Sir, I am a regular customer of Patanjali products, but todayi experienced very bad behavior by the store owner.
today I went to Patanjali Store at BILHARI, JABALPUR, M.P - 482020. I collected all the items for billing . I gave my bank card for payment the store owner used abusive language for not paying in cash. He behaved in front of 20 customers its really humiliating.
I know you are a big company now and customers hardly matters to you.

On 19th june 2021, I ordered groceries for around 2000 rupees which I did'nt received. There is some fraud on part of this website as I did'nt received any further message till my order got cancelled automatically by them. On 1 july i am posting this complaint as there is no update for any kind of refund. I made calls, emais but they give no response. Further action will be taken soon.

I had ordered the products on 6-May-21 via order no. [protected]. Delivery was getting late, so I cancelled the order, but refund not processed.

Later on, I raised a ticket on Patanjali website via ticket no. [protected]. It's been around 2 months and I'm still awaiting for a response and refund from Patanjali.

Respected sir on 25.6.21from patanjali chikitsalaya and store b 20mangal orchid opp dmart versova andheri west mumbai 61 mobile [protected] vide bill no TI8581AAA2122 I purchased goods worth rs 759 from patanjali orchid yari road andheri west mumbai 61 and told the dealer to deduct discount through samriddhi card but the person sitting on the cash counter ajay got irritated and started arguing over discount as he had to check my discount balance these people without rhyme or reason citing lockdown reason stop giving discount on paying through samriddhi card and on that i told him why are you getting irritated for giving discount you close the card i told him that you are not doing favour by doing the sales service he told me you as a customer is also not doing us a favour i told him ok if you feel i will not visit the shop again he told dont visit such is the condition of patanjali dealers thanks kiran dave

I had placed 2 orders for supply of grocery products.Order No[protected] dated[protected] for Rs 1040/ but consignment delivered for Rs 970/ and I claimed refund of Rs 70/.Order No 1041339 dated[protected] for Rs698/but products delivered for Rs 440/for which I claimed refund of Rs 258/.However till date no refund has been received by me.It appears they are not interested in resolving customer’s grievances.

I have not received a confirmation message on my mobile from Patanjali for buying Divya Dhara, Kanth Amrit, Peedanil Gold and Moosli Pak today at 3.3.0 Pm. Paid Rs.1235 through debit card.

There quality is Very bad and my some product not received in order.

I applied for Samridhi card through Order me App and recharged with Rs. 5100/-. Few days later I checked it was showing as rejected and when I called customer care they put in as refund and said that u will get amount refunded in your account. It has been 14 days including today that I am waiting for refund, sent 6-8 mails as reminder and callee customer care 3-4 times but didn't received my refund. Need your immediate action to maintain credibility of Patanjali and Order me App.

I am regularly using Patanjali products, on 14 .06.2021 I had purchased one bottle of Amla juice from Yuvraj agency Gadhinglaj having code 27 vide bill no.32854. The amala juice is found to be different from my earlier purchased amala juice.it tastes more watery have different smell and also different colour.
I hereby request you for replacement of the amala juice I had purchased.

Rose sharbat is worst, dangerous and poisnous product,
Whenever my wife, my neigbhours drink Rose sharbat with water we all faceing sudden Diarreah (Loose motion).
This product have 100% wrong indergients.

पतंजलि चिकित्सालय सेण्टर पर मुझे ५ दिन की दवा डॉ साहब[ संजय कुमार त्रिपाठी - [protected] ] द्वारा लिखी गई परन्तु फार्मेसी सेण्टर पर पीडनिल गोल्ड का २० टेबलेट्स का पत्ता सेण्टर द्वारा दिया गया और ४०० रुपये लिए गए। चुकी डॉ साहब द्वारा ५ दिन की दवा लिखी गई थी सो मैंने अतरिक्त दवा वापस करने के लिए सेण्टर पर रिक्वेस्ट की। काफी देर तक निवेदन करने के बाद भी सेण्टर द्वारा दवा वापस नहीं की गई। मैंने पीडनिल गोल्ड की अतरिक्त १५ टेबलेट्स के बदले कोई और सामान देने का भी निवेदन किया परन्तु फार्मेसी सेण्टर पर बैठे व्यक्ति ने ये प्रस्ताव भी ठुकरा दिया। ये पूरी तरह मरीज के साथ धोखा है। अतः आपसे निवेदन है तत्काल इनके विरुद्ध कोइ कार्यवाही की जाए और मेरी अतरिक्त दवा वापस करने की कृपा करे। साथ ही स्टाफ मेंबर को ईमानदारी और अच्छे आचरण से पेश आने के निर्देश दिए जाए ताकि भविष्य में किसी और मरीज के साथ इस तरह का धोखा न हो।

It's more than one month now and I have not received the delivery of my order. Even these people reply on email that order cannot be cancelled as its in transit. I have raised 10-12 tickets with them but same response everytime. This is fraud.

I have checked DTDC courier tracking of package, it's in Haridwar since last one month. They without giving any resolution close my ticket. I have sent mails multiple times.

Please help me get my refund for the order as now I don't want this order now.

I am sukhwinder Singh from vpo bhunerheri district patiala punjab. मैनें patanjali का coconut oil 500g BATCH NO GAMA2000042 PACKED ON NOV/2020 एक शॉप से खरीदा था. मै उसे इस्तेमाल कर रहा जब वो कुश कम हुआ तो मैनें उसे दूसरी बोतल में डाल दिया. जो थोड़ा नीचे बचा था उस में मुझे पानी सा महसूस हुआ तो. जिस बोतल में ड़ाला था. उस में देखा तो नीचे 70 - 80 ml पानी था. इतना फ्रॉड करते है जनता के साथ. बहोत दुख हुआ. हम यह सोचते है k यह हमारे देश के product है. और दूसरे से सस्ता है. पर यह तो लोगों से ठगी करते है. एन सब की जांच होनी चाहिए. और में बी complete करूंगा. मैनें batch no बी लिखा है. मुझे इस का reply चाहिए क्यों की यह हमारे साथ धोखा और ਠੱਗੀ हो रही है. बहोत से लोग यह सोचते होंगे क्या करें रहने दो.. अगली बार दूसरा तेल इस्तेमाल कर लेंगे. पर मुझे लगा यह गलत हो रहा. कंपनी की साजिश जा. जा किसी. Patanjali Litchi Juice 1Ltr Was Leaked And 1 Ltr Was Wasted Due To Leak.So, Please See To It And Refund Or Replace The Amount.

I had placed an order on 09 June 2021 with Order # : [protected] of value Rs.2409,
I Received the order on 15 june 2021, But to my surprise i see that there were many items missing in the box, But the invoice list pasted on the box shows all items ticked, Which is however impossible to fit in this size box.
The Box weight as per Blue Dart is 6 kg where as if all the items were present in the box it should be around 9-10 kg

Why is Patanjali being such a reputed brand doing this ??
I have contacted the customer care by call and email, The only response they give is a refund of 140 has been initiated which is nonsense, The value of missing items is around Rs. 500
