The above bill was paid by me through State Bank Debit Card No.[protected] and subsiquently my Current Accout No. [protected] debited with Rs. 884.63 on dated 01/02/2013. The account statement is enclosed for your ready refernce,

But, in the month of Feb., 2013 electricity bills comes with Rs, 1702/- including the aforesaid month arrear amount of Rs. 875/- which is already paid by me. Though I have paid this bill of Rs. 1702/- through internet on 17/02/2013.

Please look into the matter and either excess amount which i have paid, refund or adjust with next month billing amount.

    Dear Sir,

    My electric meter of residence is in the name of Rajesh Kumar, Book no 6026, and 040165. For last few months I am observing the the abnormal billing being done by the concerned dept (Paschimanchal vidyut vitran nigam ltd (EDDDU Ghaziabad Vaishali sec -5).
    My home is closed for few months hence no electricity consumption recorded, In the billing also
    Last reading : 40709
    Current reading : 40709
    which is same but in one column metered reading is shown as 240 units and I am billed according to 240 units which is unjustified.

    Please help me in this matter. a copy of e-billing is enclosed for your reference.

        Hi,

        I had requested for 3 new connections of 20kv each.

        The electricity board officers in my city told me that they cannot provide me a new connection, as their transformer is running over-loaded. On asking, when the new transformer will be in place, they said that its in process since last 1 year and may take some more time.

        I need the connection immediately, as the complex that we have just got built needs electricity. But, as per the electricity board they cannot provide us electricity because they do not have proper transformers for the same, and they are not even sure when will it be in place. I tried reaching their senior's (in my city) but its of no use, as they all have the same say.

        Please suggest me an alternate on how to get it done, also please inform how can I get this issue resolve at earliest.

        pvvnl — plz change the transformer

        with due respect and humble request i want to draw your kind attention towards the wrost condition of wirings and light cutting in the loni border .last 2 week we are living without light in my area because of the burned the transformer.
        I have done complaint against this but no reply.
        so plz change the transformer as soon as possible.

          This is kind information informed you that My Self Dinesh Kumar Verma, I a m suffixing for extra bill amount, which is wrongly updated by the miter Reader and the fault of your system, my electricity bill i s wrongly updated the system last 6 months and kindly updated the information.
          I have escalated the case to your J.e and the bill is corrected by him, however i am getting the same Issue.

            I have purchased a plot number: SF2, 2nd floor, C/15, Ankur vihar, Ghaziabad, have already applied for electronic meter, 2 months back however, have not received meter. I have already paied the amount and also received receipt for the same.

            Would request you to please provide us meter otherwise I will not pay your monthly bills and don’t force me to pay bills.

            You need to talk/meet with Mr. Jagesh Kumar A.E. - Meter - Loni, Mob: - [protected].
            First week of May 13, I received meter after long pending request & fight with the concerned official.
            For your information, I tried to contact on the above given number (Mr. Jagesh Kumar A.E. - Meter - Loni, Mob: - [protected]) but he does not respond.
            First of all I want to ask a question who has given license to the PASCHIMANCHAL VIDYUT VITRAN, kindly cancel the license for Loni, Ankur vihar as the company is unable to serve better.
            If I start complaints you will not able to count, they have pathetic/worse customer service. Please convey to the top concerned official and don’t send me any previous bills as I did not utilize electricity. I want my bill should generate from the date of installation of Meter otherwise I’ll go for other options.
            Need reason for extra charging for Meter as it cost Rs.3500/-, however charged Rs.6500/- and reason for delay in meter Installation for more than 8 Months?
            Is there anyone in PASCHIMANCHAL VIDYUT VITRAN, who check customer’s complaint, any email id or direct number.

