Dealership ke liye apply kiya tha usi mein mere sath bahut paisa liya fraud kiya mere sath takriban 4 lakh rupya dealership ke naam par liya fir bhi matlab hua phone nahin utha raha hai plus number block kar diya hai gali deta hai bolate ab to fraud mein phas gaya hai. The honey of patanjali contain a large amount of sugar in the bottom it feels like it is impure honey because in dabar honey the amount of sugar is not that much
So, ye to customer ke money ka wastage hua
Unko honey ki quality improve karni chahiye and same case is with the cough syrup of patanjali, . My mom bought cough syrup of patanjali and later on found out that 1/4 section is only sugar and we preferred patanjali coz we had trust on ot but now i felt that like other companies their soul moto is also to make money not public service

Store owner both husband baljinder and his wife over charge several times to my 78 year’s old dad. Than i started shopping myself to check them and they over charged me too, not once but 5 times. Even we complain them they don’t stop. That’s store is bit convenient to me and my dad like patanjali products otherwise we never want to shop their. Today i spent rs 906.00 which is i was adding while i was collecting my products but he charged me rs 925.00. Please don’t buy anything from that store or be careful and watch them.

On 7th March, 11:00 PM i created an order worth Rs 1060 and paid through Paytm.
The order was paid and created successfully.

But the order is not delivered to my home and not showing up under the orders page on the website.

Why did this happen? When will i get the order? Why is it not showing up at the orders page?
I have sent multiple emails to Patanjali, but they are not replying.

I ordered a product on patanjali website worth rs 125 to deliver in my address. The payement was successfully carried out by upi and transaction id is[protected].
Order number is [protected].
I ordered on[protected] on patanjali official website but after successfully paying from bhim upi its showing payement failed.
On patanjali app its showing order cancelled then where my money went.
I mailed them twice still...

I brought patanjali kesh kanti herbal mehandi natural black hair colour from my local store. After keeping foronly 30 minutes when i washed my hair it turned green.
And for your information i have no such allergy from any such product.
Even my husband's hair also turned green and there was not any result as mentioned my your product.
A prompt response is needed.
Highly disappointed.

I had placed order for some products vai paytm.
All the products recived of minimum 8 months old.
From which 3 pcs. Hair conditioner received of august 2018. Almost 18 months older.
After many compliments they r not taking it back & not they r replacing it.
It take 3 months to utilise 1 pcs. So it will take minimum 9 months to finish it, i explained to paytm customer care, but every time they says no.
Why so old products are laying with patanjali warehouse.
I think no one is purchasing patanjali products, & this type of product they sale i also will discontinue using *paytm* any "patanjali products* & tell everyone in my group stop purchasing patanjali products.
And stop using paytm.

I am regular customer of this store from last 6 months,, i have some medical problem so i consult patanjali authorized doctor in and buy medicines but now it is nit giving me any profit so i went to return these seal packed medicines but he refused. I buy it on 7 jan and went to return on 21 jan

I want to ask you if you are selling medicines so don't you return or replace medicine if they do not give any profit..
I am feeling cheated,, if you want to do any justice then asked medical store to resturn these medicine, i have a bill also.
After this incident i will never ever go to consult patanjali doctors,, otherwise wo medicined return kar lete

I am a regular customer of the patanjali store in hingwala labe ghatkopar east. One of the sales person is always talks rude with customers and misbehaves by throwing products purchased at the counter. The other day when i visited the store, he was talking on mobile and showed irritation while making the bill. When i asked him not to throw the box of biscuits, he got angry and started throwing it again and again and said it doesn't break. I objected to his behaviour and reprimanded him. He reacted strongly saying that "you don't need to come to the shop." this is really shocking. Please see the sales person's photo attached. Please take action against this sales person asap.

Has been harassing customers by forcing customers to pay in cash and not accept debit cards for payment of dairy products. When asked they say

1) no one accepts card payment for milk and dairy products anywhere (This was to fool unaware & old customers and is false, everywhere card is accepted even for patanjali products in normal store all around this shop)

2) there is not gst payment for dairy products so we take cash

3) the unsold products are returned to vendor on cash basis (They are clearly avoiding taxation and fooling people who are generally unaware of these details)

4) if you don't pay cash you can not buy any patanjali dairy products by card payment. (They don't care and people are forced to pay cash separately)

Kindly take action and revert to me with your reply so i can show them the receipt of this complaint.

I checked their product's lic no. And that was completely different and was registered to goswami drugs.

Respected sir/madam, i placed a order for first time on patanjaliayurved.net on[protected] at 3.49 pm. My order number is [protected]. At first the order was delayed by very much long time. But when it reached to the hub nearest to me, after few days it got returned without any attempt to deliver my product. This was a very bad experience with patanjali for first time, i didnt expected this from patanjali. Now, it has been almost 12-13 days has gone after the return has been delivered to patanjali in haridwar. But still my refund is not initiated nor a replacement has been sent again with a different courier company... Maine yahan se pehle bhi product mangvaya aur mujhe product nahi mila. Fir maine 10th november ko product mangvaya, aur mujhe jo shipment tracking id diya waha result not found aaraha teen din se. Courier company me teen din se koi phone nahi utha raha.

Oils marketed by you are not natural or chemical-free, as you claim. My friends and i get various harmful symptoms like coughing, dizziness and severe headache. If i do not hear from you within a week, i will be forced to complain to the authorities here. Please let me know as to how you plan to compnsate me, i bought 8 of kesh kanti oil and 16 of tejas oil from india recently for my use as well as of my family and friends. I am a senior citizen here, a business owner here, i know the authorities to send my complain to and have used social media for promoting my business and other activities.

I purchased Tulasi ghanavati and retailer gave me a expired product from its mfg in 2017 after i checks the expired of the product asked to retailer is it any harmful to takes expired pills
Then he told me nothing will happen after taking this tablets my body going to little fever coming and this is not the first time in Bijapur Karnataka in my city how many Patanjali shop have there is only selling a expired product
Now what i do that expired product use or not Patanjali products are very good to use but the retailers are saleing expired product it's mine 2nd to I'm fooling before 1month i purchased lavangavadi vati that product also given expired and this product mfg in 2014 what to tell about that now

The person in charge refuses to give me the bill of patanjali chach, patanjali panner everytime i purchase, whereas the mrp states its inclusive of all taxes, and i am paying the full mrp why the bill is not issued. He says chach ka bill nahi ata.

Very very bad services. I paid rs.3330 through online and placed order on 29 october 2019 and from the last 6 days its showing that item send for delivery. Very very very bad services. Called 2 times to there customer care number and they also told the same thing that order has been left for delivery and may be you will receive the material today without fail. Never expect this type of services from patanjali.

I buy the products for me from shree siddhi retail store, kalkaji, new delhi - 19. I bought the jwar nashak kwath, giloy ghanvati and arogya vati. But they sold me expiry date products. Jwar nashak kwath which is expired in 2018 and arogya vati which is expired in 0ctober 2019. It's my fault also that i shoudn't check the expiry date of products. But nobody is checking the stocks in store that it's a expiry product what the hell is this. If i take that medicines than it will harm me also. I believed in patanjali products in past. But now when i got expiry date products i have no believe on patanjali products. That's how patanjali earns profit by playing with customer's life.
