Sir, i am a retailer from bangalore and i have alot of expired items and i have requested the company person alot of times, its been a really long time for the request and yet there is no action taken regarding the request. Your appointed managers are really negligent. I request you to kindly take back the expired products and provide with new products or the refund. The customers are not able to trust the products and this is bringing a bad remark on the products and the company. There are distributors who are providing almost expiry products to the retailers saying that the available products are of old dates. Every store in our city is facing this problem and this has decreased the sale upto 80%. And rest 20% demanded goods are not available due to inappropriate supply. 60% of stock in our store is expired. This is bringing a bad name to the store and the company. Kindly do the needy. Please help us clear the old stock and restart the business. Thankyou.

    Hi there i bought above mentioned toothpaste. As it advertised it is pure herbal product. But it contains poison called fluoride. This is totally cheating, you are selling poison under name of herbs. You can give all sorts explanations to prove your company right but this is true that you are selling poison. You are not done from your responsibility by just printing it on packaging. It is a lie

      I booked an on-line order on date[protected] through https://patanjaliayurved.net. system generated order no. Was [protected] no. Of items booked = 06 value = rs.777/ shipping = rs.25/ total = rs.802/ deducted from my axis bank account
      Transaction date :[protected] time 1:18 p. M. But till date i have not received the delivery of above order. Even i have not received a single message or email from the seller's side.in this regard i contact via phone & email to m/s patanjali ayurved at their website contact number and email id but my both the request to customer care are rejected by server of patanjali ayurved. Please look into the matter and do the needful so that i will received return my money rs802/ back in my account or receive my order earliest.

        Sir I want to give complaint on the your patanjali product which have problem in dant kanti paste in which the paste of 200g get destroy from its joint.
        I have buyer to packs of dant kanti paste in which both of them are not okkk very well. When I was using to it the joint get separated and gap is makes in between them.
        I don't knew the reason why it is happening.

            Dear team,

            On 4th july 2019, i purchased product of rs320/- from patanjali store at bidar. I swiped my card at store to recharge patanjali debit card for rs 300 but got declined as per the card machine so i again swiped and this it got successful. After 10 minutes i have received message from my account that rs 300 again got deducted from my card (The declined transaction got successful). So as per my bank statement 600 (300+300) got deducted from my debit card (Refer attachment).
            But as per patanjali bank statement and the customer care the balance in my patanjali card is 126 only (Refer attachment)
            Please check and revert as 300 has bees debited twice from account.

              I ordered a product on Patanjali Ayurved Ltd. I paid online but my product is not packed yet. I try to contact the company and fill the form for contact but they are not replying. there is no other way to contact them when I call on the customer service number every time is call is busy. I don't know when I'll receive my product. Please sort out this problem

                  My complaint is about your franchise in radhagarden meerut, mawana road meerut up. Medicine prescribed by your doctor present there is not available always. Your staff gives wrong medicine and when shown them, they refused to return and start to misbehave, all of your staff gather and tried to terrorise us. The situation was so embarrassing. I am a regular customer of patanjali.
                  Please take appropriate action against them so that a child or a lady can go there alone and can purchase medicine and other items.

                    Until today I did not receive Rs 75/- cashback which I am supposed to get.
                    I cannot quote my card no for Security reasons.My name is Dr Ravi Venkatram S. My email : [protected]@gmail.com .
                    I have purchased many times from Kundan enterprises and promptly next day of purchase the cashback used to be credited to my card.But this time unusually it is cashback of Rs 75 is not credited to my card.My total amount of card recharge was 1350 and 150 rs that is a total of Rs 1500 purchase was made by me.

                        sir this is sandeep kumar reddy from hyderabad representative by m/s sai srinivasa distributors(distributor of patanjali product sap code 104167 (since 2016).Sir since last 3 years am doing distribution patanjali non food products, when am started business in our market i have only 5 to 10 retailers, i have increased to around 600+ retailers since last 3 years, i did not get any healthy (roi) still i am waiting for future business.


