Hi

I have order 2 packets Coronil Kit with Patanjali throgh order me and order No is [protected] on dated[protected].
I have talked customer care no [protected] two times but persons not talking gently. I have asked them about i cancel order and send my money back they told you can't cancel order and after some time they told you can cancel and i asked about refund they told you will get.
Please confirm with my account details how they will refund.

Sorry to say but this bad time this company is doing fraud for little profit and other hand Baba Ramdev Ji telling they will make better and Healthy India.

Updated by v_saini1212 I like to inform you that when i try to cancel order, i was unable to cancel. There shown that Courier details has been created but till no courier details i received even not showing despatch at website order me.

Also i made payment in advance but till date i have not received my order. I have talked customer care but they always told that please wait we will update soon but till now all fail.

Even i try to cancel order and get my money back but its also not workable, we can't cancel the order.

Is any of the responsible person in Patanjali who can look into the matter and solve this issue.

Or also confirm is this website fraud and i did mistake.

But sorry to say that this is very hard time for all o[censored]s but this company just making money to create problems like this

Now, it's 10 days over to order but till date no update from Patanjali. Still it showing goods packed. Please confirm is this website Fraud or True.
I am afraid that may be i got scam by this website persons.

Or if its Patanjali website than why they doing like this if they cant despatch medicine they should refund my money back.
I request Govt to look into the matter.

      I have cancelled patanjali order#: [protected] but there is no communication from their end regarding the refund.

      The customer care is also very bad as there is no response even after dropping so many mails.

      There was no estimated delivery date for products and that's why i had to cancel the order.
      Please refund my money almost 24 days passed but refund not received after several mails

          My order no.[protected]. I ordered on 3.5.21 on patanjali app .when it got delivered I opened the box but it is not complete 1/2 of the items are missing and in app it is showing order completed, I had done payment via online method.
          please resolve my issue.

                        After calling them so many times failed to contact them and no follow up mail from them, I am forced to file a complaint regarding pathetic packaging which broke the ketchup liquid and got splitted damaging other products too. The company has to pay for my damage

                                I ordered coronil kit on[protected] with order no- 488010. It has been 20 days since I ordered. Neither u deliver my product nor return my money which I paid online at time of ordering. I had made complaint earlier also on 4th may but u didn't take any cognizance of issue. Don't compel me to go to consumer forum. Either deliver or return my money. Don't treat customer as joke. Delivery boys just delay delivery and don't come finally. I[censored] again will not take any action, I will complain in consumer forum.

                                  I had ordered for 2 Nos of Divya Swasari Coronil Kit & 4 Nos of Divya Sadbindu Taila vide order No 701772 on 07.05.2021 to be delivered at my sister's residence at Pitampura New Delhi 110034 & paid Rs 1466/- online.
                                  The courier was delivered yesterday i.e. 12.05.2021 vide XPRESSBEES AWB No[protected] at around 5:15PM. When she opened the package she found only 2 bottles of Giloy Ghanvati instead of 2 Nos of Divya Coronil Kit & 4 Nos of Shadbindu Oil which were missing. ( A photo of the package that was received is attached with this mail)
                                  Even the package weight was 164 gms instead of 480gms which should have been received as per order details. .I am trying to contact all their helpline numbers continuously but they are either out of reach, not replied or busy
                                  I want the replacement of these items on urgent basis

                                    I ordered Divya Dhara from Order Me app [467789]. It was ordered on 21 April 2021. Until the product not yet arrived. I made several calls to customer care, but zero result. The current status is showing Pick up (as of 6 May 2021), but yet arrived. This is very bad because before we order I was assured that it take 24 Hrs time to deliver parcel (for 500 km) and 48 hours to deliver parcel (for 1000 km).It is better not to make any promise if you are not sure about the delivery day and time.
