ALSO EVERY TIME I HAVE TO VISIT YOUR OFFICE FOR BILL CORRECTION. BECAUSE OF VERY POOR HEALTH I AM NOT ABLE TO MOVE. FOR GOD SAKE. CORRECT THE BILL WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT.         Dear Sir, This is to bring to your kind notice that the our bill has been inflated by more than 100 % where as the electricity supply in the month of June has been miserable but the bill given to us is irrelevant compared to the last month. I understand that the tariffs are revised but the unit consumption shown in the bill is completely absurd. Please find attached herewith the bill given to us which shows a unit consumption has has gone twice compared to the last month. Is it possible for a 2 KW connection to consume as much as 1171 units in a month having no electricity for at least 6-8 hours?As a part of agitation we are not willing to pay the full amount charged to us, we seek your help in this regard to resolve the issue as soon as possible.Shahzad Sadar[protected]

              On Dated 09/11/2013 at 14:53, Electricity metre was checked by the Dept. and Found metre running Slow, though it was properly sealed and Seals were Intact. On 20/12/2013, officer's came and replaced the metre and a penalty pf Rs 21, 000/- by Cheque was paid. But after some days i got a letter from Electricity dept{Adhishasi Abhiyanta Electricity, Khand -5 Sector-20}of Local Assesment S.No: 486 of Rs.92, 209/-... Now I am mentally stressed due to this problem as i had paid all the previous bills on time and though its dept metre was slow why should i pay such huge amount...!!                   Sub- complaint against bribing & not provide me new domestic meter connection for residential house on govt rate, since december, 2013 further mis-behave with me and creating problem and also threat to me etc.
                  Sir,
                  I would like to inform you and draw your kind attention towards the corruption & malpractices for providing a new domestic meter connection in pratap vihar, ghaziabad area. Sir i have applied for a new domestic meter connection for residential purpose at j-212, pratap vihar, sec-12, in sdo, pratap vihar, electricity office, ghaziabad in the month of dec, 2013 and also to acxician rathi, vijay nagar pvvnl electricity office. After past of three month till date, they are not provide me a new domestic meter connection and not heard my grievance and returned to me always without provide to me new domestic meter connection and demand for new domestic meter connection i.E. Around rupees 60 to 70 thousand (Now i cleared stated) for providing a new domestic meter connection to me as a bribe by je r.S.Yadav. Earlier this type of complained have also been lodged by other people against the said je for asking bribe to this effect.
                  3. I refuse and denied for giving any type of bribe to this effect than they convert the rule and showed that my house becomes in a multi story building instead of domestic house and said its comes under a bahu manjila imarat and directed to me by je & sdo, pratap vihar that you have to submit 1000/- at rathi, vijay nagar, ghaziabad electricity office for get an electrification for new domestic meter connection and your house comes into commercial house thereafter we will be start the process for it and quoted the rule about bahu manjila imarat. Later, i reliesed that this is unfair means and it is corruption by them to providing me a new domestic meter connection.
                  4. As per govt. Of india order and as per rule there is no provision for get an electrification to providing/getting a new domestic meter connection for domestic residential house i.E. 83 sqr feet whether it is for one manjil or three munjil house. The electrification is applicable only for multi story building; complex house called and comes under as a bahu manjila imart or commercial building/complex. Thereafter, i again submitted an application against the same at rathi, vijay nagar, ghaziabad office to provide me a new domestic meter connection without any electrification at govt rate i.E. Near about 6 to 7 thousand but they had not heard my grievance. Thereafter i complained the same to grievances readressal office but my problem is still same. After that r.S.Yadav je said and threatened to me that why had you complaint against me, now see what can i do. Than he sanctioned meter load for 11 kw as a commercial meter. I submitted that there is only 4 kw or 5 kw meter connection held in pratap vihar area to every one, so why this type of behave done with me for providing domestic connection. Sir i am facing a lot of problem and how can i reside in my house without light .
                  5. Further i would like to bring your notice that there is big scam and silent corruption and malpractice and there is no citizen charter functioning in ghaziyabad area. They are asking money as bribe and earning unofficially money under table against providing the domestic meter connection means “there is a fixed plan, if somebody not gave to them money unofficially as they demanded or asked by junior engineer (As a bribe) they will not provide, domestic meter connection. If somebody denied and complaint about it than they converted the rule and convert the domestic connection into a commercial connection and showed false rule as a bahu manjila imarat and made out various types of charges through electrification and also harassed to the personnel and create lot of problem/difficulties till the person agreed for it to give him money as they demanded. After that they provide him new domestic meter connection on domestic rate and unofficially charged the commercial rate and rest of money distributed amongst them. This is the method of their bribing and earning. If somebody not agreed to give them money as they demanded than they do this type of act. Since, i have not given/paid any type of bribe to them. So they not provide me domestic connection as per govt rate. Further i have also been submitted an rti application for enquire into the matter whether the domestic connection required any electrification or not but reply is still awaited and also given an written complaint against them to grievance office at ghaziabad & meerut but no one action has been taken against them. Since because they are known to each other very well. An early action is required to stop such types of corruption.
                  5. In view of the above, therefore i am requested to you please look into the matter personally and take necessary action against him for asking bribe for official work and posted out the siad croupt je at the earliest who misuses his power as he done and also sanctioned the domestic meter load for 11 kw instead of 4 or 5 kw. Sir once again i request4ed to you please solve my problem and provide me domestic meter connection on govt. Rate as per norms without any commercial rate.

