Parryware — Parryware slimline Flush not working

I purchased two Parryware slimline Flush two months back. Out of these one is not working satisfactorily. The local dealer is not responding properly. I want the company should take steps to replace/ repair it as it is purchased only two months back and within warranty period.

I purchased wall mixture two in one on 30/10/2014 from A K Sales corporation, Jabalpur. He packed damaged wall mixture. When I went for return shopkeeper denied and blamed me for that damage
