I purchased 3 nos. of Cascade Health Faucets ( Hand Showers ) for my toilets from M/s Parrydeals Kanpur([protected])

Complaint No CKC 24004
.I purchased 3 nos. of Cascade Health Faucets ( Hand Showers ) for toilets from M/s Parrydeals Kanpur ([protected]) around Feb/ March12 and got installed in my newly construcetd flat.It was not put to any use. Just on the day of innaugaration ( 22nd April 12 ) plastic plunger of 2 out of 3 cascades got damaged during use ( where small metallic pin of about 1.5 mm dia. is hinged) . Complaint was lodged with M/s Parrydeals and the rep. of M/s Parryware visited on around 25th April.and made a report. Thereafter no response is received from Parryware for replacement or repair of the said damaged items. Damage of items in on actual use of hardly 2 days is beyond acceptable limits. It is requested that .items may please be replaced so that the toilets become fully functional...

      I purchased new brand cardiffwallvit pan of parryware which has manufacturing defect which cannot be seen apparently. so please replace my pan and oblige as i am facing lots of inconvience because of that.         purchased parryware cascade model closet and flush tank grey colour on 16.08.2005. the flush tank splits . i could not get a tank alone from the market as they sell the product with closet only.complaint lodged over toll free no [protected]. complaint nos are CER I C 027 and CERIA025. Company's representative visited our house and we showed him the product and purchase bill. no further development in redressing the grievance.

        products are of good quality.taking up the matter with the company through the prescribed channel will give desired result. always seek guidance from dealers regarding the suggested way of lodging complaint.
        I have Parry cascade model closet and flush tank- Majenta colour. unfortunately Elac geycer fixed two and half years ago fell on the flush tank.It was a freak accident but the flush tank was broken to pieces. Plumber who fixed it is blaming the company and the company is blamming the plumber.Running from pillar to post to get a cascade flush tank but in vain. customer care should ensure that the spares are available without difficulty.will parry attend to the problem and take action.

        Wash basins and Flush tanks of Parryware Cascade, ivory colour that we bought and fixed in 2006 developed cracks after just 6 years. We have been replacing the cracked ones one by one- as and when the cracks appear.
        We are told that the flush tanks, cannot be replaced except along with the closet.
        At the moment we are in the process of contacting an "authorised dealer" who promised to replace the tank alone. However after 10 days he brought a set of off-white colour, instead of ivory colour which reportedly is not in production.
        After some hard talk, he promised to bring the right colour set and fix it soon.
        Parryware products are not the preferred ones any more.

        I have parryware cascade closet. It gave me trouble free service till recently. Now the flush tank started leaking. I changed the bush with an original one and now water gets stored; but it overflows.Automatic stoppage of water is not there. Being a plumber, I want to rectify it by self. Air bubbles form once the water level goes up. How to get it air tight so that water does not go up the max level. Can I remove and refit the the assembly.

So kindly replace this product & provide another wash basen. Your company is very famous .             I had a very bad experience with PARRYWARE SANITARY EQUIPMENT. I invested 1.5 laks worth sanitary equipment for my new house 2.5 years back. But the quality of taps is very very bad inspite of its brand and I ended up getting problems with taps resulting in leakage after 1 year o[censored]sage itself. There is no proper clarification from Parryware when approached. I approached their customer care cell and the service is so bad that they have not bothered to repair the taps till now after 1 month of logging the compliant

              I bought a closet Parryware Model Cardif P trap WH from dealer Sanitary Equipment Stores, XL/3397, Ernakulam,682035, invoice no.425 dated 30th May,2011.The closet had problem with it, I called the company technician. He came and recommended for a replacement unit. Till today I am waiting for the approval from their head office at Madras.Today When I called the local consumer care no. they told me again they will sent a letter, asking for the speedy process.It is one and a half month and still I am not able to use the closet because of the manufacturing defect.Several calls are made to customer support center regarding this.

              I have no idea what kind of customer support these companies are providing.
              I hope to get some action from this website.

              I purchased 3 closets and 3 towel rods from Southern Enterprises, Poonammallee High Road, Chennai. One of the towel rods has become dull, there is no stainless steel shine on it, 2 of the Geneva wall built toilet seat cover hinges are broken. I already informed Mr. Sasikumar and Mr. Rajaram through email dated 16.11.2012 and personally called the customer care complaint center and my No. is CCHZB662. One of the representative inspected the defected pieces and even took photographs of the faulty products. Till date I have not received any reply from the company. I regret for having purchased Parryware Company products. Instead I could have opted for local brand.

