Dear sir,
I am working as a senior scientist in national botanical research institute, lucknow. I was a regular customer of pantaloon store till this incident happen to me.
Sir, i with my wife have purchased various items and want to redeem the rewards point against card no. [protected]. But it is very sorry to say that when we asked for redemption of the reward points (Value of rs. 900/- approx.), the man at the billing counter told us that now this card was not valid and we have to make new card …its not the end the end of the story yet. He prepared new card ([protected]) and we purchased various items and get rewards point on that (Around rs. 200/- approx). But again when we went to store and purchased some clothes and wish to redeem points they said you are not registered. Then we call at the toll free number and after several attempts when we talked to the concerned person over phone he said now the pantaloon store is not come under this.

Sir please let me know what is the story behind this, at one end you are sending messages over messages to shop on card and get rewards points and on the other there is no tie up with pantaloon store.

I need clarification regarding this. So that i and many customers who are regular customer of pantaloon must know the correct picture. So that the reputation of this prestigious store should remain as such.
And also let me know what abut my rewards points (Old and new one)

Hope some necessary and immediate action to be taken at your end.

I have purchased ladies kurta on 12 th September 2016 from kolhapur pantaloon branch of Rs. 1499. The altered Kurta was not as per given measurement. So we have not accepted altered kurta hence please exchange it or refund my amount. we had discussion with pantaloon officer at kolhapur branch and we requested to replace the kurta or refund an amount.Officer strongly denied to accept any of the above solution .

We are regular customer of pantaloon and this is very bad expirence we are facing from your shop this time .If none of responce comes from you, then we dont have any choice rather than going to consumer court.
Because they are not cooperative and toll free no in hold more than one hour after that also in hold.

Allways you listen on toll free no "Thank u for calling Pantallon, We are eager to listen to what you have to say but regreat that our excutives are occupied, he will again to you shortly, Thank u for your understanding".

Not less then one hour then who will waste the time more than one hour, after that also you can not speak with their excutive.
After that your phone will disconnect from their side.

    Yesterday i went to a pantaloons merchendise in nearby mall. While exiting the mall the alarm buzzed off and i was cornered and asked to stay there for checking. I was accused of leaving the item in the changing room thereafter where i had forgotten my wallet. And had gone to take so. Later i was asked to leave the shop without apology from your staff. I dont know why your alarm went off on me and they asked me to stop. If i was the culprit i would not have stayed there. I had paid my bill already and still bought a few more items. This is very indecent on ur part

    I have shopped multiple times, but never have I shoplifted in my life be it a one rupee thing or whatever the price is. This is the only and first incident that happened with me. I was accused of shoplifting one of pantaloons product. I picked up a few clothes, tried them and put the other clothes down in the trial room. I had my hand bag, its a open bag; with me.must have been that while putting those other clothes down one must have slipped into my bag and I din't notice it. I billed and before i was leaving the door beeped and i was taken to the store backroom and yes I agree the product was found in my bag but i had no intention of shoplifting it. I was still made to fill the consent form. I mean i have shopped and purchased products more that 3-5k but such a thing never happened. I felt embarrassed with whatever happened at the store. May be you got to update your rules and make it compulsory for customers to keep their bagge at the baggage counter. May be this could not lead to such things. And i.. I would be very careful next time not bring anything but just my phone and swipe card. Bhagwan jane pehle kiya hai apne aise kehkar bar bar strictly check karne lage tho. Thats an embarrassment for me.
    I love Pantaloons and its products they are of best quality but this embarrassment i had to go through wouldn't make me visit the store again.

      Xs size was not available for a kurti of rangmunch. So they told me please buy s size and u 'll get it altered as and how you want it.
      But even after explaining the tailor thrice he didn't do it well and simply denied that this cannot be done.

      His name is alam, tailor at pantaloons sgs mall store, pune. Such type of misbehavior and unprofessional conduct is not tolerated.
      I want to get it exchanged now.

        Dear Pantaloon Team,

        This is to inform you that I visited at your showroom, located in World Square Mall Ghaziabad, but the service of your employees over there, is very poor. We wished to purchase four kurtas under offer “ 2 Kurtas in Rs. 1099/-“ but after selected and trial when we asked to get the same billed than the billing guy told that this offer is not reflecting in our software. Moreover he treated us with negative attitude saying that our person would come and get it resolved in our system. We waited at billing counter for so long. But no person did come. When we asked him, he said that our person has other work also. He also asked us “Its your wish whether you can wait or drop the idea to purchase these four kurtas”.

        Hence you are requested to please give special behavioral training to staff that how to treat and entertain the customer. As you have already lost your one precious customer today.

        This type of negative attitude will impact your sale and credibility.

