I did not get my refund yet that i have cancelled my order but there is no way that i found to get my refund. Please do something ..

I am buy products 21st April 2020 in online patanjali platform but not dispatch my product till 25 April 2020 I call customer care and cancel my order in 25aprile but till date no refund my amount so please see this metar. My order number is.

This is regarding my order of products. I made a transaction on 30th april 2020 through patanjali website and it did not go through as i have not received any confirmation from your side. Instead i received a message from my bank account that your money has been debited.

I tried connecting through patanjali customer care number but it seems no one picks up the phone.

I am tired of calling, posting and emailing patanjali team. No response from patanjali team since yesterday. Please refund my money. A really bad experience with patanjali. Please take necessary action asap!

Website shows 24*7 customer care and service. Well seems like a gross misrepresentation.

I'm regular customer of patanjali products. I always use soaps, shampoos, toothpaste, facewash, etc of patanjali. But a shopkeeper always misbehave with customers in hapur up. Mohit kumar chandel named shopkeeper misbehave with me in bank colony, chamri road, hapur district hapur 245101. I request you to cancel the shop licence of this such type of shopkeepers. If you will not take action against this shopkeeper, i have to forced baycott patanjali products.

Its happen with me second time. Patanjali store near relience mall, himmatnagar, sabarkantha, gujarat. This store sale expire dated product like shampoo and anything else can happen. I am going because of patanjali brad name and they spoil this brand name.
I hope you solve this problem. Not just for me, here lots of people who dont know to read or any other problem.

Please do somthing.

Patanjali Store Near Rampura Circle Udaipur (Rajasthan).He sold expiry product to my family member, as my family member was illiterate he sold two packs of Jwar Daliya, which was expied. When we went there to return he totally refused to agree that this material has bought from there and even misbehave amidst lockdown.

Order was placed on mobile number +[protected] the worth of which was 2054 and i have made the payment on the same day i. E 18.04.2020.
I have not recieved my delivery.
Kindly review the matter and take appropriate actions i have shared the bank details of the account that was named patanjali.
I need a refund as soon as possible

I placed order at patanjali store, tughlakabad on phone number [protected]and paid rs.981/- by paytm on 15/04/2020. After getting payment he did not send. The next day when contacted he said that he will not send parcel cost less than 2000/-. Then again, i place an order for rs.1093/- on 16/04/2020.

When contacted on 17th, he said order should not be less than rs.3000/-. Then he asked for gst bill rs.373/- and delivery charge for rs.225/-.

I do not know the reason is, after getting the money he is asking for more money. He gave one more mobile number for paytm i. E. (M) [protected].

So now i am requesting you to refund my money in my paytm account with my mobile no [protected].

Please arrange my refund as soon as possible.

PATANJALI SAUNDARYA ALOE VERA GEL WITH KESAR CHANDAN product, NOT RETURN AND NOT GIVE BILL OF A PRODUCT i purchase many item they not give bill and only give one item bill i asked to give a bill and they said not important to give a bill, shop no 219/5, NAI SADAK SHASTRI NAGAR MEERUT, UTTAR PARDESH WEST, please take a complaint

Dear sir i have already sent a complain with regards to this. Had ordered from patanjali dealer sojpal kaya building, matunga, mumbai. The dealer on my repeated asking as to how what would be the minimum amount for the purchase he said no miminum amount and courier would be from our side i ordered for rs 1251, he called and said you have to make a purchase of rs.1750 more. Total for rs.3000 i had already made the payment and was stuck. After a day or two i made a payment of rs 1750, he said he would send the courier by 10am next day, now he says i cannot send it as you have to pay courier charges of rs 1000 as this is a lockdown period. Sir this person is trying to cheat and make money. I shall be highly obliged if you could get me my refund back as he is nit ready to refund the amount also

Dear sir, i have made purchases of rs1251 for patanjali at sojpal kaya building,
Chandawarkar marg, matunga mumbai, maharastra 400019. This purchase order was done online and payment was sent in the bank account of patanjali ayurved ltd., haridwar. After the order was placed and payment made the person calls me up to say we cannot send your order as you have to make purchases of atleast rs.3000. I had before giving the order asked the person as to is there any minimum limit for the order he said there was no minimum limit and you could place your order, i even asked them who would pay for the courier he said they would pay. Now they donot want to refund the amount but want me to make more purchases for rs1750 stating that this rule is given by the govt. I think patanjali certain centres are trying to just make money over the lockdown period by just spoiling our govt name. Kindly help me out to get either the proud or the refund

