Regarding disconnection of electricity connection

I dharmveer marwari resident of haldaur dist. Bijnor.I have 1kw commercial connection which number is 4307/010349.I want to disconnect this connection for that i have paid the pd fee and paid all electricity bills on date 09/03/2016.But till date our connection is not disconnected.So it is humble requested to look into the matter and disconnect my connection as soon as possible.

No bill generation of new connection after six month

Electricity bill

I have complained about this issue but they were saying bill is correct however customer care person said bill is not correct . I have applied check meter howver SDO was saying first submit your bill than he approved check meter request.

It is very frustrating to me I am from Middle group class family group.