                Trusting the Parry company's long tradition, about ten years back, for my bathrooms I have purchased Parryware Cascade Water closets and Wash basins. I have seen ceramic WC's and Wash basins from pre-independence days made by Parry in excellent condition even after 70 - 80 years o[censored]se in some of the Government guest houses in Kerala.

                But my wash basins have cracked up after just 10 years! Two of my wash basins and WC have cracked up inspite of being very sparingly used. This has happened not only to me but to others living in different parts of Kerala as well. I have seen cracked Parryware wash basins in a restaurant and a residence in Kozhikode on my recent visit. Now it seems wherever you see a cracked ceramic ware, it should be Parryware. Though I have submitted a complaint at their website nobody bothered to reply!

                This time when I bought a WC, I went for another company and I will never buy a Parryware product again in my life. I hope they will wake up and improve their quality if they want ro continue in this business.

                Exactly same problem experinced for a wash basin just 7 years old. Cracks appeared in 2 of the 3 wash basins purchased together even though different models.
                its been an year i have been complaining about my parry-ware bathroom fittings but there is no response from your side. if this attitude continues towards your consumers, i am sorry to say that i will have to remove all these fittings and advise my fellow members not to use it either.
                Exactly the same issue happened at my home also apart from the wash basin Flush Tank ceramic shell also got cracked . Raised a compliant complaint (Compliant # CTC15C074) on 30 Dec 2015 . They closed it without any rectification. On calling back the customer care they said that I have not attached the original Bill. Common guys a bill which is a decade old is difficult to produce they know that. I am not going to leave it like this I will go up to consumer court even if I will loose dome time and money for that.
                I have purchased three sets of Parryware Cascade wall hung Water closets and Wash basins 8 years ago.

                Two of my wash basins and Cascade wall hung WC have cracked up after just 8 years! inspite of being very sparingly used.
                I raised a compliant and company representative came to my home and checked the item in June 2015 but still no any response from the company. when I did follow up for my complaint they said I need to produce original bill for the replacement.

                  My Parryware Pressure Pump under one year warranty (Purchase date 7/1/2010) is not working (Electronic Control Unit cap got burst) I have lodged complaint on 4th Nov 2010 with Parryware with complaint no. CRI0B002 but after repeated reminders an untrained technician came and told that the cap is not burst it was broken by you. Non of their service personnel pickes my phone. What to do?

                      Sir/Ma’am,

                      I am extremely irritated and disappointed by the truly condemnable and disgusting response of “Parryware” personnel at Ahmedabad and Kolkata.

                      I have purchased a new flat at C-202, Nandanvan Apartments, Green City Light, Vesu Surat-395007, Gujarat, India. Furnishing work of my flat is undergoing and we have not started living over there. A wall mounted splash type “Parryware” shower panel is installed by the builder in one of the bathrooms, which is continuously leaking uncontrolled and we have to shut-off the main water inlet valve to avoid deterioration of bathroom.

                      A complaint was first registered with Parryware Kolkata Office[protected] more than one month ago (complaint No. CSR 06092), A representative visited my home some days(4-5) later and I came in contact with Ahmedabad office[protected], Mr. Kiranbhai).

                      I have talked and reminded more than 5 to 6 times to Mr. Kiranbhai telephonically about the complaint, but by whatsoever reasons, he seems quite unwilling, un-enthusiastic and uninterested in attending or solving my problem by adhering the same statement that my problem will be solved the day after, but till as on today[protected], no change has taken place in my hardships due to faulty shower panel.

                      It clearly exhibits that company is interested in selling only, after-sales services need to to be taken care by customer itself or the almighty god. You must be very well aware of the fact that this neglecting and fugitive policy will not work for long and seriously undermine long term business interests of the company.

                      I again submit herewith in writing that please do needful at earliest to avoid any further time consuming and mind teasing correspondence by attending my complaint sincerely.

                        I have purchased dual flush valves from parrywareabout 6 months ago for my new bunglow (for all bathrooms). Out of all the flush valves, 3 have already stopped working and 2 are not functioning properly. I have already reported this problem to the company toll-free number but there is no response from them They are not willing to attend the problem at all.

                        Also pipe has come out of some of all the health faucets, which is ridiculous.

                        I am suffering for 6 months. I need justice.

