Regarding disparities money transfer in the patanjali swadeshi samridhi card

Dear Sir
This is for your kind information that on 25/10/2018, I was trying to recharge my Patanjali Swadeshi Samridhi card through your online portal for Rs 2000/-. But unfortunately the money was deduced from my bank account and the card was not recharged. I have already submitted charge back form to my bank. But nothing could be done in order to refund the money in my bank account.

    I have bought some medicines from patanjali chikitsalaya & store situated at court road, besides city life, giridih.
    They have provided me estimated performa instead of bill of supply.
    They said they can't give it while earlier they were providing bill of supply.
    I have to submit the bill to the company for medical reimbursement but my company is not accepting it as they are saying estimated performa is not a valid bill.
    Kindly take action against the store because they have recently doing these thing and not providing valid bill.

      Cornflakes quality seems to be varying by large degree. It appears as if some independent manufacturers are supplying... Taste, crispness, size of each flakes... All vary from lot to lot.

      We have been purchasing the product from almost a year. Once a pack from reliance fresh outlet had poor quality. We thought it might be retailer side tampering. But this time we purchased from authentic patanjali outlet.

      Complain is part of quality, hence i hope company will look into the matter & do the needful.

          I would request team patanjali to please look into the behaviour of shopowners of their agency holders. Many of them are way too rude while talking to customers. This would adversely affect your brand value resulting in boycott of your products.
          In this highly competitive scenario.. With so many other good brands available in market which are trying to meet buyer's expectation; patanjali's negative marking is surely going to lower brand value. Kindly consider this matter seriously foryour own good. I would specifically mention raebarely road patanjali store, telibagh near hp petrol pump, lucknow for shopowner's extremely rude behaviour.

            Sir,

            1. I am Suchitra Singh and I have purchase Swadeshi Samridhi Card NO. [protected] in the month of Nov 18, but till as per your scheme purchase of Swadeshi Samridhi Card before 30 Nov 18 will get Rs.50/- not yet credited. Please do the needful to credit the cashback offer of Rs. 50/- as per ypur policy.

            2. When ever I am trying to recharge the card after clicking it is only coming the details of Mega store but the recharge site is not coming. Please tell how to recharge.

            3. Not able to see the details of purchase and cashback data. Please tell how to see the details of purchase anf cashback details.

            4. As per your policy cashback will be 10% but it is not coming very less even thou less than 5%, what is the actual cashback offers please clarify.

            5. The above mentioned complaint I have made and emailed to Patanjali customer care on 20 Jan 19, only one SMS came that on purchasing of Card you have been credited with Rs. 25/- but rest all the matters kept pending, even thou new problem starts that I have purchased some items on 27 Jan 19 and for that SMS for loyalty bonus came at 03:16 hrs to 04:16 hrs on 28 Jan 19 total six SMS, is it the time to give SMS and repeatedly six times same SMS.

            Sir, Please look into the matter.

              I have visited a patanjali chikitsalay for curing my asthama., it is in bhiwandi, near hathi sizing, opposite to shivam hotel. I don't know the name of doctor but during 1st time the medicines provided were good and helpful but after 1month while i went to receive that medicines again, the doctor gave me wrong medicine for which i asked her twice that is this the same medicine but than too she replied it is same as it was before. But when i started taking that medicine continue vomiting and loose motion started and after that it became very serious. Almost 10 days i was suffering from loose motion and vomiting. Than i again went to that doctor and showed her mistake, but she argued with me and started using bad words for me and my family. Is this the way to treat a patient. Please take some action against her because i m suffering from asthma and if something else happens with me because of wrong medicine who will be responsible. Please revert.

                Please find attached photos of your purity of honey & atta.in atta powder dust with black dust and no even powder properly
                Lot of people buy because of swadeshi products.
                Marwadi from rajasthan 90, % who using 5 kgs regularly (Monthly) now you get 1% only in bangalorei. Future if same quality is distribution. Within short time patanjali loses in maket very easily
                You may feel bad what i mailed. Please think a while. Who i am to take risk mentioning all details
                I hope lot of changes with serious action will be taken

                      Hi team,
                      I visited a patanjali store available nare me (Sainath nagar, kharadi, pune:14).
                      I took milk & buttermilk packet, while billing i asked to print a bill.
                      As soon i asked for bill owner started shouting at me stating "50 rupaye ke liye bill nahi milta, paper phukat me nahi milta".
                      I told him to be calm as i just asked to print a bill.
                      He (Shop owner) came at me like i have stolen something and started abusing me (I was completely shocked as this was not expected).
                      He snatched the product from me which i brought (Milk & buttermilk packet) and shouted at me to get out of the store.
                      This was really very humiliating as there were other customers too.
                      One of the customers also told the owner that he (Mentioning me) just ask for bill way are you shouting.
                      The owner replied to the customer that "tu apna kam kar, saman le liya to ja".

