Because of covid19 they are doing only online payment so I choose that one and they gave me 2 options like Paytm or razorpay, so I choose paytm and they were asking to make payment through Paytm, debit card, credit card, BHIM upi and net banking. I paid through debit card.
So my money debited but I haven't received any confirmation message so after that I went to the application and select "contact us" and filled all the details which are basically name, mobile number, email and comments.
Aftter that I received automatically generated email from them... "Your request has been registered successfully. We will get back to you shortly.Sincerely, Patanjali E-commerce from

Also I tried to contact them on +91-1800-180-4108 but it's not working...
I sent request to contact them 4-5 times but I didn't received any response from them.
Then I emailed on
[email protected] that I have this kind of issue but still no response.
Then i found another email which is
[email protected] and wrote all the things but still I haven't received any response from them.
Either they should deliver remaining items or refund the amount remaining.
