I registered on patanjali website on 16/05/2020 for purchase of products.
I used mail id - [protected]@rediffmail.com, for this purpose.
Items worth rs 668 were ordered on 16/02/2020 and payment was done by sbi credit card.
I received the sms from patanjali also stating the order number, order no [protected], as mentioned in the subject matter.
Now i am not able to trace the order status.
Then i downloaded the patanjali app and tried to configure. When i use my rediffmail id, it shows wrong password.
When i use forgot password option, it says, that the mail for resetting the password is sent on my mail id, but i am not getting any link / mail from patanjali.

Please look into and do the needful.

I placed order for 2 bottles of ashwagandharishta with patanjali ayurved limited whose contact number is +[protected] and made online payment, on[protected], rs 290 on the details of bank as under given by the dealer in pune maharashtra.

On their mob. Whatsapp they had quoted the said price. But they have not delivered the medicines and not receiving the call.

Please advise the dealer to deliver the medicines or refund rs 290/-.

I had ordered online from website and paid rs 814 on 17th may, 2020. After waiting for 4 days there is no update regarding delivery of my order and status is not updated so i have cancelled my order today. No refund details provided by company website into tracking. https://www.patanjaliayurved.net/

Company toll free number is also not reachable.

I had ordered in patanjali online app but then cancelled the ordered due to addition of items immediately but didn't receive any refund since 2 days haven't received any details also about it.
After placing a new order also i haven't received any dispatch or other details about it.
Please understand the customer and atleast give some response. If your office is closed due to lockdown then close the online app. Why do you keep open for customers or if office is closed, no person can reply from their home? We are also working from home. No response.. My 1500 rs is went and in lockdown it is so important please give me refund or give my order.

Today i went to patanjali mega store located in sonari, jamshedpur, jharkhand-831011. Which is a dealer in patanjali products only. There i found goldana chawal (Rice) prised 95/kg. It is not a patanjali product but he billed me in a patanjali invoice by naming it as patanjali basmati rice.

He is also selling other brand products in the name of patanjali, like sanitizer of vlcc, other local fmcg products in the name of patanjali.

Please take due care.

I have ordered 2 Nos 1 kg Patanjali chywanprash on 08th May. Till date I am not getting any updates on the order. I have cancelled the order. I am awaiting amount refund. Else deliver my product.

I made a transaction on 11 may 2020 through patanjali play store application... And i have not received any confirmation from patanjali side.

Instead of conformation message, i received a message from my bank that your money has been debited. I tried connecting through patanjali customer care number but its not in working mode and also no one has contacted me via email yet.

I bought patanjali whole wheat atta in the month of april 2020 today (16/05/20) i opened the pack and found so many different insectes inside the packet of patanjali whole wheat atta 10 kg pack. This is completely fault on the part of company as no one can check the quality of whole wheat atta inside the sealed pack also the exipry date of atta is july 2020 and i found insect in the month of may. These type of negligent...

On 9th may 2020 at 01:35 pm i have placed an order (Order id:[protected]) whose total amount is rs. 1183. I have also paid the amount (Transaction id zp90830baa5843). Now order is showing cancelled status i also called their customer care but "i did not get my 1183 rs money refund back".. So kindly request you to look into this matter and help me to get my money back.

I waited for my order for 10 days and then I cancelled my order. They ticket has been generated but I have still not received the refund. They are not replying to my mails and the calls dont connect

I have make a order online of patanjali kayakalp oil and tablets and I have made payment via google pay along with shipment charges but due to slow service I have cancelled my order but i not get refund and they are not accepting calls or wrong number provided and I email them but they have not replied to it.

महोदय मेरे द्वारा दिनांक 10 अप्रैल को कुछ सामान का आदेश ऑनलाइन दिया गया था जिसके प्रतिउत्तर में मुझसे कहा गया फिर सामान की और मात्रा बढ़ाई है एवं आदेश कम से कम तीन हजार का होगा तभी ऑनलाइन भिजवाया जाएगा इसलिए हमने पुनः आदेश की मात्रा बढ़ाई एवं तुरंत दिए गए नंबर पर भुगतान किया मेरा वार्तालाप जिन नंबरों से हो रहा था उनका विवरण निम्न प्रकार रहेगा काफी समय व्यतीत होने के पश्चात भी मेरा सामान नहीं आने पर जब इन नंबरों पर संपर्क किया गया तब मुझसे कहा गया कि ऊपर से आदेश है कि न्यूनतम आदेश 10000 का होगा तभी भिजवाया जाएगा हमारे काफी आवेदन करने के बाद उन्होंने न्यूनतम 5000 का आदेश एवं जीएसटी के रूप में 18 ₹100 की मांग की इस प्रकार हमारे द्वारा कुल भुगतान लगभग ₹6000 किया जा चुका है जिस का संपूर्ण विवरण इस मेल के साथ संलग्न कर आपकी और प्रेषित है मुझे आज दिनांक तक सामान प्राप्त नहीं हुआ है एवं संबंधित नंबरों द्वारा कोई भी प्रतिउत्तर नहीं दिया जाता है । मुझे आशा है कि हमारे प्रकरण पर गंभीरतापूर्वक ध्यान दिया जाएगा।।

Ordered product s inline dite patanjaliayurved.net on prepaid amount 1187/-around a month back no delivery and despite of sending multiple mails no response... Tried many different phone numbers of patanjali surprisingly not even once any one picked the phone.. What to do... Seen on different sites many customers are there suffering with the same problem...