        Hence take it as a serious note in future.

          I visited your Borivali Pantaloon Store on 12'June'2016 Sunday.I selected a T-Shirt from store, on the shell the price was displayed as Rs.299 but I was charged Rs.399 which I think is misleading the consumer.The company should mention true price on the shell, not charge the hidden price on the product.Please do the necessary changes.Waiting for positive response.

            Today I have purchased a shirt from Brand Factory, Lingampalli Branch, Hyderabad. I was charged a VAT amount of 52.07. Why has this been charged, when you have given the price and discounts openly. When you have displayed all the price tags and discounts, where have you given the information about the VAT. With out this information why is the brand factory cheating the customers.

              Hi

              I bought one kurta of globaldesi for someone from pantaloons outlet in Nagpur.
              But due to some size issue and I wanted to exchange it but there is no Pantaloon outlet in Goa...I have already been to globaldesi store but they are saying they can not exchange it because I have purchased it from pantaloons and I can get it exchanged only from pantaloons?


              Can you suggest me any way out for this?
              And what is the duration of exchange or return of products?

              I purchased two kurtis for Rs 1099. When i soaked them in detergent, the color of both the kurtis faded. So much of color came out from both the kurtis. I am very disappointed with the quality of the clothes even. I did not wear them for once even. I want to return them ASAP. Please help.

                Points get redeemed on unsuccessful transaction

                On 4th may 2016, I tried to purchase a item from Pantaloon store and I used my payback card ([protected]) to redeem my points for payment. But as per their server problem my transaction was unsuccessful but my points got redeemed worth 2416 points which is equals to Rs 604.
                They told me that they can do nothing with it, what ever problem have occurred you have to contact payback customer care.
                So, I complaint about it...

                  Returned me thrice when I wanted an urgent alteration I was about to catch my flight today evening after 2 hrs when I went to south city pantaloons but they denied to alter. I am a very frequent customer of pantaloons but then if this is the service they offer I don't think from the next time I would even suggest pantaloons to anybody. And the people in the outlet even the store manager they don't have the manner to talk

                    We've been a regular customer of Pantaloons. The staff at Pantaloons stores has never been welcoming and warm like the other brands right since the start. But they never made it obvious, like the did this Wednesday afternoon. We visited the High Street Phoenix Pantaloons store earlier this afternoon. Since quite a few visits in the past, we've not been satisfied with the attitude of the staff, specially in the Men's section on the 2nd level.
                    A customer comes with a specific purchase intention in mind and intends to get done with the purchase as quick as possible. Your staff is just not accommodating to the customers and the behavior is absolutely unprofessional. More than a dozen of them are just loitering around the shop floor, talking amongst each other and their friends as well (I assumed non-uniformed persons to be their friends). They fail to recognise that a customer is looking for something. Not only about recognising, even after a customer shouting for assistance, most of them are outsourcing it to others, just simply stating that they do not know anything about that specific brand.
                    This above matter literally wasted 1 hour of each one of our time. There's absolute lack of knowledge about the garments, and no courtesy to help when a customer is willing to try. We had to scan through the shelves and find the right size and had to open the shirts ourselves before trying them on. The staff was just standing there, looking at me, still not bothered. This is what a customer at Pantaloons has to do? Is it?
                    I believe there are 12 cash counters in the store across all levels. Out of all 12, only 3 were operational, two on the ground floor and one on the first floor. The last thing I'd expect after shopping would be to face such an issue. There were customers literally waiting for their turn to come, and this inconveniance would have been avoided if more counters were open.
                    While billing, we requested the cashier, Mr. Shah to speak to the Store Manager. Mr. Noor Khan came up and claimed to be the store manager. The person accompanying me and I explained our grievance to him. The sheer attitude and behaviour of Mr. Noor conveyed that he wasn't ready to acknowledge our problems at all. I even asked him to courteously accept the fact and to our shock, he asked me not to our frustration. That's the most annoying way one can acknowledge what a customer is complaining about. Never in my life, would I treat a customer like the way Mr. Noor Khan did.
                    On observing the customer queuing up, I requested the manager Mr. Noor Khan to kindly open other cash counters. He straightaway refused to do so and asked me to please not suggest him about the store matters. He reasoned it by saying that Pantaloons High Street Phoenix lacks the manpower to man the cash counters. I somehow fail to understand this since we observe dozens of manpower just whiling their time at the shop floor. Even if there's lack of manpower, the manager can himself man the cash counter incase a customer is facing some inconvenience.

                    Also would like to highlight, Mr. Vinod Kalia is highly unprofessional in the way he handles customer grievances. On mailing him, I receieved numerous phone calls (the recordings of which I have) about how he can settle the matter in 'one-to-one' basis. He was not ready to write a single email from his side of what he proposed in writing.

