I have canceled my order no [protected] .Where is my refund amount....

I have cancelled patanjali order#: [protected] but there is no communication from their end regarding the refund.

The customer care is also very bad as there is no response even after dropping so many mails.

There was no estimated delivery date for products and that's why i had to cancel the order.

Can this be confirmed with them for initiating the refund?...

I recieved my order on 26 Apr 21. On opening the parcel found that one of the ordered products was not delivered.On checking the invoice found that the much needed item was not included in the bill which was included in the bill during the online payment. On further scrutinizing found that the bill amount is also reduced but NO REFUND has been made against the non delivered item and also didn't got any intimation regarding the non delivered...

I had ordered some items from them 3 days back. Since there was no update and they have a non functional call center, I cancelled the order. Now I am clueless as to when my money will be refunded back. My order no. Is [protected]...

I placed an order and it was not delivered.
The app says that the order was refused that too at 5:44 AM.
I NEVER RECEIVED ANY CALL.
Have been trying their number for days now.

Order no.461630 through order me app. Order was confirmed and after 2 days it got cancelled. No refund has been initiated. No applicable reply to the email sent to customer care support....

I ordered 2 coronil kits from the official website of patanjali ayurveda and also done online payment in advance for 2 kits. But today I got the parcel and there is only one kit. There is the bill of two kits bit it is only one kit inside the box. Deliver the another kit as soon as possible Or refund my money....

I am follower of Swami Ramdevji Maharaj. He has been saying that delivery takes 3-7 days. Two orders have not even been packed. Will you be able to meet the deadlines....

I have order coronil kit of 605 RS (inclusive delievery charges). Order is placed through Patanjali App and payment done through phone pay. Payment is successfully done, amount is deducted from account but order not place. Please return my money.

I, had ordered 2 pack of coronil kits on 24/04/2021 . An amount of Rs 1090/- has been deducted from my account . But, still in your apps. it is not showing....

On 22 April, 2021 when I was ordering 2 coronil kits from the order me app of patanjali, the order got cancel by itself although the money was deducted from my account. I contacted them through their given mail id and the phone numbers but I received no response.
Please resolve this issue and refund money as soon as possible....

I have patanjali honey and it got crystallize and its like it is separated from honey . Some sugar type substance is separated from honey and honey is floating on it . I think this honey is not pure and patanjali is cheating with customers . I am sharing pictures for proof....

I made an order on patanjaliayurved.net but as there was no estimated delivery date available I cancelled the order but no refund has been made from their side . Even during the time of the delivery no mail or message was sent to me for the confirmation of the order.
please look into my issue....

Om! On 20 April 2021 I ordered the Pantanjali products and online payment also did and our order status confirmed but 4 days completed till now our order not delivered...