I have applied for a new domestic meter connection for residential purpose at j-212, pratap vihar, ghaziabad and application for new domestic meter connection, in this regard i already submited an application for new domestic meter connection in the month of dec, 2013 at pratap vihar and rathi, vijay nagar office. After past the two month they are not giving me a new domestic meter connection and demand for it around indian rupees 60 to 70 for new domestic meter connection as a bribe.

                      Dear Sir, May we bring to your kind notice regarding the receipt of Wrong generated Monthly Electricity Bills of our residence D-99/B, Sector-15, Noida. We are facing a lot of problems due to repeated receipt of wrong bills, as enumerated under: • Sir, you will kindly see that in the Bill received for the month of October 2013, your concerned Deptt. has inadvertently charged for 160 Units, whereas the total units consumed in the October 2013 is 30 Units. Since, I was not at home for couple of months, my aged father has deposited the total bill amount of Rs. 2665/- vide cheuqe no. 906238 dt. 30.10.2013. • Similarly, in the Bill of November 2013 (Current month), the total Unit consumed is 53 units, however the concerned deptt has made it for 160 units . In addition to this, late payment charges of Rs. 4.26 was imposed, whereas you will kindly see that the bill of October month was paid on 30.10.2013 before due date. • Sir, it is to inform that due to non-working of meter for a long time, and upon our several requests, our old meter (No. M14101300EC243) was replaced with New Meter on 05.10.2013 (Copy of the Meter ceiling Certificate is attached). However, the concerned deptt. has not updated the records and our old meter no. is still appearing on the current Bills. • We are receiving the bills one or two days before its due dates, and it is becoming very difficult for us to pay on time due to time inadequate. Request to please instruct the concerned persons to deliver the Bill at least one week prior date of its due date. • Many times we do not receive the bills for days, on being asked, we are told to personally go to your respective office to collect the same. It is really upsetting and embarrassing. Sir, due to the above reasons, we are facing a lot of problems both financially and physically as the concerned deptt is charging over units every month. Hence, you are requested to kindly intervene and instruct the concerned persons to furnish the reasons for wrong generation of Bills and late charges. Also, please instructions may please be passed for adjustment of excess payment received by the concerned office with the current bills charges and resolve the issues at the earliest. Despite so many written and personal requests our electricity bill is being issued showing consumption of 320 units, though we are consuming only 1-10 units of electricity per month as our flat remains close as no body is presently residing permanently at our flat. Despite so many requests the concerned staff / authority is not taking any action and issuing bill under METER STATUS - as 'F".                             We are the residents of III-A Nehru Nagar,the house no. 99 in our locality is continuously using the electricity by Katia for marble cutting and grinding.We have already complaint to the line man but he has been bribed by the owner of III-A 99 Nehru Nagar. He is continuously stealing electricity since the start of his house construction. We request you to please take the strict action because these kind of deeds are responsible for power shortages and loss to the exchequer.

                              Electric pole of 11 kV is totally rusted at base as per photo attached. The said pole is in front of the Shoprix Mall in Vaishali sector-4, Ghaziabad. Please note many school children board their buses near the said pole. Hope you will forward the information to relevant authority. I propose Paschimanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam Ltd., should include on their portal, mail id of various executive authorities (apart from land-line and mobile numbers) who have to take action on such complaints and we can send our complaint directly to them.

                                I am residence of Raj Retreat Apartment, Defence Colony Bhopura, Ghaziaba. I want to log a complain for my neighbour"house number;--A104" he is working as a line man in PVVNL.

                                1:--No electricity meter from more than one year.
                                2:-- If there is no electricity in the society then he always use to steel electricity from other.
                                3:--Being as government employee he own a shop and can be found there, means he don't go to office also.


                                Hoping that all the member in PVVNL are not corrupted and will the necessary action.

                                  I am suffering from a complaint of electric meter which is not working even display is not coming for last four months. I have complained to the electricity department (PVVNL, SDO, Sector-108, Noida) in writing, but no action is taken in this regard. I have paying the bill regularly. It is very serious matter.                                     Hello,
                                    I have recently moved from Raj Nagar, Ghaziabad to Indirapuram, Ghaziabad. In raj Nagar, Power Cut per day was in tune of 2-3 hours a day but in Indirapuram it is around 11-12 hours a day in Nyay Khand -1 area & 7-8 hours during night, which is unbearable

                                    No one can sleep at night as Inverter also can't be charged with such high rate of power cut.

                                      Our area is not getting proper electicity bill on time due to which we are facing so much of problem and electricty department of our area is not taking any response to our given complaint. They unnessesarily used to take fine every month on the payment of our bill. So we reqest that you may take severe action against it.

                                        I have paid my Electricity bill for Jan 2013 via Cheque payment and got receipt from Paschimanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited, when I gone for making payment for the month of Feb 2013, Clerk refuse to take cheque, he said your cheque is bounced. Immidiete I rushed to Bank and asking for any bounce, my Bank told me your cheque is not presented at Bank till date. Than I contacted again this Clerk of PVVNL and told this story, he is very rude and not listen any thing and asking make payment through DD with penalty only.
                                        I want to know from PVVNL officials why I should pay penalty & payment thorugh DD because there is no my mistake your department did not submit my cheque in my Bank.