                      I'm sure this is something really need to take seriously. I'm also looking forward to filing case in consumer forum for the same.
                      As asking for a bill after purchasing any goods or product is my right according to indian law.

                      Please help me to take serious action on this shop owner. This person is harmful to the brand like "patanjali".

I have also submitted queries many times but no response. I suggest don't buy Patanjali products from their own website.

                        Bought veggies delight oats weighted -200gm.
                        The packet was untampered and in good condition.

                        Brought the Patanjali Dalia packet yesterday from a supermarket. Insects were found inside a packet of Patanjali Dalia.. The product wasn't expired. Patanjali has started selling cheap and substandard quality of products. Pls see the video and image attached. please take strict actions against the company.
                        Recent I purchased Tripala churn. it has rough churna.. not like smooth grind .. before it is better but now quality is changed

                          I have purchase the amla chatpata candy on the date of 12th dec 2018.
                          Same bill not given by the patanjali store keeper as per the friendly behave they denied. We have purchase the other products also total bill with approx 235. When we opened the amla chatpata amla that was the uneatable as look like coated fungus on the all the peace.

                            We bought a packet of patanjali aata - 10 kgs pack, but it is not at all upto the mark and seems to be maida in it.in market, aata is available at the rate of ₹25/kg, but we but it at the rate of ₹31/kg just because of the trust we have in the brand. But unfortunately, the quality of many items is degrading day by day. Kindly look into matter, otherwise we'll lose our trust on patanjali products. Since the inception of patanjali, we have been a regular customer of patanjali.

                              Dear sir/madam, i have been a genuine user and promoter of patanjali products and i bought swadeshi samriddhi card for regular purchases. As we needed another card for convenient shopping, we purchased on more card and both cards were linked to one mobile number. If there was a restriction, card activation should not have allowed adding same number for two cards. But it allowed and i started using the cards.
                              Suddenly i see that the 2nd card is not working and my balance of rs.386/- in the card is nullified. When i ask customer care, they say that a sms was sent to use the balance but i never received it. There was no 2nd follow-up in any form and the balance is taken away by patanjali organization and now i am told that patanjali ayurveda can change it's policy anytime and not obligated to inform customers with follow-up. This means customers can never trust patanjali ayurveda organization anymore.
                              This in a way is tricking the customers and cheating because balance on any card cannot be nullified without proper communication and follow-up as it is hard earned money of individuals.
                              Though rs.386/- is not a big amount but so many of such small balance together can be millions and crores and patanjali ayurveda should not misuse the policies to make money!

                                I have paid 1.15 Lakh rupees to Patanjali Ayurved to open my new retail store at Pune. but due to some family health issues i could not open my store. now i want my deposited money to be refunded. I am continuously trying to reach their representative but there is no response from them. need to take action on urgent basis. Please look in to the details of my complain and refund my money as i am in very critical financial condition. The name of the Patanjali person is Randeep. I am trying to reach him continuously, but he is nottaking my calls.
                                While making the payment I was assured that i will get back my money.
                                Please look in to it.

As soon as i opened the bottle for use i was wondered to see that the cream had gone bad with rotten smell and having a brown layer on the top. For your ready reference i am sending the photos. Please see to it and refund my money. The product was purchased by me from shop neighbour to my house and it was supplied by atulit enterprise lucknow. Kindly refund my money back at the earliest.

                                    I found a strand of hair in the anardana goli. I have a child at home who loves them. What if he had ingested it if i hadn't seen it? This is such a violation of hygiene practices. I would like to submit a complaint at consumer court as well. I am sure you people must be aware what damage hair could if ingested. I want some action to be taken against my complaint or else i'll be going to the consumer court next.

                                      I bought some items from mega store on 23 nov 18, habitual ly on trust i not added the amount there. At home i calculated that was wrong billed. Roasted diet quiona masala 80 gram was billed of 75 but printed was 55. I next went there on 04 dec 18 and told them but no body helped me even told that i m stupid. Also they said that"pahle 75 ka tha ab kam ho gya h." totally jhut. It means i am a liar. Mene us din is par jo print dekha galat h. It's shiv shakti traders in bhalotiya market

                                        Packed defective biscuit by the company.
                                        Some of the edibles were seemed to be cut by rat from the middle part of the pack.
                                        The cut and infected biscuit were not sorted out by the packers.
                                        It could infect us.
                                        See properly in future prior to pack any of the edibles.
                                        It may sink the large name of the company - patanjali as well as of baba ji