                I have a PVVNL connection for the last 12 years (Book No 6049, Connection No. 043530). However, I have been living out of town for the last 5 years. Since I was going to visit my Kaushambi, Ghaziabad house only once in a few months, I started paying the electricity bill in advance (as in, pay more than the billed amount, so it could be adjusted against the minimum monthly charges). Things were fine will July 2011, when suddenly I found that my consumption is being taken on 'assessment basis' and not on actual meter reading. When I inspected the meter, it was working fine. It seemed that since there was hardly a few units electricity consumption (IN A HOUSE WHICH WAS LOCKED FOR FOUR YEARS, OBVIOUSLY!), the person taking the reading assumed that the meter was faulty. The assessment was of 400 units month! Even when i was living there, my consumption was about 100-120 units a month ( I have bills to prove that). By the time anyone took notice of my complaint, it was Nov 2011, and already there were 2000 units arbitrarily billed to my account. I met the SDO Vaishali in Nov '11 who promised to take immediate corrective action. He wrote instructions for JE Kaushambi, but when the JE Kaushambi send a person to check the connection, the meter was showing no display. The JE asked me to get the meter changed. This, I did, after consulting with the SDO, and paying the requisite fee. Despite that, and despite paying a total of over Rs 10,000 for the period, in January my connection was disconnected. After two months of running from office to office, finally the connection was restored. However, when I went back to my house in May '12, to my shock, the billing was still being done on 'assessment' basis, despite a working meter, showing valid readings (which we were noting religiously on a placard next to the meter). I went through the same grind again - SDO Vaishali, JE Kaushambi, etc. Finally the SDO wrote instructions to settle all outstanding amounts, etc. and advised me that with some 200 units deduction, the total amount comes to -(negative) Rs 5694 (meaning PVVNL owed me Rs 5694, as on 26th May 2012). Having no choice, I accepted this as I saw no hope of getting back the other amounts I had paid. I thought the worst was over, but I was wrong
                Within three months, by August '12, PVVNL suddenly disconnected my connection again, this time making some strange excuse that my original (12 year old) transfer from the builder's name to my name has not been done, and the fees not being paid. Of course, I had the documents to prove that IT HAD BEEN DONE. The biggest being the BILLS THEMSELVES, which were in my name since year 2000. When contacted, the new SDO Vaishali was not available and his subordinates asked for an application, which was duly submitted. However, another month has passed and there is no action. Instead of looking into the matter, PVVNL again deducted almost Rs 4700 between June and August. Today, the connection has been restored and the meter is working, but the PVVNL staff refuses to take the reading or provide an explanation of the Rs 4700 deducted. It is just a matter of time that the remaining Rs 900 will be over, and then armed with a new excuse (unpaid amount) they will happily disconnect again. When and how will I get relief from this rotten system? I am a senior citizen and a 65 year old widow, and If i dont get justice now, I will go to any authorities or any forum possible

                Update : Its 17th November 2012 today, and far from being solved, the problem has only increased. After finishing off the above Rs 900, PVVNL has billed me for further Rs 2879 !! And the bill REMAINS ON ASSESSMENT BASIS, despite a working meter. Still... still. just to avoid the hassle of disconnection and reconnection, I've made the payment again today (Rs 2879) and made a complaint on the helpline as well (complaint no. 290018). WILL SENSE PREVAIL NOW?

                  This amount has arrears in my current bill even though it has been already paid.

                  Please do the needful of this matter.

                  I tried calling every number given on site but phone is always busy. There is no complaint email available on the site for eudd-5, noida.

                    Subject- Electricity Meter running out of limit- Too fast.
                    Respected Sir,
                    It is submitted that I am holder of valid Electrical Connection No. 021165 and Book No. 5016 is installed at my residence (House No. 404/4, Sector- 16, Vasundhra, Gzb).

                    This is to address that in last generated bill on 9th Aug’12 for the period of one month; reading was recorded as 27386 and was paid through cheque no. 002069 dated 31/08/2012 with late payment. There was no outstanding till then.
                    Now just after one month on 7th Sep’12 at 5:30 p.m. when again person from Electricity department (Mr. Santosh Singh) generated bill, It was shocking to know that reading on meter shown 72530 and asked for billing amount to be approx. Rs. 1,75,000.00 (One Lac. Seventy Five Thousand only).
                    With due respect I am requesting you to take immediate action as today also at 9:00 a.m. when seen the reading is coming ~74830 i.e there is a hike of 2300 units in just 16 hours, double of the units that we were paying in complete month.
                    It is really embarrassing that with approx. 6~8 hours power cut in a day and with no such huge power consuming appliances installed at home how could this happen to pay for approx. 1200 to 1500 units in a month.

