Sir,
I am resident of shipra sun city, indirapuram, ghaziabad, my account id of electricity connection is [protected]. Since last 1 ½ -2 years, i have not received any electricity bill from the concerned department, while the other flat owners of my locality are getting the electricity bill regularly (Every month). Since, i have not received any bill, i initially took the reading of my electric meter and give it to the department for generation of bill and thereafter bill was paid.

Form the last few months, i am only depositing the lamp sum amount (Average bill) to the department against the electricity consumed. I have several time requested to the department for issue of regular bill on the actual basis, however no action has been taken on my request.

I had also e-mail my request to executive engineer, ud-viii at [protected]@gmail.com on 25/06/2017 & 01/08/2017 and power minister utter pradesh at pt. Shrikant @gmail.com on 25/06/2017 & 10/08/2017, but nothing has been done till date. I had also met to sdo at his office, niti khand-iii, indirapuram and he advised me to meet mr hemant, manager, meter reading company. I contacted mr hemant, but no action has been taken so far the issue of bill.

You are once again requested to issue me the regular bill on actual basis against my electricity id no. [protected], so that i should not run from one pillar to another for generation / payment of lump sum bill.

Kindly note that my last payment done via netbanking of hdfc on 23rd august of amount 4430 has not been credited to my account and i have received this month's double bill of amount 10000 plus. I had made the payment after speaking to the customer care executive of pashchimanchal vvnl. Even after that they have not recorded the payment and have sent me a double bill this month.

Kindly note the ref number[protected]techup with hdfc netbanking reference number[protected] as shown below is the bank statement that proves the payment.

I will escalate the matter on twitter since there is no response from pvvnl higher authorities.

Bijali karamchari ki mili bhagat hai or jor dekar ye bola jata hai ki ye paisa uper tak jata hai. Jaha chaho complaint kar do koi fark nahi parta.

Sir, street lights are not working since last three weeks.
So there is very darkness in our location and it can be cause of any miss happening.
Children park is also looks like a dustbin almost last six months nobody come to sweeping in this park. Near the gate there is water pipe which is leaking continuesly and park light is also not working from last year.

Please look into this matter.

With due respect, i raeshwar prasad is bring it your kind noticed that yesterday morring of days we have down electricity power supply and low voltage problem in our area krishna vihar, loni, ghaziabad,. However, our electric items such as cooler and t. V. Are getting crash or damages and could not work properly, we have already submitted complaint to the concerned authority but they could not taken any action regarding this and simply told us that we will look after this issue.in spite of that many family's are suffering from this problem and they are not able to find solutions this outrageous summer heat and warmness.

So, in the above mentioned facts, we all are requesting to you to resolve this problem at earliest.

So many times complain has been raised at your toll free no. [protected] but there is no improvement in supply since last 6 months. The supply of anand vihar e-block hapur 245101 is very irregular. As per je sanjay sharma the supply line is very lengthy and poor & the solution is to provide a separate feeder for e-block anand vihar but i do not understand why the department is not taking action to resolve the problem.

The bill reader whenever come to reading he always feed excess load i couldn't understand why he feed so load while my meter load is always below 1kw. I think he wants to earn some money for me. But i am noticing about 8 months. I'm did not give him even a single rupee. Then it's more than time to understand him that i again in future will not give him a single rupee. But he is shameless.

I am facing problem regarding my 2 month electric bill payment, at kamla Nehru Nagar Ghaziabad EUDD II. There are very poor service provide to customer even my father is also a part of this organization after that they behave very hardly to mee, they send me where & there that ki aap unse milo wo jama krenge but no body here for doing bill. At morning, we go to your pvvnl bill payment website. Then we fill the all blanks for payment, and finally we fill the payment details or our debit card details. At the end, we click the done button and the payment will be not done. But the payment should be debitted in your account from our account. Our bill not paid and payment be done. So please check our complaint and solve it.

Sir your department has been changed pvc coted electric line before 6 month ago in our colony shanti niketan colony roorki road meerut, but not removed old open line in our colony, shanti niketan colony roorki road roshan pur daurli meerut, it is unsafe because it old line is very poor conditions and open line may be a cause of any accident any time. So please take necessary action about this. Thanks

Kindly arrange to replace damaged bus bar of the main panel installed near transformer which supply electricity to 36 houses block-01 / 05 of lajpat apartment lajpat nagar sahibabad ghaziabad-201005 all terminals are damaged and connection are phase to phase which needs proper thumbing to avoid any mishappening. Hoping for an early favorable response

I called on customer care for same subject on 20 april 2017 around 8 am but they disconnect my phone after 3 min without any positive feedback.
Please rectify supply problem.
Supply is not coming continue at premises and some sparking on y phse of pole transformer on ht side.
