Dear sir,

Please be informed that the poles and transformer have been already sanctioned for our street, when the electricity department people came a local person namely sachin chaudhary has not allowed them to install the poles.

As a result of the same they went back. There are twenty houses in this street which is given electric connections from same pole completely illegal and morever it is inviting a scope of massive fire accident.

The eleltricty department sdo rajnagar ghaziabad and je kailashpuram, govindpuram is not ready to take any step against this person.

Please do something to get the poles and transformer installed in our street.

    Respected sir,

    We are living in kailashpuram plot no 5/1, 5/2, 7, 6, 4, 3, 2. Now all these plots have been constructed with builders flat. There are total six flats in each plot. One year back an amount which consist of govt amount plus extra which was asked to sanction the loads of these buildings were given to je/sdo. The load was sanctioned all houses have electric connection which is coming from a single pole too far from the street. We approached je/sdo several times they are saying that tender has been given to someon to install electric pole in this street and a transformer will also be installed. But all there commitments are fake. Since last six no one came to do this work.
    The voltage is always fluctuating and we are living in danger of damaging our electric appliances which several times has already happened.

    Je/sdo are not ready to take any action despite of getting the amount which they demanded.

    Kindly do the justice and enquiry in this regard.

      Kindly address following big time issues
      1)I need understand what should be the billing cycle, 1 month or 2 months or 15 days or it is at the wish of that private guy hired by the department because I have revived bills for all duration latest for 21/04/16 to 09/05/166.
      2)I have made a payment on 5th may this bill is generated on 10th may amt rs 6164 but still my last paynenyt is not reflecting and I have been charged late fee ..why.although when checked online it's rs 3148 why there is so much issue.
      3)my bill amt remains same always whether it's for 45 days or 14 days ...this time the bill is for 483 unit in 14 days while last time it was 463 for 45 days ...how is it possible...the consumption pattern cannot change so much till there is some external factor
      Kindly address the following else I would be forced to go to consumer court but in any sense I cannot tolerate this nuisance by the department...I am available on phone as well [protected]

              In the name of Devendra Sharma bill received latest for Rs41368 whereas last bill was of Rs988. This occurs many times and we have to rush and suffer for getting Bill corrected. I am a senior citizen and I can not face such problems as I have tired of such mistakes by you. I must say if my bill is not corrected automatically I will commit suicide and charge will fall upon you

                The electricity office of Jagriti Vihar area, Meerut, Uttar Pradesh. Firstly due to their own fault they mistakenly they cut our electricity and thus after complaint they start abusing and denied to reconnect our electricity, also they said that they will do whatever they want and we cannot even no one cannot stop them or do anything. This pathetic behavior of the employees is because they are govt. employees and have a permanent job.

                Also, I know that this complaint will not do anything and no one will gonna take any action against them. but still i will complaint about this being a (unfortunately) active citizen of this 'pathetic' country.

                                SIR,

                                My electricity bill comes between 1200 and 1300 and there is a average billing and wrong reading (previous reading is higherr than current reading). I asked my neighbours for their bill amount. they said that is around 1300 or 1400. So I ignore the bill reading and deposited the bill amount. but now a days it is coming double like 2550 or 2650 and bill generate same in avarage billing. reading also wrong (previous is higher). this time I visited electricity office and asked them. but they told me show old bills and I show him and then he told it is not proper bill, you should be take new print out and when i show him that print out(after a long line in bill counter), then he require a other bill and when i took new print out(after a long line in bill counter), from a long line wait in bill counter some times there computer not work, some time so long line in counter that i returned for next day. once the bill checker demand a old bill which is refuged by bill counter man. when i told bill checker, he ignore me and said that he does not know anything, without bill i helpless, A month happen but there is no rectified my bill. I am a service man in private sector. there is not possible to go daily in electricity office.

                                    Since I have moved to Indirapuram, Ghaziabad, has been experiencing the worst electric supply in my whole life. I can tell no place in this country has such a poor electric supply. We face power cuts in a day for 20 to 30 times in a row. Sometimes for the whole day and whole night there is no power. They are building shopping malls, multiplexes everywhere but there is no basic infrastructure which can assure people that they would get at least 8 hours peaceful sleep at night in summers. Shame on their electric supply and electric board or whoever is in charge of it. The foods get rotten in the refrigerator if the power cuts are for long time. Too many power cuts hamper studies of the kids. You cant even cook foods. We cant even complain there. When you dial these numbers it says that "telephone number does not exist".
