My order which i ordered a week Ago is not delivered yet and there is no tracking details available for my order . I already paid the amount through online mode..

I have cancelled patanjali order [protected] there is no communication from their end regarding the refund.

The customer care is also very bad as there is no response even after dropping so many mails.

There was no estimated delivery date for products and that's why i had to cancel the order. Payment method was phonepe via upi amount 665 rs

Can this be confirmed with them for initiating the refund?

Patanjali Rajat bhasma has sharp metal granules which can be harmful to internal organs. After consuming patanjali rajat bhasma once i am experiencing pain in the back. Bhasma has to be fine powder but this rajat bhasma has sharp granules. It can be tested by fingers itself, you find metal granules when you rub using fingers

I have bought Patanjali Kesar product from Patanjali registered store named PATANJALI MEGA STORE, B C SEN ROAD BALASORE, ADM SQUARE, BALASORE - PH. [protected] on 14 jan 2021 which is expired in JAN 2021 as mentioned at product. but when i bought this product i didn't notice that. when on 20.01.2020 i went to store for exchange the product. they refused me and also misbehaved with me and told me that do anything what you want to do but we did not replace this product. i also want to mentioned that the product is in exact condition as i bought. i am customer of Patanjali product since long time and our whole family trust the Patanjali product and consume it with whole trust. but when this incident happened i totally surprised how a registered store can sell this kind of expired product. and damage the image of highly trust rated company.
so hereby i request to you please consider my complaint and take immediate action on it i.e. exchange the product with valid date product failing which i have no option left to address my complaint to media as well as consumer court.

Yesterday I purchased dant kanti medicated thoothpaste and patanjali body lotion from patanjali chikitsalaya, geeta bhawan road, sunam. we are regulat customer of patanjali products, all our family memebrs are using patanjali products and medicines. when today[protected] morning, i just opened the cap of toothpaste to squeeze the paste, i suddenly shocked to see that toothpaste is not coming out. the paste is so hard to come out as i forced the full pressure to squeeze toothpaste, but its just come out very little and the paste is very hard. after that i went to patanjali shop from where i bought the toothpaste yesterday to show that it's not coming out, the owner said that the product is ok no problem in the toothpaste as it become hard due to winter. i am sharing the video of toothpaste. please look into this matter as we believe baba ramdev ji very much, but if their products are selling out like this then who will buy it and even the owner of shop shows not any interest to replace it.

So please aise vaidhya logo ki vaja se aapke product ka naam kharab hoga.

This is the second instance when the order is taken but cancelled by you for unknown reasons. The earlier order which was taken but cancelled was [protected].

I have a retail shop in Delhi for the name of Ahuja medicos, I have so many products of patanjali that is expired but distributor not return it. So please help this issue.

I want to say about the atta send by patanjali distributers last time.it was just bad in taste so many of my costumer complaints me about the stuff.not only atta I have also got complaints about the bad quality of biscuits also. I am sorry but its afeacting my business very much. Hope the quality officers will give me a satisfied reply....

Sir, With due respect I want to inform that I have purchased a bottle of Triphala churna batch no.#A-397 from a Patanjali shop on BAGALUR road, Bangalore few days ago, but when I used it I noticed fine sand particles in it. Which may be harmful to the health. It seems that before making churn its ingredients are not cleaned properly and it is Ignorance of your Quality assurance service. And secondly I am regular user of the Patanjali product .And also advise others to do so .therefore my strong trust must not go away. Ghee quality is very bad. Ghee mix with oil

I got a bottle of swasari parvati, batch #BSSP200677.. and it tastes awful .. I have got this product many times before but never had sucha bad experience.. it is bitter in taste.

I was ordered divya coronil kit and divya swasari coronil tablet not received yet so please refund our amount ₹1005/-

I Jaipal, ordered Patanjali products of Rs.6451/- through Order Me App, on 19th November which I received on 1st December evening.
When I ordered, I trust only on the Desi Indian Brand Patanjali, so as our expectations from them is also at high.
I received two parcel for my order from which 1parcel gets tapped so many types because some of the products kept inside gets damaged & Leaked, when I opened I got shocked...
Most of the box products gets crushed & damaged due the leaking of liquid items and also of heavy product was fell on it (liquid items should be kept in separate box as used for juice beverages and must be packed in better manner so as to keep it safe, but packaging department is careless of such things.
Some of the food products are also damaged as its air tight packed was gone which is essential for the products, and also expiry date is missing on some items.
Some product are Missing, which I was ordered (Shortfall).

Following are the problems for which I am looking and expecting for a better solution (Ref.- Images for Referred products has been Attached with Invoice Copy)-

My name is Sonu Chawla & I live in Krishna puri, Tilak nagar, New Delhi.
My son is suffering from the problem of nightfall from past 1.25 years, So I went to my nearest patanjali chikitsalaya for the treatment in Krishna puri only.
The doctor gave me a few medications that I purchased from the store
When I removed the seal of the box there were only 16-18 tablets while the company claims 40 N in the box.The name of the medicine is yaunamrit vati.
So, the next morning I went to the store the dealer kept the medicine and told me that he will look into the matter and will inform me in the evening.
In the evening he told me that in the box there is someother medicine not the yaunamrit vati .
The dealer is such an irresponsible person that he started blaming us that we should check the medicine before purchase. This happened with the same dealer for the 2nd time. Please look into the matter and inform me at [protected]

I had trusted Paranjali as a swadeshi but they cheated us.
Why patanjali is doing all this? Why original products are not being produced?

Ramdev Baba is just destroying India's Name of genuineness, reality, purity. He is a cheater.