                        And my asm mallesh & zm naveen chinthapatla guidance i taken damage from market and settle the amount to retailers around 3 lakhs rupees,
                        and i returned the 2017 manufacture stock to my sd ( vishal arogya sampat)(my asm and zm guidance) on month of jan 2019 value around 5 lakhs, and i achieved the vijayibhava scheme in march 2018 i did not get my gift (royal infield) since last 3 months am asking my company team, he saying i will release all credit notes on march end 2019,


                        in the march am asking the pending credit note my zm says it will be settle on 2nd week of april month 2019, in the last month ending am asking asm (mallesh) & zm (naveen) about pending claims he says i will settle the pending credit notes 2nd week may 2019.


                        Last month end i received a mail from my asm (mallesh) we are going to bifurcating your area from 1 st may 2019, and next i will received one more mail on 2 nd may 2019 from my so (khader basha) my superiors says you are going to quit from the company the new distributor(jai santhoshi matha enterprises) appointed in ur market.

                        Am asked to my so (khader basha) in this market i have outstanding near 6 to 8 lakhs i want to collect it, and in our company i have soo many pending cliams around 12 lakhs, and i have godown stock near 6 lakhs, how can i collect all those amount.

                          There are weevils or grain beetels in the rice in sealed whole 10 kg pack of rozana rice and when the shopkeeper was ask to replace it they said it can't be done.
                          And he suggested me many ways to hand pick the beetels from the rice and suggested that it happens very often.
                          If a person is going for a rice of 100₹ per kg is supposed to get product of this quality.

                          I suggest that if want to keep your faith in public and don't want consumers to search for some other options, then u need to take some steps to avoid such situations.

                              Hi sir, I'm venkatesh DSM of ashrithe enterprises hyderabad, I complaint about dsm salaries we are worked at ground level, but we are not getting salaries on proper time, some people staying at rooms, DSM salaries getting at 13th date everymonth and we unable pay roomrent on time..                                 The products which were delivered from a Patanjali shop were not packed properly at all. Some of the products were leaking and the whole bag in which the products were delivered were oily. On top of that, good related and non-food related products were packed together in ONE BAG. Poor packaging and delivery. Upon that, when complaint was placed, no action was taken.

                                  I purchased few items in a 'Patanjali Chikithsalaya' on 16th May 2019. They charged me 5 Rupees for the carry bag which I asked to carry the purchased items. However, the carry bag contains advertisement about same Patanjali shop. So in other way, Patanjali is taking money from their customers for advertising their own products which is not fair. Please let me know whether this is legal to change for the carry bag which has their own advertisement on it.

                                    I am resident in aurangabad (Maharashtra) i have start a skin treatment for my mother from your chikitsalaya located in cannought place in last month. At the time your doctor give a medicines and schedule, i have started dosage as per instructions. After 2 days high pain start and skin blooding. I have visited your chikitasalaya from last 20 days but your doctor on leave and not any one answer for that, similarly i have visited daily to your second chikitsalaya located at bajrang chowk, cidco, but also same situation your doctor on leave and i have not meet from 15 days.
                                    So kindly look in this matter and take a hard action against your doctor or close the chikitsalaya. I have harassed from last month and west my time, money and increase the pain. I am waiting for your action in this matter.

                                      This complaint is regarding the poor quality of detergent having adverse effects on hands such as rashes leading to itchiness. The rashes has a such deep a effect even when hands get contact with water it causes itchiness. This is what we are getting at the name of patanjali herbal detergents where the tagline is even "the herbal products with no chemicals"

                                        I was purchasing the patanjali multani mitti scrub on 28th of september 2019 at 7:05 pm. After selecting the scrub i asked the shopkeeper about the envelope he denied giving it. After that i asked about the bill it denied giving the bill giving the reason that he doesn't get any margin (Saving) in it. Then he returned my payment done through paytm by him. The name of the shopkeeper is prem with mobile no [protected].
                                        The behavior toward customer is very disappointing. With the esteemed customer ethics i want you to legal action against the shopkeeper. After that i asked me to make my move out of the shop.

                                        Either you take the legal action or I will go to customer court not just because of small product but the shopkeeper keeps this ignorance against any product we buy.

                                        I purchased multigrain daliya from patanjali Outlet at jodhpur in this May Month.I was using daliya First time . I found that lots of red ants inside Multigrain Daliya packet. I am attaching some pics . kindly check your lot number. Please before packing the food item should checked.
