I had placed an order on 09 June 2021 with Order # : [protected] of value Rs.2409,
I Received the order on 15 june 2021, But to my surprise i see that there were many items missing in the box, But the invoice list pasted on the box shows all items ticked, Which is however impossible to fit in this size box.
The Box weight as per Blue Dart is 6 kg where as if all the items were present in the box it should be around 9-10 kg

Why is Patanjali being such a reputed brand doing this ??
I have contacted the customer care by call and email, The only response they give is a refund of 140 has been initiated which is nonsense, The value of missing items is around Rs. 500

i have ordered megavati 02 box each box contains 04 strips, i received my order with two box but one box contains only two strips, trying to convey all mail, invoice, product images are given for same but patanjali customer care like a kid is refusing to refund or deliver short quantity, this is a looting of customers kindly give justice

Sir, I purchased two bottles of Virgin Sesame Oil, 910g, both of Batch no. JACO210012 from the local Patanjali store. When used (both frying and cooking), it gave a very strong smell and also gave pungent taste.
This has never happened before.
I did not open the second bottle with the above fear.
Please advise.

I haven't received all the items yet. The items like chavanprash, Peedantaka Pain reliever, Aloevera Juice(fibre). I am really not happy with your service. I have paid amount already for these items. Kindly send these items as soon as possible.

But no further movement possibly yet. Why. ? Online payment is compulsory but order is out of your control. Great ideology brand is SWADESHI, but you are behaving as Pakistani. Refund my money otherwise I'll knock down Consumer COURT very soon.

I have Purchased Patanjali Products worth Rs.1925 on 25/May/2021 at Official online Shopping is Website(https://www.patanjaliayurved.net) of Patanjali. Purchase Order No. of this Transaction is '[protected]'. Till now, i have not received all my products completely. On 15/June/2021, i have received only few products containing only Honey and Ghee. Still i have to receive many other products. There is no reply from your side regarding the pending products & their delivery.

Out of order worth 1000, item with Rs.40 is missed when it was delivered

I have received short material.

Against my order number[protected] with Patanjali Ayurved, I have received only a fraction of the materials ordered. The Green Flush toilet cleaner is not there and I received only 3 ou of the four packs of Swasri Kwath ordered. In effect I received only Rs.150 worth material against Rs.505 paid. The packing invoice shows all materials .
The package received is very small . I have attached a photo records of the same.. This is highly condemnable. This is the second time it is happening to me. This time if I do not get my materials or compensation I am proceeding legally

I placed an online prepaid order for 4 items with Patanjali vide Order no. [protected], dated[protected] for Rs.1024. I recd. a packet, and on opening I found there goods other than what I ordered. These goods, as per invoice pasted on the packet, were for some one in Andhra Pradesh. I informed customer care, with complaint number OM[protected]. They asked for photo of goods & invoice. I have sent it three times on their demand. They informed that they are refunding me first Rs. 370. on 03.06.2021 & Rs.284. on 10.06.2021. so far nothing has been recd. They have also closed the complaint. I want full refund. They should also take back goods wrongly sent.

I have ordered some medicine from ordering me on 2nd May 2021, I have not received my order yet as I checked and found my address is not correctly mentioned in the address so for correction, I was sent an email on 10th May but could not get any response and again I sent an email on 18th May and also on 31st may as more than passed and I have no more requirement of medicine kindly cancel my order and refund my money. but no one is responding.
I have much time called to customer care and they are always saying when your packet will come executive will call you that time you refuse to accept and your money will be back, I think this is not the good process I am requesting you kindly cancel and refund my money.

b. But the items bill enclosed in this packet is totally different as under:-

(d). Saundarya Aloevera gel 150 ml -1Nos
(e). Giloy juice 500 ml- 1Nos

c. I placed following demand on 27 May 2021vide order no. 962820 and paid Rs. 1040/- through online. But items not yet delivered:-
(a). Aloevera juice 1L (Fibre) -2Nos
(b). Turmeric powder 200gm -1Nos
(c). Amla juice 1L -2Nos
(d). Saundarya Aloevera gel 150ml-1Nos
(e). Mustard oil(b) 1L - 1Nos

4.Speedy deliver of the items as per our order and take over the wrong items dispatched from your end may highly appreciated.

Misbehaving shopkeeper with customer at Patanjali store
Today I purchased Patanjali products and I m last more than 10 years use your products
But your store shopkeeper is not good behave the use abusing language with customers they use very bad words also
Kindly plz change this area shopkeeper give Agency to some other person to behave good with customer and they use your products more

This is regarding order from ORDERME App.

It has been 1.5 months since I've cancelled the order number 489825 but I haven't received the refund into my payment source ( Swadeshi Samridhi card)

Also order number 552307 and 890681 was short delivered, the refund of which also hasn't been received.

I have sent email to [protected]@orderme.co.in twice already last month but didn't get any response/resolution. 1st email was on 11th May and next one on 2nd June but of no use.

I've tweeted to Patanjali also but I got their standard copy paste message.

I advise everyone not to use their pathetic services. Almost ₹2700 have been robbed by them. They have to pay back everything with 18% of interest. Looks like I've challenge them to consumer court.

Since May 2020 I have sent many mails and made numerous calls regarding the order placed on 14 may 2020
Since 18 may 2020 the status is waiting for courier pick up, on mail the standard repu I get is - the order is dispatched and I need to wait, I have been waiting for almost s month now. During last few calls with customer service person they assured that they had sent the query for refund, but mail response always says they are closing the case and I will get the order. But no one knows by when, no supervisor is there and no other fourm is there.

Please help in getting the order delivered or get the refund processed.

I did not receive patanjali ashwagandha churana in my order. Please send it as soon as possible. I'll attach the video relating to the matter to avoid any discrepancies.
