Me and family have used Dant Kanti Advance for couple of days. It's generating mouth cut. Each of my family facing this problem.

Earlier we have been using Normal Dant Kanti for more than couple of years and have never faced any issues.

Please organise replacement of both packages by the normal Dant Kanti.

    I had ordered 3 liquid detergents through pay TM .I received Some expired medicine bottles instead.Helpline, customer care responses are useless.The mail responses are clueless.I just want someone responsible take up my issue, talk to me and solve the issue.

        Kindly advice on non responsive and indefinite delay in resolving issues. Have been informing your ecommerce, samridhi and even have had telephonic discussions with your representatives on helplines and your chat forums.

            Address: orderme mobile application

            Dear Sir

            I booked an order no. 225055 on 10.08.2020 and amount has been debited from my account but order has not been shown in my order option in orderme mobile application. Detail of the transaction is as under mentioned –
            Transaction Date – 10.08.2020
            Transaction Amount – 1000/-
            Transaction ID – S80850547
            Transaction Description – UPI/[protected]/17:05:06/UPI/razor.[protected]@sbi/Payvi

            I lodged a complaint at my bank (Bank of Baroda) through online mode and complain number is ADCO[protected]. Bank replied as “Dear Sir/ Madam, Sorry for the inconvenience! As per your request, we have checked the disputed transaction and would like to inform you that transaction is successful from bank side. But as per your request, Our bank has raised the issue with the acquiring/ merchant bank by raising the chargeback on them; but Acquirer/Merchant bank SBI has rejected our Chargeback on 13.08.2020 with reason - “SERVICES /GOODS PROVIDED”. As amount is successfully remitted from bank side to the acquiring/ merchant bank and they have also confirmed about receiving the same, so we request you to please take up the matter with respective merchant.”

            Then I sent the mail to the merchant and registered my complaint through ticket ID XPHA-364655 and CPWO-262995 which are registered on 20.08.2020. I sent mail regarding this issue and the merchant again registered my complaint through ticket ID PQIC-040307 dated 27.08.2020. Further merchants replied to me on 01.09.2020 that this amount will be refunded within 7-8 business days but they have not been sent the item as booked by me and neither refunded the amount. I again sent a mail to the merchant on 01.10.2020 and the merchant registered my complaint through ticket ID OM[protected]. I sent mail regarding this issue and the merchant again registered my complaint through ticket ID OM[protected]. Further merchants replied to me on 14.10.2020 that the refund process has been initiated from our end on[protected] with the reference id rfnd_FnxNdDqgxp9ASb . It will take 7 to 8 working days to reflect the amount in your source account but the amount has not been refunded to my account. I again sent a mail to the merchant on 02.11.2020 and merchant registered my complaint through ticket ID OM[protected]. Further you forward my complaint to concern department on 07.11.2020 through complain id 201001_8859 as per your representative.

            Please look into the matter and refund my money in my respective account.

              There is an order placed long back on 19th Sep'2020 from Patanjali order me app. The order number is 291997. After waiting for 15 days, still, the order was NOT delivered even though the order status was updated as it picked up on 23rd Sep with delivery partner details. I even messaged on their WhatsApp number with all the details, but that also didn't help as got automated responses to register the query on http://order-me.in. There also I registered the complaint but of no use. Then I called customer care and came to know that my order was not picked. So, seems when the buyer calls then only these guys will try to dispatch. Till 20days of ordering online, I called 3-4 times and every time I am told that I have raised the request and the items will be delivered shortly. On 12th Oct'2020 when I tried reaching their customer care, every time the automated response of putting the call in the queue was coming and after reaching to caller number 1, it is being told to send the query to "[protected]@orderme.co.in". This happed 3 times that day wasting a lot of time and call charges also. So, then I mailed them as when will my items will be delivered? and I got a useless response to use the same mail as a reply which I received as the order confirmation. Finally, I got my delivery on 23rd Oct'2020. Attached is the image of what I got with the video. Out of 18 items, I got only 3 items. It’s even clear from the invoice that the total items ordered weight will be more than 3Kgs but the items that they sent was of 1.460Kg. It's really disgusting that after a lot of follow-ups, finally, the items received were only the sake of formality that the consumer gets silent for some weeks. They neither cancel the order nor refund the money and try to digest the money. Please help me to get me either the refund of the remaining amount for which they didn't send the products with interest as they provided a lot of mental stress. Later I even found a lot of complaints against them on a lot of social media and other online platforms. So they must be severely punished. Attachment: 1) Order Invoice 2) Image of 3 Items received 3) Image of the ordered items' weight.

