We have purchased the Parle Bakesmith biscuit packet in which Paytm Rs.18 offer is given but when I scanned the logo and put the promocode then clicked proceed then this is coming'invalid csrf token' as it is shown in the pic that we have sent below.
Please look in the matter

I called on your customer care number so customer care executive said me to send the mail with pic. and you will send me a new promocode. So as committed please send us a valid promocode or transfer Rs.18 in my Paytm account.My Paytm account number is [protected].

I purchased 50rs parle hide and seek which said it will give 25rs back after entering the code inside. Bar code number[protected].
I went to the website directly entered the code and then entered the login details i got otp number after entering everything. When i checked my balance it did not show any recharge.
When i tried again and it said the promo code can be used only once.

E., burned the colour of biscuit is normally golden to golden brown but the biscuit baking done carelessly it has changed to darker shade of brown and tastes differently... I want to complain about your occasions aasorted fusion range of biscuits gift pack which we bought this diwali
It contains 10 biscuit packets worth rs 85 only
And the price of the whole box is 150 rs.
Is it justified to charge rs65 for the sake of packing??
Packing charge is not more than 20 or 25rs.
Hope you consi this blunder in your gift packs and take some step towards it
Its really very disappointing such thing from this very reputed parle company

Recently PARLE selling its HIDE & SEEK with PAYTM promotion (pict attached). The promotion says INR 12 cashback via PAYTM. But it was surprising that PAYTM voucher codes where half printed on all biscuit packets.
I don't see this as a printing mistake as half printing found on all biscuits and I am sure it's done intentionally.
I informed the same to PARLE Customer Care via [protected]@parle.biz, they didn't address to half printing but they shared 2 PAYTM voucher which was again an invalid voucher code...When I asked about it again, PARLE asking me to talk to PAYTM & PAYTM doesn't have customer care call center number to address this issue.

I bought a parle hide seek packet worth 30 rupees which said that i would get 15 rupees as paytm cash. However after opening the packet i could not find any code printed inside the packet. Didn't expect such cheap and fraud promotional and marketing tactics from such a well established company. They are trying to increase their product sales with false marketing. It isn't about the money, it's more about the customer trust which they are treating with such careless intent.

Highly disappointed with such a gimmick played by the company and i see that there have been quite a few complaint cases of the same manne with no action taken by the company.

I bought five parle packets of 50 rupees hide and seek choco rolls and I tried to get the Paytm amount but it shows the notification that the code can used for only one time and I have just entered the code first time itself.. Complete cheat is happened on all a the five packets. Totally fraud marketing on free Paytm cash on customers.

As there is cashback offer in parle hide & seek black bourbon the code inside the wrapper is smudged out and unable to read the code. I have bought 4 packets and in all there is smudging prints are there. Is there a problem or the company doesn't want to give the cashback or trying to fool us to buy the product just simply applying the cashback offer. Kindly solve the mattter.

I buyed hide & seek cookies of Rs 50/- where it was written Rs 25/- cashback I will get. But when I redeemed that code in paytm they said maximum 1 user can redeem the code. I didn't get any cashback. I'm the 1st user to broke the seal but I didn't get any cashback.

I purchased hide and seek choco rolls. On pack thay are showing offer for 25rs cash back on paytm.
Terms and conditions written is one mobile or user can redeem this offer 3 times. But i tried only first time for this offer and they are showing error that please enter a valid promotional code or voucher code.
I tried it many other different way like via a app, or site but every time i am getting this error.
I checked many time that code is right but then also I'm getting this error. Please resolve it...

I've purchased 2 parle hide and seek choco rolls pack of Rs 25 and inside one packet promocode is half rubbed while other one does not have any promocode. I don't expect this kind of work from such a reputed company and want my cashback. Kindly revert back as soon as possible.

ParleG biscuit 5Rs. is very nice but from about 5-6 months this product quality is very bad, IT WAS NOT BAKE PROPERLY. it was affect to acidity. we are not accept this type of quality from reputed company. Please check your product before packed & improve your quality.

I got only 11 digits instead of 12 digit promo code, insight the pack as company has mentioned. while i tried, it is not valid code... obviously it should not coz these are only 11 digits.

who is responsible for this??

r u making your customers fool just to increase your sale.

It is quite a bad experience when a well reputed company make such mistakes. I want the company to resolve my issue immediately because i feel that there might be similar case's of such kind. I bought a hide & seek pack of 30 rs. With 15 cash back, yesterday. As I added the code from inside the pack, it directly shows the code is already used. How this can be possible when I was the first one who opened the pack and entered the code? Look like they are cheating customers on the name of cashback

I am entering the correct code and i have tried many times with different combinations like o as zero and o but all in vain. This is the second time this is happening. I have heard the same complaints from other friends of mine. Such a thing is not expected from a reputed name like parle.

I recently bought a 20 20 cookies that was unusual.. It was not roasted completely and seeming like expired. I couldn't eat those biscuits n i had to throw them. Still i'm thinking that how parle brand can do these kind of mistakes. I would like to suggest all the customers who is reading this comment right now that don't go for these biscuits. It made my mood worse and worst experience ever.. Completely unsatisfied

I bought few packets of hide and seek, chocho rolls and few othwr biscuits. On them it was written get paytm cash in your account.in forst packet the code wasn't clear and few characters were mot printed.in the second pack i got 12₹ in my wallet. Now when i open third pack and tried to redeem the code it says this ckde can be used only once. I haven't used it still it says can be used only once. Same tjing happened with another package when i tried to redeem it error comes can be redeemed only once.

I never expected such type of business trick by parle. That's very rude towards their customers. Now i want patym cash which i should get by biscuits. Never again i'm doing such mistake of buying parle product.

Today i bought a packet of hide & seek biscuit from local store and opened to get the code to have the cash back on paytm mall app but i seen a half rubbed off code inside and the black ink also made a biscuit surface blackish. As an quality executive of pharmacy background i can suggest that the code should be printed at the down side of the inner pack which may reduce the chance of rub off the code as well as the product and the consumer will be safe from the harmful ink also. And moreoverl consequently i was unable to get the cash back too.