                      I bought few shirts and a pant from your phoenix store pune on 11th april (Bill attached).
                      When i came to delhi to wear lp shirt for my friend's wedding i saw it was defective.
                      As i was getting ready for the ceremony i had already cut the tag.
                      Though i have the tag but it is not attached.As the product is defective i want it to be replaced.
                      As i am in delhi i cannot go to pune for one shirt, but cannot leave it like this as it is an expensive shirt.
                      Let me know how can i get it replaced in delhi.

                        Hello,
                        I did shopping from pantaloons, hinoo, ranchi on 6th april 2016 at 1:07pm and paid through my SBI debit card, the billed amount was 898 INR, which got debited from my account then and there, later that same evening around 9:30pm I received another sms on my number about deduction of 898 INR again, next morning I double checked with my bank and they told merchant only can credit that amount back and the merchant is ignoring about second transaction.
                        Please guide me to reversal of the second charge on my card.
                        This was the sms which I received after the deduction of the amount from my card.

                          I am writing this mail due to billing issue and cheated Rs.- 504 from me by your billing staff.

                          1- I have made a purchase on 20-jan-2016 and paid through credit note.
                          2- Your billing staff not given separate credit note and told me that you have to present this bill, in this bill already mentioned.
                          3- when I have gone to purchase new item on 18-Feb-2016 then your staff told me that this not valid you have to present credit note, I have told him that your staff has not given me separate credit note even if you do not believe check your CCTV footage, your staff have checked and told me that’s true but we cannot do anything from here, we will consult from our head office and let you know after two days when I have visit on 21-Feb-2016 then he told me we need two more days but they never update to me.
                          4- When I have called today they say this is not possible forget it.
                          5- He told me that related credit not still not settled.

                              I had purchased a Sunglasses ( 11548 PL C1) of Sprint on 18th April 2015 amounting approx 2500 INR from Pantaloons, Gariahat, Kolkata with 1 year of Warranty. I traveled to Spain and at the airport one of the temple of newly purchased Sunglasses was broken due to a mild touch of the curtain at the x-ray scanning chamber.

                              Recently in February 2016 (within warranty Period), I requested Sprint executive at the pantaloons, Gariahat, Kolkata to repair it and I will pay the amount as the broken item is out of warranty T & C.
                              Next day the executive from Pantaloons called me and informed, the model is obsolete and I have to pay 60% of the Product cost. I was really shocked, only to replace the temple I have to pay this huge amount. Why I will purchase such a costly item, if there is no customer service at all.
                              I actually don't know the rules and regulation of any brand, my simple question to Sprint management, is it a feasible amount claimed to repair? As a customer, I will not bother, within 1 year, whether the model will be obsolete or not. You should provide better solution to the customer for their satisfaction.

                              The Brand should be Sprint. So it should be assigned to Sprint.
                              Please ignore this post. Same has been posted to Pantaloons, the store from where I had purchased.

                                I purchased 1 pair of Inc.5 shoes on 17/12/15 from Kolkata Camac street pantaloons. but after wearing 2 weeks the stitch of one shoe became torn. I went to the store for repair on 07/01/16. They took the shoes and told me to come after 1 month and told me that as it will go to Mumbai for repairing, it will take such long time. I went on 15/02/16 for the shoes. Firstly they could not find it, and made me wait for more than 45 mins. After that when they found it, it was not at all repaired. Then they requested me to come after 2 days and told that i will get my shoes repaired within 2 days. They kept the shoe for 1 month and now telling that it will be repaired within 2 days. How is it possible? Will they do it by local shoe repairer? I am really disappointed. I want to exchange with similar model or I want my money back.

                                    Yesterday I happened to visit Pantaloons outlet in Seasons Mall, Magarpatta city, Hadapsar Pune. My office gifted me the Sodexo gift passes and I thought of spending them on some fashion. But after visiting Pantaloons I was told that the Sodexo gift passes are not accepted because some sale offer was on. I was told to visit the Pantaloons outlet after 8 days to avail the coupons.

                                    Now I ask you Pantaloons, do you have any terms and conditions or any agreement that says that Sodexo coupons are not accepted during sale period or is it just a made up scheme?

                                    I demand to know the answer, as in such case I feel that Sodexo coupons are worthless for most of the times.

                                    Another complaint will be raised to Sodexo so that they can take an appropriate action on this.

                                      Today (27, Jan) I purchased a L'Oréal eye liner. The eye liner was not seal packed. When I brought it home I noticed a burning sensation in my eyes. This was due to the tester which the sales person had applied on my eye. My mother also faced the same problem in her eyes. The other cosmetics I purchased was good and sealed.
