I placed a prepaid order for 3 Coronil kits from patanjali website on 19 April 2021 vide order no. [protected] however when i received the package i received only 1 kit instead of 3 as ordered that too with a wrong invoice issued against some person in Jharkhand while i stay in shimla so I immediately wrote am email to [protected]@orderme.co.in and even uploaded the faulty invoice which wasn’t issued under my name assuming it to be a human error from their packaging and despatch department ..however i received no response except an electronically generated ticket no. OM[protected] the next day i called on their customer care no. [protected] to my disappointment after waiting close to 35 mins finally my call was answered by an extremely rude and uncouth executive who instead of addressing my grievances argued back and said there was nothing that she could do matter will be looked after by warehouse dept. when i asked for some contact person or email she said company details cannot be divulged and hung up before i could even finish my concern..i wrote a second email on 8th May 2021 and spoke to their customer care team again but same story staff was incompetent and inconsiderate apart from being insolent..she said that there was nothing that she could help me with and disconnected before i could even finish..this is extremely disappointing and a blatant theft of innocent consumers hard earned money..its been more than 20 days there seems no resolution or effort from their end to solve this issue..it’s frustrating to repeatedly narrate my ordeal and provide evidence over and over again..i feel duped and cheated and want my refund..Patanjali is cheating innocent customers and ripping them off by not sending complete order and thereafter when aggrieved customer reaches out to them..they have zero customer redressal and very uncultured and ill mannered executives..highly disappointed..!!

I ordered coronil kit on 3 may ...I couldn't get my order till now...I already complain two times...there are only picked up status from 8 may...my experience is very bad for this site...I never recommend to anyone for this site...pls delivered my product other wise get back my money..my order number is 587280

I have ordered my product from Patanjali Ayurved App on 03/05/2021. Now it's 11/05/2021 and till now I have not received my order..

I order coronil kit ...Pay online mode payment...

After some day received call form courier company say next day your is deliver to you...But there after no call from courier company...And today I check my order status display order refuse...

CoUrier company not interested to deliver your items and show it order refuse...

I regularly use Swadeshi item ...I am totally disappointed by service...

Hope you solve the issue... Return money to my account

Many times I wrote mail regarding to deliver on correct address. But finally they delivered on wrong address.
I have paid bill.
But I unable to use that product because of casual behaviour of your patanjali team.
If you are not able to control your team, then pls give resignation.

I have made two order vide order no. 723620 and 721244 but due to availability of the product In near store I have cancelled but my amount is not refunded. Please refund my amount .

I have ordered for coronil kit on 25.04.2021 vide order no. 509549 through ORDERME APP and paid Rs 605/-, but till date I have not received my ordered item.

My name is Shashank Shekhar and pho no - [protected].
This is with ref to my order [protected] for 3 items (Agarbatti, Cironil kit and Ghee) placed on 22nd of April 2021. I received the consignment on 7th on May but after opening found that one item as mentioned below was missing in the pack. Also there was no invoice in the box.
1 . DIVYA SWASARI CORONIL KIT - 1 No - Rs 545/-.

I called up the Customer care and then lodged a complaint bearing no [#OM[protected]].
I have also sent the photograph of the box and today I find that the complaint has been closed without refunding the amount or sending the item back.
After that I tried to get the escalation matrix but nowhere it is mentioned and somehow got the mail id of yours and therefore writing to you for solution.
Request you to help me in getting the item or refund the money of the same.

I purchased patanjali daliya and mixed dakiya and was shocked to find small oebbles init after cooking them. I could not even remove them even from uncooked dakiya as the color of daliya is similar to the small stones.

Its really dissapointing . Will never buy this oroducts again

I have booked order on 03.05.2021 through ORDERME APP via Account linked with mobile no. +[protected]

I have paid the amount of Rs. 1002/- on 03.05.21 and the same is debited from my account but inspite of this order acknowledgement has not been received.

We tryed to call on support number, but number seems to be wrong. We also write a mail to the team but till today its more then 72 hours and we have not received any call or support from the team. Ticket Id :- [#OM[protected]]

I purchased coronil kit from Order me app, and pay from card. Money is Deducted from my account but order not placed yet..and when I'll check in my order details it shows No order. Please short out my issue or refund my money. I called so many time on customer care number but they will not respond at once, so please Do something and refund my money

In this corona time money is very very necessary and important for us.

Please grant my request and short out my issue

Order no [protected]. sice 21st april order is under packed status. If we call to customer care they just read this information and tell us.

They have no updates and will not be able to provide update. Interesting fact is - another order on same day has been delivered at the first floor of my building.

They are refilling orders of ecommerce big shots.

Sent mail communication and looks like only 1 person is dealing the same voice and customer care mails.

I have no idea how should I deal with this.

God help them.
