Hi I purchased pair of catwalk shoes on aug 15th afternoon at Indiranagar, Bangalore pantaloons store which are on sale. After going home when i observed that i got two different shades of chappals in my shoes pair, i approached store customer care, after one week they informed me that they donot have similar model and right now they are not even to give an exchange with other pair of shoes which i like. I want to know what is the point of customer service when you dont support your customer. I want to exchange it with similar model which i bought or some other model which i like.

    The store has sold defective items. They could refund the money despite not having any product of the same amount. Their system doesnot accept any product which is of lesser or higher amount inspite of we being ready to pay the excess amount. We are an elderly couple yet they made us run around the store to get signatures. The staff was not at all co operative. They were try to avoid us as we are asking for favours. As a concluding note online stores are better as they have a better refund and replacement policy.

      pantaloons is charging vat on discounted price, mrp (inclusive of all taxes)- discount on sale say 50%+ vat @5%. they are cheating their customers as it is double taxation of vat. i had with me the bill & mrp tags as they cheated me by charging vat on discounted price (i.e. if MRP is 1000, then after flat 50% discount they are charging Rs. 550) on 2nd August 2015 at pantaloons showroom in southex .

        I bought a formal pant for my interview. The length of pant was more than my height. So I requested them for alteration. They said it would take 1 week. I requested them to take 1 day because I had an interview, but they ignored and didn't take for alteration. It was not enough, they adviced to alter from other shop.

We bought clothes for 5035 as per Pantalools calculation(including discounted rate), but actually it cost 4635 including all vat. I am expecting a refund for the mismatched amount.

            I have purchased peter England pent from pantaloons retail outlet at gulmahor park. Ahmedabad Gujarat. The person at alteration desk took some wrong measurement for length and they made it v short which is not usable. And this is the 2nd time same mistake at same store. But first time it was minor tolerable mistake . Kindly do some needful. Hoping for positive reply..

              Yesterday i went for shopping in GIP Mall, Noida in pantaloons. 1. I had requested to bill all items together but the person did not do it as i wanted to availd 5% cash back on the bill which was above Rs 4500. 2. I had vouchers of Rs 1500 which the bill boy was trying to adjust in a bill of a shirt of approx Rs 2000 which had a discount of 50%. I informed the person about the vouchers earlier also. But he kept on saying " sir JV mar denge" he was trying to adjust my 1500 coupons in Rs 1000 bill. When i caught his mistake then they made me buy another Tshirt to adjust the due amount. Its CHEATING in clear words.

                  I purchased some cloths from Pantaloon store on 04/07/2015 in Magnato Mall Bilaspur (CG) and payment was made by me through ICICI Bank VISA card for Rs. 3800/ receipt no, , 0010930 dated 04/07/2015. My Pantaloon privilege card no. is [protected]. After completion of payment transaction the person sitting in the counter noted csv no. of card and swap my card in his monitor for taking all information of card, when i objected for this act then he told me our software demands this information. I tryed to make complaint about this but they told me that there is no complaint book in the store. then i called the customer care No. of panatlaoon [protected] at 9.00pm but that office was closed. I am attaching herewith the payment transaction receipt and receipt of Pantaloon They are illegally collecting the information of Debit/credit card without the knowledge of customer.                     Dear Sir I purchased a Ladies Top by 'Aakriti' from a pantaloons outlet at Pune in May 2015. It was kept packed until recently when I wished to use it. I hand washed the garment following all the instructions for wash care on the label. However after wash the garment developed two holes at different places rendering it unusable. I certainly did not expect this from a renowned brand like 'Pantaloons'. I prefer to shop from your outlets because I feel that it gurantees good quality but with this incident my faith in Pantaloons has taken a hit. I would now think twice before entering a Pantaloons store to buy my clothes. I hope you will take the necessary step to avoid this kind of experience for your customers in future.                       I along with my sister visited pantaloons, guwahati today..there was a VIP sale preview going on..we had picked up a few pieces and went to try it out..the staff appointed at the trial rooms were not at all cooperative, they were infact passing comments that people were just trying clothes and buying only 1-2 pieces..one of them even went to the extent of saying that even if they try 100 pieces then also they won't buy anything.I told them that people will definitely try clothes before buying..but they were very argumentive.. Since I was standing close to them I found it very offensive. It was as if they passed the remark on me n my sister.. at least they should train the staffs how to deal with customers..I would also like to point out that it is mentioned in the store that for 7 star member there is assisted shopping..forget assistance there isn't any amicable environment to shop.the staff are very rude and very reluctant to help..I faced this type of behaviour earlier also but ignored it..but today I had to write in this forum

