This is g puran kumar from srikakulam, srikakulam district, andhra pradesh.
I opened new department stores with name sri lalitha department store in my hometown, on 10th may, 2018. I visit your distributor location at the time of my store opening time for stock purchase, he replied to me "my boy coming to your store and he take order" that's it, i opened my store and successfully completed 3 months. But your company distributor not supplied single piece of item from your company, i visited your distributor point nearly 30 to 40 times but he is not supplies single piece of item from parks.
So many customers back step from my store without parle product. So please change distributor point. He replied very careless and volgerity answers.

Recently i bought parle hide and seek biscuit from v-mart. It was well within due date of expiry.As soon as I opened the packet, to my surprise, I found 2-3 insects crawling and the biscuits have also lost freshness .Parle being so reknowned company is not supposed to compromise with its quality.Its quite disheartening that the biscuits we used to eat since our child hood days, independence day, republic day, has lowered its value.U r requested to urgently resolve the matter.Clarification from your end in this matter will be appreciable.

Asm of aurangabad maharashtra i. E anand mulekar had cut the sale of rs70 lacks from 7 distributors of aurangabad and given to the person who was already the distributor of britannia biscuits.
Asmanandmulekar and so chetan sancheti are cheating the distributors and even the parle company.
I wish the company to take actions against then and take resignation for giving this area illegally to brittania distributorship.

I bought parle-g biscuits 2-3 days before wheni opened the pack i dip the biscuits in the tea and i found some insects in the biscuits i immediately called parle-g customer support but they didn't respond. I tried again to call them but they told that its not theri mistake its retailer mistake. Parle-g biscuits is the no.1 brand but this type of mistakes can bring them down. I need a solution for this or else i will send this biscuits to the lab for testing purpose and file a case on parle.

Parle 20-20 biscuits have lost their original first taste.. Feels like we are eating flour.. People already started rejecting this biscuit..

And also parle biscuit, that yellow colored packed outside biscuit.. It won't become smooth and soft when we soak it in the. Tea or coffee or milk.. It remains still crunchy..

You people are ruining the real taste of all your biscuits..

I had bought a packet of Orange Bite candy of 289 gms from D-Mart on 01/07/2018. Though I've already consumed few candies till now. Being a Diabetic I carry them with me for emergency sugar level dip. Today I noticed that one of the candy was having some black spots in it. I fear that, I might have consumed such candies without noticing it. The entire batch could be contaminated. I need a resolution on this.

I opened a 200 gm pack of Monaco biscuits. When I took out the smaller pack from it, what i see is a half broken Monaco biscuit packed in it at the top. I thought it must have been broken and the remains would be in the packet, but after checking carefully i found that there is no hint of the other half in the packet.

I was eating parle sev murmura and i have got waste material inside the packet and it would be dangerous for everyone.. Kindly make a note of it and have concern about the customer... I used to take this packet to my cousins and they are if 7years old plzz note it seriously as it could be dangerous for anyones health and yes m not joking here n i dont have so much time to spend time here but for the safety of the customers i can do this and...

We are a distributor firm located in betul (M. P.) named "verma agencies" and we have distributed parle group b goods for more than 14 years. About 1 year ago a sales officer in the area named mirza firoj baig gave both group a and group b goods to deepak stores (Betul and athner m. P.) even though they are only supposed to sell only group a goods in betul. Due to this deepak stores started distributing goods in both betul and athner causing sharp drops in our sales. When we complained about this to sales officers m. Firoj baig and virendra shrivastav, they both turned a blind eye to this for more than 4 months.

Then we wrote a letter to general manager about this unethical behavior (Original letter in attachment). The very next day, the sales team told us that the general manager is suddenly very angry with us for some reason and decided to terminate us without any explaination or notice.
The very next day m. Firoj baig found a new dealer candidate to replace us which we can see as nothing but a conspiracy by competing dealers and sales officer against us. Firoj baig is a sales officer in betul for 8 years now which is clearly more than the usual interval of posting and he has been threatening us that he will pull some strings to terminate us for 4 years now.

