I visit for return 1 packed coronil kit but owner told me that we do not return sale product...
Every medicine return that why he not return my product..please Take action immediately .

      I ordered items through your OrderMe app on 18.06.2021 order no.1108700 in which one product (oil combo) was not according to my order.Upon complaining about it to your customer care, they told me that I will get a refund of Rs.310 in my patanjali card. After many calls till date (2 months)i didn't get the refund.Today also I recharged my Samriddhi card online with Rs.1000 .The money gas been deducted by my bank account but no recharge gas been done They have told me wait for 24 hrs.God knows I will get the money or not.

      I got my refund though very late ( almost after 2 months) but i got refunded. Besides the recharge amount got credited to my card within 24 hours.My problem is resolved.

        Stringent action should be taken against these sub standard low quality product sellers as they are looting the poor customers and also risking the health of consumers. The product I bought on 23rd July 2021 has Manufacturing date of 25.03.2021 and mantioned as best before 3months from the Manufacturing Date. After consuming this product i felt discomfort in my abdomen and also it cause loos stool, so i need to take medicine to cure from it. The store didn't given me the bill as there was renovation was going on and the total billing amount was Rs 565 including othet items which i had paid as cash. Iam very disappointed with their unprofessional and unhealthy service. Conduct an immediate inspection to save other customers health from buying these substandard expired ayurvedic products from Patanjali Stores.

        I want compensation for the same and let me know how can i use your other products which is claim to be beneficial for various health condition and prevention of diseases. I had also bought apple cider, honey, Kesh Kanti Oil, Amla Giloy ras etc. I will not use them until your office prove your authenticity and provide clarification on this matter.

          I had ordered Patanjali tablets on Patanjali website. Order No: [protected]. Even after a week, the order was neither shipped nor the status on portal changed hence I cancelled the order and ordered the same tablets on amazon.in. Amazon delivered on the committed date.
          Patanjali has failed even to refund. The customer care without understanding just gives false commitments of refund in 3 -4 days. I have already received 3 mails giving false commitments. My ₹1560/- is locked. Kindly support and refund at the earliest.

            Today I visited patanjali store named as chakradhar store at Surat and purchased havan samagri, dhanshree basmati rice, kesh
            kesh kranti silk shine shampoo, and gulkund. Bill no 13943 dt.[protected].
            Behavier of cash counter boy was very rude and answering very bad manner, other customer also asked him not to talk inn shouting and rudly but didn't stopped.
            I will never go to this patanjali store now.

                I bought Patanjali honey (250gm ) pack from market . I want to complain about its quality. Quality of the product is very very bad. Honey is freezed and honey is looking like sugar syrup.

                It's a third class product . I hav wasted my money on this product. I think there is no quality control on Patanjali products.

                Hope u will look into this matter.

                                        I ordered few products in order me app last month, that is 13 th june 2021. I complained to customer care up to now 50 times by phone and 50 times through mail.. And that too the given tracking number is wrong.. Customer care people not rectified the tracking number and nit solving my problem.. I m hopeless now and seaching for other route to solve my problem.. We respect patanjali medicines and products as well.. But customer care is not responding to my problem.. They ask me to wait some more days..