My child wore this sandle on on 12th June 2015 for around 3 hours. And we found that the right sandle has distracted from front and has open mouth. This gave too bad impression on the product & Pantaloon. How a product which costs Rs. 1099 amount and only one can wear the product only for 4 hours?                         The issue has been resolved on Saturday 27, June 2015. They allowed to me to replace/change/take any item worth the damaged product.

                          Hello, I had purchased annabelle brand bag on 2nd nov 2014 from pantaloons- alpha one- Ahmedabad. Within 4 months the strap is completely damaged. I had visited the branch for the same but in vain. The asked me to give my mobile number if something could be done to improve the condition of bag. I had not got call till date. This bag is of no use now. I asked the authority to replace the handle/strap & atleast make is useful for me if they could not make it look like before. Please do the needful on this.

                              I recently purchased a tshirt from pantaloons store, Moradabad 244001, the colour of the tshirt got faded after the "first Use" ;-( I can't believed that pantaloons product will results like this...!!! I m so surprised..!!! This happens for the first time, i M a regular customer of pantaloons from last 3-4 years...                                   I purchased two t-shirts from your store at select city walk, saket, new delhi on 12th may'2015.After washing it for the first time it has left its colour.The blue colour has spread all over the collar.The white coloured printed t-shirt is spoiled.I can't beleive that the quality of the product is so poor that its leaving the colour after washing it for the first time.

                                      Sir/Madam, I along with my mother had visited the pantaloons store at Diamond Plaza, Dumdum, Kolkata on 17th April 2015 around 7:30. After we redeemed our payback points we went to the billing counter and were told that due to some technical faults the billing was getting delayed.We waited for half and hour and were still not provided with any solution.When my mother asked them for a solution the behaviour of the workers at the billing counter was unacceptable.they ignored us for the greater part of our stay at the store.The store manager asked us to leave without the bill.He literally used the words "you can leave".This ordeal went on for 20 minutes. When we asked for atleast a written proof incase we needed to exchange the piece of clothing.We were made to wait for another 15 minutes and then were produced with the bill as we were about to leave. Technical faults in a store can be accepted.But behaviour of this sort at a place where the main concern is customer service is simply not accepted.Not only did they have a very bad attitude, it was almost insulting.For a fault that was entirely their own.For which they could have asked for time politely without the behaviour that we had to face. I have been a regular customer of pantaloons for more than 10 years now.I have been to several outlets.I did not have to face such behaviour from the staffs from any other outlet.It was disapointing to face such behaviour. I hope you understand and do something about this issue. I will be obliged if my concern is given importance and acted upon. Thanking you, Labani Chowdhury

                                        I have purchased a trouser at Pantaloon new outlet for about Rs.3000+ for which I was given gift vouchers for Rs.1000. I was told I couldn't use that on the day of purchase and given a validity period mentioned on the vouchers. Today I visited the same outlet to use the vouchers and here's the surprise.I will have to use the vouchers on selected brands only. We ask why the same is not mentioned on the vouchers.The answer is the vouchers(with brands mentioned) got exhausted and they had to give vouchers without brand mentions. In spite of our repeated questioning they couldn't give a convincing answer why we can't buy other brands. I didn't believe an Aditya Birla group company can resort to this type of cheap tricks. Can I lodge a complaint with Consumer court?

                                        Today I visited the same outlet to use the vouchers and here's the surprise.I will have to use the vouchers on selected brands only.
                                        We ask why the same is not mentioned on the vouchers.The answer is the vouchers(with brands mentioned) got exhausted and they had to give vouchers without brand mentions.
                                        In spite of our repeated questioning they couldn't give a convincing answer why we can't buy other brands.
                                        I didn't believe an Aditya Birla group company can resort to this type of cheap tricks.
                                        Can I lodge a complaint with Consumer court?
