I had ordered 3 liquid detergents through pay TM .I received Some expired medicine bottles instead.Helpline, customer care responses are useless.The mail responses are clueless.I just want someone responsible take up my issue, talk to me and solve the issue....

I have paid an amount of 512 for an order via UPI payment option. But in order details the order showing as cancelled. Contacted customer care but got no solution. I have also sent my bank account transaction details to them . But got no solution yet.

Hi Team,
I had ordered Coronil kit for 3 packets via Order No 274901 on dated 5-Sep-2020 (via order me app) of Rs. 1635. The courier person never contacted me and cancelled my order by themselves. On 9th May, 2020, I placed an order on Patanjali Ayurveda app, however cancelled it after few days because of delay from their side. It is going to be 6 months since then, however they did not refund the money yet. I called customer care many times and every time they are telling me that their backend team is working on the request. Means they are just doing time pass. I shred every details with them but there is no resolution yet....

Even after complaining for more than 30 times through email and calling more than 50 months I did not receive the refund against non delivery of product. I have sent order id (36307) details my bank statement and every doc.s asked by me.

I lost my smart card made by Patanjali mega store, kotra road, raigarh but someone is using it and every month i getting the recharge of card and purchasing. I have come to know that Patanjali mega store, kotra road, raigarh itself is using his card. I do not have card no.Kindly block this card as i am not using it.

I have not received the complete order and I have raised complaint lot of time and still I have not received my refund....

Order tracking ID is[protected] and order is [protected].order status is showing it has delivered but I didn't not get any shipment till now.please look into in this matter and take immediate action against it....

Iam a regular customer of Patanjali and their products are also quite good but i found a very bad thing about their one product. I bought a Patanjali rice bran oil 5 liter pack on which 1 liter packet is free. The price of 1 liter of rice bran oil is 130 rupees. I have purchased Patanjali Chyawanprash of 1KG packing two times. But in both cases the quality of product was not good. There is too much sugar in Chyawanprash and rest ayurvedic material is very less. There is 80 percent sugar and only 20 percent is ayurvedic medicine. But Still Not received the refund amount, One order has been canceled since more then 45 days and another has been canceled more then 15 days.
I have called customer care and complaint more then 3/4 times, but there is no hope....
