I had ordered through Orderme app products worth Rs.1310. They sent a box on which the receipt itself says consignment weight is 107 grams. Order weight should have been 2.44kg. This receipt has bar code also that can be checked.
There is nothing in the box. No products received. I have asked them to take the box back and check. I have sent photos of the receipts and the box also.

It has been 12 days but no refund. No Managers or Supervisors connect to the customers. I call everyday.

Other orders received successfully. Be careful from ordering through Orderme app. Not all times but sometimes they don't send products and then don't refund money also, as in my case 12 days have passed with no response.

Incident - Really had very experience today, morning @9.30 me and wife went to this store. Person at the cash counter misbehaved with us, pointed out finger to my wife, abused and started saying bad words in Kannada. What the hell do u guys think? Stop discriminating people between North Indian and South Indian. We are Indian first why learning Kannada language is so mandatory over here. I'm a Indian and respect all cultures and religions. The person at cash counter said, 'Lean Kannada first if you want to stay here in Karnataka" what non - sense? Also he gave us wrong product we asked for Madhunasvati tabs for mind, instead he gave us Madhunashini Vati (Diabetes Mellitus) When you guys don't have skilled professionals who doesn't has product knowledge and rather fought with us just because we wanted to check some other items available. whereas other customers standing there supported us but still he was fighting and using vetibad words. in surely gonna complain this to your higher authority. North Indians please be careful.

I ordered some grocery products from OrderMe app(patanjali)... Daliya ka 2 packet already open tha n ussey cello tape se stick kiya gaya tha... N some products avi tak ni mile mujhe... Mainey online payment v kardi thi. Kaafi late delivery hui n that's to pura saaman v ni mila avi tak

I was purchased kesh kanti anti dandruff hair cleanser at vallabh vidhya nagar Gujarat patanjali mega store. I was seen in botal Dant kanti fresh active gel toothpast -20g FREE with hair cleanser but dant kanti item not give by patanjali Mega store dealer.

I have order 4 items of approx Rs1000
But in the invoice is showing a wrong bill of just Rs200. However, Rs 1000 has been deducted from my account.
I still didn't receive the any of the items I ordered..

I have all the bills, invoices, & bank statements as proof.
I have called many a times to the customer care but none of them has taken my complaint.
Please solve my problem at the earliest.
I need the medicines at the earliest.

Hello,

I have placed an order via Order Me app. Order number for this is grpOrdr_923062. One of the order in the group shows status as "Delivery Refused".

No one contacted me for this delivery. Have sent many emails to the customer care folks on [protected]@orderme.co.in but none has been responded so far. Your both customer care phone numbers given in the app are not working.

Can you please help resolve this issue on a priority basis? It has been more than 10 days since the order was placed. If it can't be delivered, please issue the refund for the pending items.

Cash on deliver option are not show after order 1000 rs above

I ordered 2 ground nut oli 5 lit jar 12 days ago but i didn't get it and there is no response of customer care about it i want my product as soon as possible others wise i have to take action regarding this as consumers courts complaint may be .

I have ordered Patanjali Coronil Kit(2 sets) through Patanjali Ayurved online website on[protected], the order no. of which is [protected] for value of Rs.1090. But now its more than 1 month, I have not yet received the product. Also I have sent numerous mails to Patanjali in the mail ID: [protected]@orderme.co.in, but there is no response from them regarding the order. Also, I have tried calling their customer care multiple times. but their customer care no. is also not responding. The shipment details (XpressBees Courier, Tracking ID:[protected] of this order mentioned in their website also is incorrect. Also they are not giving refund for this order, inspite of reminder mails. Kindly help.

I have paid the full amount online of my order no 721343 and received only first 15 items. In this connection I have sent so many mails to [protected]@orderme.co.in which are unattended till now. Kindly resolve the matter as soon as possible.

Hi Concerned

I have ordered few items from Patanjali online store app. Order no. is [protected]. In this, 2 items are missing and not delivered till now. These are Divya Chandraprabhavati (1 qty.) and Patanjali Paushtik marie biscuit (2 qty.). Full payment is done for this order.
In the invoice received with the rest of the items delivered, both the items are being striked off. I am continuously mailing on the customer care id, but no response is there. Please resolve the issue on priority as it's been a long time and if the products are not there, kindly specify the refund details.