                      We are monthly fixed amount pay to electricity department (PASCHIMANCHAL VIDYUT VITRAN NIGAM Ltd.) about Rs.300 /- but they provide electricity to our Town only 6 Hours (2 Hours in a day & 4 Hours in Night (as per village Policy Registered in Electricity Department (PASCHIMANCHAL VIDYUT VITRAN NIGAM Ltd. - Lucknow). When they provide electricity only 6 Hour. Then why they are taking monthly fix amount as per Town policy from our town Nagar Panchayat Aggarwal Mandi Tatiri. so you are requested to please provide 18 Hours Electricity to our Town (aggarwal Mandi Tatiri - Distt. Baghpat (U.P.) as per Monthly Pay amount or remove Monthly fixed amount / Electricity meter as per village policiy. for our town record available Chairman and Town Neria. So Please provide facility as per payment. Thanks.

                        I am able to see Jul 2012 electric bill online but I am shocked to see that meter reading has jumped from unit 12180 to 33320

                        In the Apr 2012 bill meter reading was showing constant value 12180 (my flat is locked since past 5 years since 2007, so no electricity consumption), but in the JUL 2012 bill suddenly meter reading is jumped to 33320 (a increase of 21140 unit!!!)

                        I am attaching both Jan 2012, Apr 2012 and Jul 2012 bill for comparison.



                        I am currently in Singapore since 2007 and my flat is locked since then. How come change in the meter reading like above possible while there is no consumption of electricity!!!

                        This thing never happened before; generally you used to prepare the bill adding some average 400 units since there is no increase in meter reading because of no electricity consumption.



                        My humble request, please help to rectify this ASAP so that my mental peace not disturbed. If I don’t get any positive response, then there will be no choice for me other than seeking legal advice from Lawyer and file legal complaint against PVVNL as the JUL2012 bill showing Rs 75000 is a huge amount and totally unjustified.





                        Also, in a separate complaint I requested you not to create my electricity bill charged with average unit since actually meter is not fault, there is no increase in meter reading because I am staying abroad and my flat is locked so no electricity consumption. Instead I requested you to create the bill with the fixed minimum charge only which I need to pay to as per the PVVLN guideline. But no action has been taken on this also. I did last payment online on 08 Jan 2012 of Rs2000 (copy attached), but after that I stopped paying seeing the huge anomaly in the bill.



                        I am totally disturbed mentally by seeing the Jul 2012 bill, please help, I want to settle this ASAP so that I can again continue to pay my bill online in a smooth manner..

                          Sir,

                          It is informed that about my personal grievance (as my domestic bill could not correct by the Department in last eight months). I submitted that
                          In continuation my previous unanswered complaint posted on web portal, any officer of the concerned electricity department did not even contact me for asking problem? If the staff of the concerned electricity department is receiving monthly salary, so they must attain for the welfare of customer at every time in solving customer’s problems. But instead of solving customer’s problems, the concerned electricity department staff & officers are increasing in customer’s problems to promote commission agents and bribe (SUVIDHA SULK) system. The previous unanswered complaint was posted on web on Jun 21, 2012. The said detailed complaint is available at end of this Complaint.

                          After making personal efforts, BR (for update the consumer electricity monthly bill) was issued, but very shame to communicate that the concerned computer staff did not updated the same in the monthly billing computer records. The personal efforts for updating monthly bill become Zero in the present UP Government only to harassment of consumers by the UP Government Officials.

                          I personally contacted with concerned computer staff for correcting the said monthly bill, but he (and other three unsocial elements were sitting with him in his cabin) told that the said BR was canceled, Go to electricity department office and request again to SDO and other clerical staff for issue new BR, than after the bill can update. I argued with him but no result.

                          I telephonically contacted with concerned SDO, and he replied that come to his office and explain all story in details than I can do some thing. In a question, he told that he is having lots of field work, so he has no fixed time to come his office, so come and wait for me to say your story.

                          After telephonically discussion with concerned SDO, I telephonically contacted with concerned Executive Engineer, EUDD III Ghaziabad, and requested to assist & help in updating the said monthly bill. I told him about the unsocial behaviour of said concerned computer staff. I also told him about the problem of concerned SDO that he is having lots of field work, so he has no fixed time to come his office. After listen me he simply replied that his phone number is not related with complaint office, he is supervisor of only for SDO, if SDO in not working, write a complaint against him, than he can do some thing.


                          This is about the public welfare system of PVVNL Uttar Pradesh Complaints & Reviews meant for Humiliations & Harassments of Consumer. The PVVNL is not a perfect system who are stealing electricity.