                  I was odered some items middle of the Aug 20202 by order me App order No236442and recieved after one month delay less one item that 5 litr mustard oil Rs 595, but till date didn't refund that amount.I was complaining frequently minimum 10th time and always said me we refund ur amount in priority basis but that have no any procesa.
                  You broken the faith of humanity how can believe ur organisation.

                    I am Thangadurai P ordered (on 17th Oct.2020) some items with Patanjali on their website and paid through net banking. I have ordered 9 items and one day I received a pack carton box through Bluedart courier. On opening I found four of the items I ordered were missing. Immediately wrote to Patanjali on 24th Oct.2020 and they acknowleged through a ticket No. Re: Patanjali order query Ticket Id :- [#OM[protected]] After that I wrote several emails of no use. They reply that my querry is looked on into a priority basis.

                    So far No reply from them or action taken. I asked for sending the left over items or refund the value of those items amounting to Rs.200 back to my bank account. No action or response from them. I am very sorry to have ordered with a rogue dealer. This was the first time I ordered with them and shall be the last. I won’t order with Patanjali any more and ask people not to go with the inferior rogue site. I request the Consumer Complaints to take necessary action against the Patanjali for their fraudulent business practice of cheating the customers.

                      Hi Team,
                      I had ordered Coronil kit for 3 packets via Order No 274901 on dated 5-Sep-2020 (via order me app) of Rs. 1635. The courier person never contacted me and cancelled my order by themselves. After that, i spoke to Patanjali Customer Care for almost 5-6 times and also emailed them and did follow up for 5 times via Ticket Id :- [#OM[protected]] - pls refer attached screenshot.
                      Everytime customer care people make fake commitments to me to make my refund within 7-8 days, but its 2 months past now, i didn't get my refund. My hard earned money is stuck. Pls help!!!

                        On 9th May, 2020, I placed an order on Patanjali Ayurveda app, however cancelled it after few days because of delay from their side. It is going to be 6 months since then, however they did not refund the money yet. I called customer care many times and every time they are telling me that their backend team is working on the request. Means they are just doing time pass. I shred every details with them but there is no resolution yet.

I have come to know that Patanjali mega store, kotra road, raigarh itself is using his card. I do not have card no.Kindly block this card as i am not using it.

                                      Iam a regular customer of Patanjali and their products are also quite good but i found a very bad thing about their one product. I bought a Patanjali rice bran oil 5 liter pack on which 1 liter packet is free. The price of 1 liter of rice bran oil is 130 rupees. So according to that the price of 5 liter of can should be around 650. But price on the can is 775 which is the price for 6liter of oil but product is only 5 liter and 1 liter is free with can So how they charge for 6 liters
                                      I hope you understand take a legal action against it and also make my money back.

                                        Dear Team,

                                        I have purchased Patanjali Chyawanprash of 1KG packing two times. But in both cases the quality of product was not good. There is too much sugar in Chyawanprash and rest ayurvedic material is very less. There is 80 percent sugar and only 20 percent is ayurvedic medicine. Last year when I purchased this product then the quality was good. But this year the quality is very poor or you can say worst. So please look into this as we are expecting a better quality from brand like Patanjali.
                                        As a competitor Dabur is providing very good quality in Chyawanprash. After wasting money on two boxes now I have also purchased Dabur Chyawanprash.
