    They are ### rats. Tooks the order but not delivered after even one months and not even cancelled my ordered and returned my money. They should be shut down their pathetic service and complaint should be filed against everyone.

      Order no.565148..i ordered coronil on 2nd may 2021 but i didnt get coronil so i cancel order but till date i didnt get refund.
      Kindly arrange refund of Rs.450

          I had ordered a DIVYA SWASARI CORONIL KIT from Patanjali Ayurved website ( paid Rs 605/- online). My order no. is [protected]. Order date[protected]. Even after 14 days, the order has not been shipped yet. The Patanjali Ayurved team responded to my email and stated that they have sent the product via DELHIVERY courier (AWB no.[protected]. However, on enquiring from Delhivery, I got to know that they have not been handedover the shipment yet by Patanjali Ayurved. I have tried to call their helpline, but no one picks even after waiting for 8-10 minutes. I have tried calling atleast 50 times. They have even closed the online query I had raised via email. It has led to my mental harassment for the past 10 days. There is no option to even cancel the order.

            I had ordered from Patanjali App on 5th-May-2021 and received order delivery on 26th-May-2021. The address on the box was mine but when I opened the box, the things and receipt of order was incorrect.

            I had ordered of amount Rs. 2590 and ordered Coronil kit and other products for immunity improvement. But I received another order having rice and ghee.

              I have ordered product from order me app. it didnt get delivered and showing that it is delivered. this is so dissappointing that such things happens from such reputated company. i already had read many bad reviews bt still i ordered. bt now i know they were right. this is really downgrading the company reputation.

                I had placed an order of pathanjali ayurved products on their website pathanjali ayurveda.net and on Order Me App for which I have paid Rs 1060, on 21 st May, 21.

                No order number was sent nor any sms or email details were sent. Also nobody is picking up the phone on the numbers advertised.. The ticket number issued by the order Me customer care team is #OM[protected]
                Such casual behaviour is not expected from a well known company like pathanjali.
                Kindly send the order items or else refund my money .

                  Mene 11/05/2021 ko coronil Medicine ke liye order kiya tha. Jisme likha tha 3-7 din me delivery ho jayegi. But aaj 26/05/2021 ho gya hai. Approx 16 din. But order deliver nhi ho rha. Hai. Customer care me call krne pr bolte hain hmesa ki aaj ho jayega . Aaj ho jayega.. but ho nhi rha kabhi... Ab to patient bhi theek ho gya... Ya to medicine de do . Ya fir blance refund kr dijiye.

                      I bought 5ltr of Desi Ghee from Patanjali Store, Ambala and after coming home to open its lid, its seal split with its lid. At that time there was a Brahmin banquet at home and used some ghee from it for their food. I felt the difference between his taste and its smell but due to being busy ignored it because I have been using Patanjali’s product for many years and I believe that Patanjali does not make any fake product, when a few days later the leftover ghee released for eat, when it was taken out to eat, it was frozen in spite of the heat, it was heated on a gas stove and it started to eat, so it had neither the taste of Desi Ghee nor any smell because it had adulteration, it means that in a big brand like Patanjali cannot believe either.

                        In my deliverypackage had temper and the main item chronological.kit was missing in that.

                            This is Aniket Mishra, Actually I ordered some products on patanjali order me application five days before and when i contacted the store they informed that the products that i ordered are already out of stock.

                            If it was already out of stock in the selected store then why the application was showing those products?
                            I have also made the payment online.
                            I contacted all the coustmer cares helplines but have not recived any update regarding this.

                            Kindly resolve this issue and deliver our product as soon as possible.

                              On 18/5/2021 I ordered two Coronil kits along with two Packets of Giloy ghanvati tablets. But sorry to say the above items bearing xpressbees tracking no.[protected] has missing and not yet received by me. Please look into the matter immediately and inform its whereabouts.

                                  I ordered some medicines through order me app on 8th May 2021 and I received it on 20 th May but i didnt receive one order ie., Coronil tablets out of 3 which i ordered. So i wrote mail to patanjali ayurved regarding my one of the order not received...now in the app...it is showing complete but haven't received Coronil tablets yet.. So I want my money back for Coronil tablets ie., Rs 400/- .I am very frustated with your service plz provide my money refund back to me.
