

                                      2. Staff was visible but not helpful at all, also they were busy in there own world as if its a self
                                      help store.

                                      3. The change rooms had very bad odour in them and were not clean.

                                      Finally i am also an ex employee at future generalli and a real patron since 2005, but i was quite
                                      disappointed today and want some change when i walk in next as i know pantaloons have the highest
                                      standards.

                                        I am working as a senior scientist in national botanical research institute, lucknow. I was a regular customer of pantaloon store till this incident happen to me.
                                        Sir, i with my wife have purchased various items and want to redeem the rewards point against card no. [protected]. But it is very sorry to say that when we asked for redemption of the reward points (Value of rs. 900/- approx.), the man at the billing counter told us that now this card was not valid and we have to make new card …its not the end the end of the story yet. He prepared new card ([protected]) and we purchased various items and get rewards point on that (Around rs. 200/- approx). But again when we went to store and purchased some clothes and wish to redeem points they said you are not registered. Then we call at the toll free number and after several attempts when we talked to the concerned person over phone he said now the pantaloon store is not come under this.

                                        Sir please let me know what is the story behind this, at one end you are sending messages over messages to shop on card and get rewards points and on the other there is no tie up with pantaloon store.

                                        I need clarification regarding this. So that i and many customers who are regular customer of pantaloon must know the correct picture. So that the reputation of this prestigious store should remain as such.
                                        And also let me know what abut my rewards points (Old and new one)

                                        I have purchased ladies kurta on 12 th September 2016 from kolhapur pantaloon branch of Rs. 1499. The altered Kurta was not as per given measurement. So we have not accepted altered kurta hence please exchange it or refund my amount. we had discussion with pantaloon officer at kolhapur branch and we requested to replace the kurta or refund an amount.Officer strongly denied to accept any of the above solution .

                                        We are regular customer of pantaloon and this is very bad expirence we are facing from your shop this time .If none of responce comes from you, then we dont have any choice rather than going to consumer court.
                                        Because they are not cooperative and toll free no in hold more than one hour after that also in hold.

                                        Allways you listen on toll free no "Thank u for calling Pantallon, We are eager to listen to what you have to say but regreat that our excutives are occupied, he will again to you shortly, Thank u for your understanding".

                                        Not less then one hour then who will waste the time more than one hour, after that also you can not speak with their excutive.
                                        After that your phone will disconnect from their side.

                                        at the time of issue my green card but I m trying to give complaint on their website because toll free no not they speak more than one hour I am in hold, after that dissconnected, so I am trying to give the complaint in their website but not only my Email or nither my mobile no.

                                        How i can, is it possible.
