My order which i ordered a week Ago is not delivered yet and there is no tracking details available for my order . I already paid the amount through online mode.....

I have cancelled patanjali order [protected] there is no communication from their end regarding the refund.

The customer care is also very bad as there is no response even after dropping so many mails.

There was no estimated delivery date for products and that's why i had to cancel the order. Payment method was phonepe via upi amount 665 rs

Can this be confirmed with them for initiating the refund?br...

This is the second instance when the order is taken but cancelled by you for unknown reasons. The earlier order which was taken but cancelled was [protected].

I want to say about the atta send by patanjali distributers last time.it was just bad in taste so many of my costumer complaints me about the stuff.not only atta I have also got complaints about the bad quality of biscuits also. Me and family have used Dant Kanti Advance for couple of days. It's generating mouth cut. Each of my family facing this problem.

Earlier we have been using Normal Dant Kanti for more than couple of years and have never faced any issues.

Please organise replacement of both packages by the normal Dant Kanti.
