Dear sir/madam,
I dharmveer marwari resident of haldaur dist. Bijnor.I have 1kw commercial connection which number is 4307/010349.I want to disconnect this connection for that i have paid the pd fee and paid all electricity bills on date 09/03/2016.But till date our connection is not disconnected.So it is humble requested to look into the matter and disconnect my connection as soon as possible.

The electricity office of Jagriti Vihar area, Meerut, Uttar Pradesh. Firstly due to their own fault they mistakenly they cut our electricity and thus after complaint they start abusing and denied to reconnect our electricity, also they said that they will do whatever they want and we cannot even no one cannot stop them or do anything. My PVVNL Acc No: [protected], I've received my first electricity bill dated[protected] of Rs. 5165 ( incl Rs 798 for previous month). The bill is very high as I don't use this much electricity. If someone can check the meter box please to check if its working fine....

I have no option but to complain about the incorrect bill being sent on a monthly basis. The bill is being calculated on an average basis and not actual. I have raised a complaint (Complaint # [protected]) with PVVN but to no avail.
I have not paid the bill since I am getting any resolution from anyone. Please help!!

I have complained about this issue but they were saying bill is correct however customer care person said bill is not correct . I have applied check meter howver SDO was saying first submit your bill than he approved check meter request.

It is very frustrating to me I am from Middle group class family group.
