Regarding my order id [protected], It is showing delivered but it has not been delivered.I was assured by your customer care executive that I will get it, it will be delivered but I haven't received it yet. I got a mail that issue is closed without any actual resolution.How can you close the ticket without providing a resolution? It is because of the trust put in Patanjali I have ordered with advance payment and now that the item is not delivered, you are closing ticket without resolution.
Kindly do the needful to get the item delivered as soon as possible or refund me the amount of Rs 1200.