                        I purchased A hand shower and thunga basin in Lakshmi Sanitations(100 ft road, Ch-101)
                        Date Of Purchase-25/10/10.
                        There was a leakage in hand shower, which i reported to lakshmi sanitations who filed our complaint in parryware customer complaint office,
                        and our complain no -CCHOA945.
                        this complaint was filed dated 27/10/10.
                        on repeated remainders to Mrs.Padma,[protected] who handled our call.
                        also To Mr.Sasikumar[protected]
                        And an other person[protected] Who attended and found it was manufacturing defect on 08/11/10.
                        And assured to replace the defective piece with another within 5 days .
                        on deaf ear,
                        none attended till now and no replacement, response and not even a information has been sent since 27/10/2010, nearly a month.
                        this completely makes me feel why the hell i purchased a parryware product,
                        and i would also suggest my colleagues not to purchase any products from parry ware if there is still no response from the company.

                          Dear All,

                          Last week I was browsing on Justdial for 'Parryware dealers' in chennai and I got the name of Janatha Hardwares/paint/Sourcing shop in Royapettah.

                          I had called them up on 28131031 and spoke to Mr.Hitesh (The supposed to called owner) and explained to him the requirement. On hearing the same he had informed me that they donot have any display at the shop but he can check with the brochure and asked me to send an email. I told him that I was coming to e nearby place that evening and will drop in to see the sanitaaryware - parryware closet. But over the phone i had asked him the details of the closet (the model cost Rs.1875/- as informed by him) and he gave me the pricing and other details adn also told that 'we can negotiate the price when u come in to buy the sanitaryware'. Since I was specific on delivery, I had asked him if he will do free delivery and he asked me the address. I gave him the same and he informed me the excat words 'No problem madam, we can do it'. I rechecked insisting on the delivery part as we are working people and was difficult to go take delivery. He still reinsisted stating 'madam, we will give the free delivery, no problem'. On getting this assurance we went to the place on the same evening, but Mr.Hitesh was not there. We informed the guy there that we had spoken to Mr.Hitesh and we wanted to see the closet. The sales guy showed the same and since we info him that Mr.Hitesh asked us to negotiate and had stated free delivery, he was ready to do the same.

                          But we were particular that we shouldnot negotiate or get it when the Owner was not there, as the sales guy was also not aware and hence told the sales guy that we will come back to ake the closet and speak to Mr.Hitesh that time.

                          Today when we went to shop and asked for the same, we had informed the sales guy to check with Mr.Hitesh on the pricing an ddelivery. Mr.Hitesh was so mean to object saying he never mentioned any such thng. We immediately called him on his mobile [protected] and he said 'yes that day i thought we can give, but today i cant give. Do wat u can.' so we insisted stating 'We came back here only for the words he promised and not for anything else'. Mr.Hitesh replied saying 'Iam a businessman and i donot have anytime for all this why are u unncessarily calling up for Rs.25/-. Put the phone down'. We toldhime that 'In business word of mouth was more important and that too he had promised and asked y he had to change now'. He replied saying 'Listen I have lot of things happening and donot have time for all this. Yes, I agree i told that I will negotiate and give free delivery, but now I donot want to. Moreover U r just buying one piece, I have so many customers who are corporate who r more important than peple like u'.

                          Dear all, We were really hurt with this kind of behaviour which is totally RUDE AND RUTHLESS. I wish such big brands like Parryware have to have good dealers who treat customers as Human adn not as beggars

                            THIS TO GET INTO NOTICE THAT I HAD PURCHASED A NEUMATIC FLUSH TANK OF PARRYWRE PRODUCT CODE C80901C. AS THE PRODUCT WASNT WORKING PROPERLY I HAD ASKED THE CUSTOMER SERVICE TO GET IT CHECKED.AFTER SEVERAL VISITS COMPANY CAME UP WITH A DECISION TO REPLACE THE PRODUCT. A REPLACEMENT ADVISE WAS SENT BY THEIR END .BUT AS THE COMPNY HAS DISCONTINUED THE SAID PRODUCT ,ARE REFUSING FOR THE REPLACEMENT.BUT READY TO REIMBURSE THE AMOUNT FOR THE SAME. THE RETAILER IS REFUSING TO REPLACE THE PRODUCT OF SOME OTHER COMPANY AS HE GAVE AN EXCUSE THAT TILL THE TIME HE WILL NOT GET THE CREDIT FROM THE COMPANY NOR HE WILL REIMBURSE THE AMOUNT NOR HE WILL REPLACE THE SAME.AS HE HAD BAD EXPERINCE REGARDS TO OTHER REPLACEMENTS, HE WASNT CREDITED FOR THE SAME. AND I AM BEEN ASKED TO WAIT FOR SOME MORE TIME.