                          Very interesting to disclosed that a person meet me in front of concerned computer room, he told me he can update my said monthly bill in a hour if I pay him a sum of rupee of 250/-. This is the present corrupted system of the PVVNL Uttar Pradesh.

                          Concerned authorities of the PVVNL Uttar Pradesh and UP Government are requested to take a action to reform the system in the line of welfare of Consumers.

                          It is added here that I sent this also to the Present Honorable Chief Minister o[censored]ttar Pradesh Government.

                          It is informed that about my personal grievance (as my domestic bill could not correct by the Department in last six months), On 19 June, 2012, at 12:06 PM, I sent an email to Managing Director, Urja Bhawan Paschimanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam Ltd., Victoria Park, Meerut 250001 on email (as it was given on web portal of the Department).

                          I submitted the following complaint to the authority:

                          I am facing lot of problems regarding consumption of electricity in Ghaziabad.

                          There are lots of miss managements are now days only harassing sincere customers. Electricity departments staff & officers are humiliating sincere and honest consumers to motivate them not to use billing electricity. Indirectly, they are forcing honest consumers to steel electricity on monthly payments to contractor line men, as temporary arrangement basis. There are many peoples who are steeling electricity from a long period and paying nothing in Ghaziabad . These peoples having direct connection from electricity poll even coated wires are there.

                          Actually, to write to you, the problems are-
                          NO PROPER FACILITY FOR COLLECTING PAYMENTS,
                          DELIBERATELY BILLS PREPARED WRONG OTHER THAN METER READINGS,
                          FOLLOWING METHOD IS ADOPTED FOR BILL CORRECTION:

                          Step_1: Wrong bill prepared by contracted billing staff
                          Step_2: Go to SDO (rarely available on seat) to collect orders for JE for verification
                          Step_3: JE of concerned area (who rarely available), find out him and try to correct the verification report,
                          Step_4: JE order to bill maker contracted billing staff for further verification,
                          Step_5: Find out the contracted billing staff for further verification report.

                          All these report need to be collect by the consumers at own cost; consumers faced humiliation due to such kind of mismanagement of the present system where sincere consumers are used like a servant by your department.

                          After getting the verification report from contracted billing staff go to JE, JE will send to SDO and SDO will send to billing clerk. The billing clerk will act like a king, billing clerk always found to say to consumers, leave the bills here, and collect the correct bill after one week. But they never give receipt of that bills received by the billing clerk.

                          In this system a sincere & honest consumer lost his money in local transportation (as all offices are not at same place), always available for waiting the desired officers like a peon, it this an honest consumer lost his employment many days.

                          After facing this honest consumer harassing system of your department, there is no guarantee that honest consumer’s bill will correct accordingly.

                          Sir, I request to you to take action such type of consumers harassing Officers and staff of your department at Ghaziabad.

                          In view of the above, my questions is with the concerned authorities of of the Department, what is need to pay high salary and free electricity for poor performing staff of your department?
                          Why a consumer may face any high billing charges for their salary?

                          It is added here that I sent this email copy to the Present Honorable Chief Minister o[censored]ttar Pradesh.

                          It is need of the time that honest consumers should not be harassed in this way and only the wrong doing consumers should be checked and corrected to maintain good relation with the deptt. and the consumers and in the best interest of all. corruption attitude of the authority staff should be minimized considering the problem of the consumers and all higher authorities should look into such matters seriously without favouring their staff of negligent attitude towards the consumers.

                          Meter running so fast

                          Meter Running So fast, many time complain but problem not solved .please replace my meter . Connection is new . Sealing report not received till now.

                            In continuation my previous unanswered complaint posted on web portal, any officer of the concerned electricity department did not even contact me for asking problem? If the staff of the concerned electricity department is receiving monthly salary, so they must attain for the welfare of customer at every time in solving customer’s problems. But instead of solving customer’s problems, the concerned electricity department staff & officers are increasing in customer’s problems to promote commission agents and bribe (SUVIDHA SULK) system.                             After making personal efforts, BR (for update the consumer electricity monthly bill) was issued, but very shame to communicate that the concerned computer staff did not updated the same in the monthly billing computer records. The personal efforts for updating monthly bill become Zero in the present UP Government only to harassment of consumers by the UP Government Officials.