We then contacted manish goyal about the same and requested him to also reprimand firoj baig and deepak stores for unethical behavior to which he replied he will do as he please but you are terminated anyways.
We suspect that mr. Manish goyal and virendra shrivastav are under the influence of m. Firoj baig as they just refuse to hear us when we submit complaints against him.

Our only request is that deepak stores should not be given access to group b goods in betul which they are not entitled to and m. Firoj baig should be transferred for unethical behavior.
Also our dealership should not be terminated unfairly and we should be made dealer again.

I am a regular user of parle g biscuits, this time i bought from d'mart kalyan, which was packed on 14/05/2018, batch no. De 14ab.
I found worst packing with shortfall in biscuits & unusual taste. I never got such bad exeprience ever, please look into the matter & resolve as far as quality & quantity is concern.
Attaching herewith the images, which will clearly shows how malpractice is being done from the factory.

I got chocolate i think which was didn't properly tasted something wrong in it i tasted it i still have it but shopkeeper refused to take it back
I took it form store near me gokuldham goregaon east mumbai 63.
Plz do the needful i m having tat chocolate form my childhood didn't ever got such a response form parle products before plz take some action quickly

Milano choco delight pkd:22/1/18, batch:kp22b, had one of its biscuits which was already cut open and wrapped properly with sellotapes so, it was not even visible easily in the first place. I had a bite and felt the wrapper may not be air tight and checked the cover and found it shocking.
I need strict actions to be taken on this. This is really unacceptable.

I bought a parle kaccha mango bite from a supermarket called "daily" at chennai on 30th may 2018 to be carried to germany for my colleagues. However i could see some of the wrapper was emptied and contains no chocolate, but has been packed.

I would like to raise this complaint and demand an explanation regarding this manufacturing bug. I believe with this bug, the company would have been least profited. Since some of the chocolate wrapper was empty, putting to a simple math, i believe with the per day production and sales of your company with kaccha mango bite, the profit would be marginally high.

I run a small retail shop. I found an empty packed cocets in the jar of kaccha mango jar. On the jar it was written as 24 free candies and in that 9-10 are empty candy covers. I have got an complaint from the coustomer too. So i require an compensation of 2lac from the parle company. So i am registering an complaint against prestigious parle company.

My complaint may sound silly at first but I believe it's extremely important as it is a product from the platina ( apparently luxury collection) - and biscuits can't be placed upside down in bourbon. It's unfair. If youu Have launched a product and you promise to give it a luxury feel atleast place the biscuits right., , I should get some properly placed packets where all biscuits should be placed right irrespective of machine Error beacuse there is no scope for error In luxury products or could have just let it be as parle and not parle platina... need to ensure my trust and love for bourbon again!

I purchased the parle 20-20 cashew cookies as usual as daily evening coffee snack. While i'm eating cookies with my friends, we all felt those cookies are with oil smell and feeling of nausea (Vomiting) sensations. Cookies are not even crossed the expired date. Me and my friends we really surprised about that this happened to us first time with parle products.

I have a shop skml departmental stores in simhachalam, visakhapatnam. Parle dealer is not coming for taking the orders. As parle products are high in demand, we prefer to serve our customers with more of your stock. But the careless dealer of this zone, doesn't come to take orders and doesn't attend calls. It's been waste of our time continuously calling him. So, i thought this would be a better choice to resolve the issue. Please take action on him and kindly do the needful at the earliest. Purchased a bakesmith marie biscuit packet with 18rs paytm cashback on march 24. After unsuccessfully applying for cashback i contacted paytm and they said that offer expired in february and it is parle's fault if even after offer ends the same offer product is being sold.
I then tried to contact parle but i have been unsuccessful in that regard as well.