                              I had bought a shower enclosure (Model Angel) about a year and half back.

                              Some 6 months back the plastic base cracked. I got in touch with Parryware customer care center who advised me to contact the dealer (Hometown, Noida). The Parryware customer care sent someone guy who only lied and said that he is going to check if the base can be made available but never got back (this happened twice - since I logged a complaint again after some time). The excuse was similar both times.

                              The dealer advised be to contact the customer care of Parryware - who do not have a solution to my problem. Hometown (Dealer) other than passing the calls around in their shop did nothing.

                              Since last 6 months I have not been able to get a new plastic base for the angel model despite my agreement to pay for the spares.

                              I do not think anything will happen but I am looking for the e-mail id's of their CEO and MD. If someone has pls send it to me by clicking on the link to email me,

                              Parryware — regarding poor services provided by parryware

                              Our parryware WC flush systems r not working. We have 3 parryware WC's in our house all of them are not in working conditions. We have lodged a complaint many a times but we are not provided with any customer service. Kindly look into the matter and contact us as soon as possible. Thank you.

                                Hi Sir,
                                I purchased items of Parryware from one shop, which collected money and told me to go back home. As items will be send via transport and bill will be provided along with that person. He provided me a paper note where the calculation was done. On delivery of items, I found that retail invoice was less than the amount on paper note. The shop keeper collected VAT, but did not provided the bill to me.

                                I have details of the shop keeper name and address.

                                Kindly advice me next course of action.

                                  I purchased a parryware toilet seat from m/s new ram chander & sons, Rally, Panchkula [haryana] about 3 months back. after fixing the seat it was noticed that one side of seat is higher by 1 inch than the other side. I contacted the dealer & he assured me that it will be replaced by company. he asked me to contact company plumber, mr. Varinder. plumber checked the seat and said that he will send the company foreman. but inspite of repeated reminders no one has come. I sent many e-mails to company also but other than computer generated auto replies I have got nothing positive. Very -very poor customer care services!!!! Please get something done.

                                    We bought 3 Cardiff Walvitt Pans from Parryware and one of them had some manufacturing defect. company person visited us after we lodged a complaint and gave us a replacement voucher and the name of the dealer from where to get the replacement done. we contacted the dealer, but he said that this particular model is not available and neither it will be available in near future. we called the company and talked to their regional manager Mr. Parvinder and told them about all the details. they just keep saying ho jayega, ho jayega.
                                    we submitted the complaint on 4th April, its already more than 2 months and nothing has been done.

                                      I had purchased a Cardiff (Ivory) from M/s. Ceramix Pune. The plumbers of my Builder broke the Cardiff during fixing.

                                      I forced my builder to give FOC replacement of same. He purchased it From M/s. Pooja Enterprises, Uruli Kanchan and delivered. I had fixed it at my own cost. The commode was found leaking. After huge follow up the technician from Parryware visited & confirmed that the Cardiff was having manufacturing defect. The replacement letter came after extensive follow up. Now I am awaiting the delivery of a replacement and now I am getting very rude and passive response from Pooja Enterprises and I am asked to talk thru my builder and contact the main dealer (I am being denied to give the number of the dealer).

                                      The Sales engineer of Parryware Mr. Deependra Singh was very egoistic and was unable to digest my agony and pain of not having a toilet started even after 3 months from possesion of the new flat. The responses were passive and I was told that the retailer is a dealer of Hindware and has nil interest in resolving this issue. Then why he sold it to my builder & how Parryware allowed such thing?

                                      I had a horrible experience with product quality, dealership, Parryware Customer care & parryware sales.
                                      I have lost 3 months after spending Rs. 8000=00 and still my toilet is non-functional. I had further spent Rs.1000 in fixing the faulty commode and Parryware has not agreed to fix the commode free of cost.

                                      Hence I urge people in India to beware of such facts and take a concious decision in choosing a correct company.

                                      Parryware Commode — Servicing

                                      Parryware Vitreous commode is leak. Water is alwaysleaking. Perhaps washer of the pipe hasbeen damaged. Immediate needed technician.