                            I personally contacted with concerned computer staff for correcting the said monthly bill, but he (and other three unsocial elements were sitting with him in his cabin) told that the said BR was canceled, Go to electricity department office and request again to SDO and other clerical staff for issue new BR, than after the bill can update. I argued with him but no result.

                            I telephonically contacted with concerned SDO, and he replied that come to his office and explain all story in details than I can do some thing. In a question, he told that he is having lots of field work, so he has no fixed time to come his office, so come and wait for me to say your story.

                            After telephonically discussion with concerned SDO, I telephonically contacted with concerned Executive Engineer, EUDD III Ghaziabad, and requested to assist & help in updating the said monthly bill. I told him about the unsocial behaviour of said concerned computer staff. I also told him about the problem of concerned SDO that he is having lots of field work, so he has no fixed time to come his office. After listen me he simply replied that his phone number is not related with complaint office, he is supervisor of only for SDO, if SDO in not working, write a complaint against him, than he can do some thing.


                            This is about the public welfare system of PVVNL Uttar Pradesh Complaints & Reviews meant for Humiliations & Harassments of Consumer. The PVVNL is not a perfect system who are stealing electricity.

                            Very interesting to disclosed that a person meet me in front of concerned computer room, he told me he can update my said monthly bill in a hour if I pay him a sum of rupee of 250/-. This is the present corrupted system of the PVVNL Uttar Pradesh.

                            Concerned authorities of the PVVNL Uttar Pradesh and UP Government are requested to take a action to reform the system in the line of welfare of Consumers.

                            It is added here that I sent this also to the Present Honorable Chief Minister o[censored]ttar Pradesh Government.

                              Dear Sir,

                              I am Retired Commodore D.R Acharya residing in sector 25 Jalvayu Vihar Noida. It is understood that in sector 25 the old meters are being replaced with the new ones. Yesterday 02 July at about 2 pm I found that there was very high fluctuation in the voltage. I immediately switched off my main devices and waited for the fluctuation to settle down. Since this happens in Noida very frequently I was sure that this will settle down after sometime. Immediately after that there was some one at my door who called me down to the ground floor telling me that there was some spark coming from my meter box on the ground floor. There were about three to four people there including two of my neighbours. Two other persons who claimed to be from the Electricity department told me that there was some spark in my meter box. I thanked them for the information and asked them how come they were there so fast. They told me that they were checking all meters as those were to be replaced with new Indian meters and when they came to our cluster they found two of the meters having that sparking. They also volunteered to help me out by giving me direct connection which I did not understand but they did some thing after breaking the seal of the meter and corrected my voltage fluctuation.

                              I was very happy and thanked them for their help. When I came up to my house my neighbour from house number L-266 came to me and said that those people did not want to tell me directly but they expected some reward from me. He himself told me that I should give them around Rs. 50 or so. I only had a change for Rs. 40 and gave that to one of the person who had corrected my power supply.

                              This was a routine matter and I had no problem about this. What got me alarmed was the fact that at about 8:15 pm or so my same neighbour came to me and shocked me with a suggestion which was highly preposterous. He told me that those power supply people had told him that my meter was burnt and the replacement would cost me around Rs. 5700/=. However, this can be sorted out at very less money if I was willing to make nominal payment directly to those people. I asked him why did they not tell me this directly. To that he said that they were hesitant to talk to me directly about such proposal and since he has been using their services time and again they made this proposal through him. He also told me that he was only trying to help me as a neighbour. I thanked him for his concern about me and told him that I will consider his proposal later.

                              After thinking over this for the whole night and then relating it to the agitation by ANNA HAZARE and party where the PM and all other politicians as well as the officer cadre are getting a bad name for the wrought that has set in our society I thought it prudent to report this on line. I do not know what action will be taken on this but these are the problems of our society which need to be highlighted. Ultimately a common man or the customer for fear of trouble to him hesitate to make such complaints. I am also worried that me and my wife may suffer if the power supply to us is interrupted but if all o[censored]s remain quiet about such issues who will remove this wrought from our society. I am making this long report for the benefit of those who care to cleanse the system.