We were a fan of patanjali products until this fraudulent scenario happened to us at this crucial time of lockdown due to corona where people are barely getting food and even in that they’re been cheated.
From not giving true copy of bill to erasing the expiry dates of the product and selling it to general public... This is indirectly playing with consumers life and risking it.
Being a brand like patanjali you should take a strict action against sellers like this who’re risking your goodwill as well as consumers lives.

Aap se request h ki aap ki patanjali ki shop lockdown se hi band Karke betha h jab ki aapki patanjali me to medicine or roj Kam aane wali or jarurat product h fir shop band kyu Kar rkhi h is liye aap se request h ki is ke khilap sakt karwai ki Jaye

Dear sir / madam, date :- 1st april, 2020

I was searching some patanjali products online on 31st march, 2020 at around 11:00 am & got a number from online [protected] & had made a call in this no & in reply, some body named sunil gupta was telling that he was calling from patanjali ho, haridwar & will be replying me within 10 mints & drop the call. After 10 mints the same person, called me in a different number [protected] & told me to make a product list i want to buy & send them in this no in whatsapp.

Accordingly, i prepared a list of products & send them in whatsapp same no ([protected]). After receiving that, mr. Sunil calculated the total amount of the all products & asked me to pay to bank where he sent a bank details of patanjali as attached herewith, for your verification.

As i do not operate net banking, i told sunil gupta to pay the amount in paytm & sunil also agreed & send a different no [protected] & telling me that this is the no of mr. Sunil kumar who is working as patanjali's account manager & i can pay on that.

After that i paid rs. 1369 on the paytm no [protected] & payment was received & confirmed by sunil gupta & asked me that product will be delivered within two hrs.

After two hrs, i did not receive the products & when i called mr. Sunil gupta, he told that additional amount of rs. 425 will have to be paid as courier charge & he has given a separate no [protected] of mr. Anil & asked me to paytm of rs. 425 on the same no. I called mr. Anil & then he told me that amount (Rs. 425) will have to be paid in advance in the paytm no of same [protected] & then all products will be delivered to your place within 10 mints. I did not have any other option but to paytm of amount rs. 425 on the same no but till i did not receive any product yet & even at the end of day on 31st. They could not come to me for delivery.

The next day on 1st april, on my query, mr. Anil again asking me to add some additional money as rs.115 again. But he could not reply anything when asked for this additional money. But i understood that i already in trapped by them and total rs.[protected]+425) already given to them & gone for ever.

Would request you to please let me know the real fact in my no
[protected] & let me know whether how i will get all products or how to get my all money back. Kindly get me aware of this three person 1) sunil gupta ([protected]), 2) sunil kumar ([protected]) & 3) anil kumar ([protected]) & one more no found in net as ([protected]), which initially sunil gupta picked up & replied me as described above.

Awaiting a positive reply from your end as the credibility of patanjali in our nation is very very outstanding.

I had complaint to [protected]@patanjaliayurved bad quality tooth paste tube which keeps breaking from side resulting wastage and dry tooth paste, i shared photo of the broken tooth paste, bar code and other necessary things which they can easily identify but they just respond asking details again and again and finally close the complainant. Seems like they don't have any idea or what they are manufacturing and neither interested in rectifying the complainant. I would like to raise a complaint as they are ignoring my complaint and not replacing the faulty toothpaste.

We purchased patanjali sarson oil from nagarpur delhi and the oil leaves black residue on heating at bottom. Last time sarson oil was heated it emitted so much white fumes we were worried and surprised
We are customer of patanjali since it's inception but this incident has eroded our trust. This is highly deplorable and should be investigated.

Product return 499 rs but refund only 414 rs immrdiately resolve my issue and provide me helpline number.

We r from mumbai.. But at present got stuck in mangalore due to lock down situation bcz of corona virus..
We hav been facing shortage of grossery n ayurvedic medicines which we buy regularly from patanjali store in mangalore.
But right now from 20th march all shops hav been closed.. People r running here n there for ayurvedic medicines..
What is this.
