Today i have purchase a parle hide and seek biscuits of 25rs. There were a add of 12rs paytm cash and a barcode of paytm mall. But when i open the biscuits pack and finding the paytm code at that time some code were not clear and i think it was removed from previous. So i am unable to use my code. Please help me how can i avail my code. My phone number is [protected].

The paytm code on the back is not working.
It is like they are commiting fraudas when i entered the code they said "please enter valid code"...
Then i tried it for 5 times every time it's not the valid code re type or enter valid code.
So the official are requested to resolve this as i am not the only one who get suffered there are so many peoples facing same problem.

So please take action against it and resolve the problem.

I bought parle bakesmith with rs. 18 paytm cashback printed on it. Successfully redeemed once
While redeeming on second packet it says "this offer can be used for maximum of 1 time per user". This is fraud, then they have to clearly mention this. Parle trying to sell its product to maximum no of customer and paytm wants to increase its customers.

The code printed on the packet was clear i had entered the same on the paytm mall link by scanning the qr code but, a message came that the code for cashback offer has been used once. This same thing has happened 4 times (1 ₹50, 2 ₹30, 1 ₹25 packs ofhide and seek). The last day for redeeming the code is 20/01/18 as printed in the pack and the offer's not expired. I want the cashback of paytm according to the offer.. Is this the way the company misleads a customer??.

Yesterday i purchased 2 packets of hide n seek biscuits and its printed the cashback offer for paytm of rs 15. Today when i scanned its showing error.
This is highly disappointing from a company like parle who are not only making fool out of their customers but are also breaking trust. This is my request that please do your business with honesty.

I had bought packets of hide and seek but as i starting having the biscuits it was very bad in taste and the quality seems to be degraded.
All the biscuits in the packet are stale.
The taste of the biscuits is so pathetic that i cant even have 1 from the packet.

And i had also bought 3 more packets which didnt had promotional code inside the packet but it was supposed to.
There was no paytm cash code and these types of promotional activities are against the law.
You are betraying, misleading, and fooling customers with fraudulent promotional activities and also degraded the quality of your biscuits.
Really disappointed and cant expect such a thing from a company so reputed like you.
Kindly look into the matter and revert back.

I have bought bakesmith marie.
Now i am entering 10 digit promocode of parle bakesmith for redemption but it is showing that the code is invalid.
This is happened two times. I want to ask what is the reason. Is the promocode fake or any other problem. I have faced this problem only in redemption of promocode of parle bakesmith marie. If this will continue i am not going to purchase it anymore

So i bought a pack of hide and seek from my office in powai, mumbai. And came across a piece of hair in it. Baked with the biscuit.. Is this the quality of product that we should be expecting from parle now.?

Apart from the fact the quality has been deteriorated.. I tried complaining about the same by tweeting and sending a message on facebook to the official hide and seek page.. And got no response whatsoever. The irony is they say that they would typically reply in an hour and now it's been two days.
Clearly feels like the customer complaints against the products are heard by no ears out here. I am rehoping to receive a response to this. Have the biscuit packet for investigation.

I have purchased parle digestive biscuit from z mart situated at ashoka garden bhopal mp, when i opened a pack found spidery lacy biscuit in pack having pkd 09.06.2017 batch : s2 9a p5. I surprised it happened with reputed brand - parle. Kindly look in the matter so consumer can continuous faith on products.

I have purchase hide & seek product twice in last one month according to product cover shown paytm cash product 1 inside wrapper the code was not visible therefore could not redeem and product 2 when try to redeem paytm mall solid that product already redeemed previously.
It seems that it is strategically planed and making fool to people in different way.

Although parle is a good brand and have good image in consumer s buy doing so is a big questioned and need to take immediate action.

Hope parleji will investigate and resolve the issue or withdraw scheme instead.

I have purchase two pack of parle bakesmith the english marie. on thist pack i didn't gate free 18 rs. paytm cash. coupon code inside the pack not correct. or it will use by other. it is fraud that you are giving the add of patm cash free shame on u. & i inform to my all colleague & friend that not purchase this pack. this is fake add. of Parle co.

I am dibbendu chatterjee from purulia, i had bought 3 packets of "parle bakesmith - the english marie". I am very sad to inform you that none of the paytm cashback codes printed inside the packet are working. On entering the 100% valid codes as printed, it still displays the message "please enter a valid promotional or voucher code."
This is the first time that i am coming across such an issue which clearly indicates that such cashback offers were only meant to deceive the customers or harass them.
For your convenience, i am mentioning the batch number of your product along with the barcode printed on the pack to cross check with your database. The batch number in one of the packs is hr 8a b and barcode is "[protected]".
The error message displayed is attached along.
I have kept the 2 packs of this biscuit intacted so that i can prove the same.

Hi i am padmaram owner of kamala store. It is situated in salem city in the state of tamilnadu. I have to complaint new agency called mani and co because of rate differences. When i buy parle products old agency gave me satisfied price for example 3.00rsparle wholesale price is 375, 5rs happy happy is 630, krackjack 5rs is 630, 10rs krackjack 700 with credit. But mani and co give me 3.00rsparle 390, 5rs happy happy is 645, krackjack 5rs is 645, 10rs krackjack 713 with credit.. I asked why u give me so difference price then how i will sell so what your agency told me my price is fixed, if you give me cash i will give that price neither i can't. So i complain the area supervisior he did not listen and care about it. So i decrease the sell of parle products because your agency. I told him i[censored] don't gave me that price i am boycott the parle products, what the agency told i don't care, ok alright don't sell it.

I never tell you u sell the parle product he told. What i can do... Your company has to response it.

We purchased a product of parle named hide and seek black bourbon on 25th oct 2017 .There was written 12 rupees paytm cash which has the code inside the packet .
when we opened the packet we saw there was no code written inside. we were shocked seeing this.That to parle company.We always buy parleys products but we did no expect this.

Example: many buy this product .You would be having almost 50000 sales of the product .There is the Profit for your company of rupees 600000.

Hi buyed hide and seek but promocode of paytm was printed half an the promocode should be printed fully and otherwise nobody takes the hide and seek paytm offer so i request to see you that the printing of promocode is done i love eating hide and seek so request to see this complaint of mine so that others should not complain so thanks a lot to parle for such good bisucits and tasty bisuits in world. So please send reply for this and do the printing correctly

I bought a 30rs hide and seek packet and it was mentioned that 15rs paytm cash back! I get to the official site which was mentioned on the packet i. E."www.paytmmall/hideandseek". And i entered my code into it. Then it redirects me to the paytm mall app and i found nothing there! It is just appearing on home window.. No special page.. And when i went to re enter my code in the web site they are saying that this code can only be used once! I am really disappointed! You should do some improvements!

I bought a packet of parle hide and seek rs. 30 pack and was expecting a 15 rs cashback as mentuoned on the packet. I made an account on paytm mall and did as the instructions read. But when i opened the pack there was no promo code inside the packet. I don't know whether this is a packaging error or false marketing, but this is really pathetic. Will never use parle products if such things continue to happen. Please refund my due amount and rectify this problem as soon as possible.

We brought parle 20-20 butter cookies packs and to our surprise we found internal packs are repacked and damaged. Few biscuits are oveebaked
This shaken our trust and worried if expired product is not repacked and sold.

I purchased bake smith marie from spencer. Rs.18/- cash back offer in it. As per companies information it has valid till 25/02/2018. The unique code inside the packet is dpkeuecrleoz but it's not working. I want to know is it fraud? Hope u do take necessary steps regarding this issue as early as possible.