                              Paschimanchal vidyut vitran nigam — wrong penalty for overloading load

                              I am using 10hp tubewell for agriculture purpose & we are paying tubewell bill accordingly but two times electricity dept. sent notice to us that you are using 15hp submersible pump that is totaly false. We have sent letter to electricity board BAGPAT. But they are sending notice to deposite Rs. 5000/- approx penalty amount. several time we have requested in written to check our load of tubewell in actual. Really we are paying uptodate bill of 10 hp but due to non availability of proper voltage. Tubewell could not run due to this low voltage.
                              We are using submersible pump of our real Uncle shri Hardwari lal, which operated by our Tractor with Generator set. no electric line was there.
                              Kindly intervin the metter. We shall appriciate to you.

                                The power distribution boxes are in bad condition and are not able to take the load. Hence break down and the same is rectified every time on temporary basis.

                                Even after putting our written complaint in the bigening of the month nothing fruitful has been done by the PVVNL authorities.

                                If you fail to pay in time - penality ensues.
                                If PVVNL fails to provide proper services - What penality / action???

                                power — Erratic Power supply.

                                This is to bring to your notice the erratic power supply to a part of our block where only two rows remain in dark for atleast one hour or so. But yesterday the power went off at 7- P.M. and at 12 midnight it came for a few minutes and again went off and has not come till the time of writing this mail.

                                Secondly i would like to bring to your notice that the BSES sub station in our block remain unmanned for most of the time and also remain unlocked as a result any man go inside and do whatever he can.Moreover jhuggi dwellers get regular supply of power from that station. Whereas we all were in dark and could not sleep, the jhuggi dwellers had light all through the night and were having good sleep. While the consumers who pay regularly were suffering, the persons who use electricity unauthorisedly and paying nothing were enjoying the patronage of BSES.

                                Everytime there is power failure due to transformer problem all the colony has power except the last two rows where the power has still not come.

                                We are living in JG-III Block Vikaspuri 175A and our lane behind these two rows have regular problem of power supply.

                                Please look into the matter and ensure that this does not happen again and also find out who are the persons who are patronising these people.

                                power — repairing and replacement,talk in rude manner with the customer

                                i had taken a pair of sleeper of power company at 17-02-10 from #6,FAZ complex,MM Layout,hesarghatta main road,chikkabanawara,bangalore-90.mobile no-[protected].........after one day i got a manufacturing defect in it, while i had not used it roughly.....i gave it to the dealer from where i had taken.......after two day on 20 feb i went to him and asked for my sleeper .......he gave it to me but the manufactured was not done properly......he had taken the help of some local cobbler.......when i asked for that..he said he cant do any thing...he talked to me so rudely.....instead of replacing my sleeper he talked to me so rudely thats not fair.........thats why i am writing this.........

                                  I am residing Gyan Khand-4, Indirapuram. There are 3 sub stations new build but they still not working. I don't know. In all indirapuram electricity board fitted transformer in different areas last 2 and 3 years ago but they are not started yet. Only main power station transformer are working. Electricity condition is so bad that approx 8-14 hours light cut off in specially Gyan Khand -4. But no body is taking care. Electricity fluctuation is too much that even some of appliances got damage. Already a huge money is going waste on the transformer if they are not working since last 2-3 years. Please check into this matter.

                                    A house owner of N.H, 80 ,pallavpuram II Modipuram ,Meerut has been taken the electric cable connection before cable is connected to metre and without any fear he has stolling electricity directely and fun with a/c and other equipment of his house. I have been sent a letter for concerrn officer but they did not take any action so far and another infomation is also put into the complaint box fixed in the enner side of pvvnl Meerut office but conncerred officer didnot open the complaint box so far .It is submitting to you for take a suitable action to this house owner as well as negligiency of conncerrn officer.

                                    I'm belong to a tiny village KalyanPur, District- Muzaffarngar (U.P.).
                                    Dear sir/ ma'm, it's been more than 2 days I haven't seen any sign of electric power in my village I think something is going wrong with in your department. Board exams are about to coming and we're unable to focus on our study. It's 2019 but lacking of electricity is showing me, it is 2009. Please find any solution for us. We guys are paying money but still we are not getting the complete electricity for using. I hope you will understand our problem and u will try to help us.

                                      I have not got bill from last 2 months ( March & April) .
                                      In the month of may I have got bill of amount Rs 1894 for 91 meter units reading .

                                      For the Feb month last reading was 117 which was paid Rs 698/- & in may it is calculated from 117 to 208 .
                                      How come amount of Rs 1894 for 91 units and also it shows outstanding amount of Rs 2292 for March & April

                                      Electricity bill is not clear & unfair amount is charged to us . Pls look into this .
