Updated by Pankunk42 Do you mean by calling once and asking about the issue, is the "resolved" ? How they are changing the status of complaint without any resolution? Have they have given any comments over here? There is nothing here. Just simply moving the status to resolved. Are you kidding me?
This is what I discussed with Patanjali executive-
On 18th one of Patanjali executive called me and asked me about the bank details to do the refund but when I asked him "Do you need anything else from my side?". Then I said I will call you back because he was not sure about the things. And still waiting for him.
What kind of treatment they are giving to customers? I think, Once you bought, they are not at all caring or thinking about consumer problems. They're just thinking that " what consumer can do?. Hardly, they can raised a complaint against them. That's it. Nothing else consumer can do. Apart from that, if all these things happen, they have to only do the refund ( which is very minimal amount)". This is what happening in India. Because there are no strict rules and regulations.
I think there should be some way if they failed to resolve the issue ontime, they have to pay a penalty for it.and that should be a huge one (might be 10 time's of order amount or even more). Then after they can properly respond to the customer issue.
Also I will request "Consumer complaint" organization to have a way to fine them a penalty if they not working or supporting to customer issue ontime.
For this irresponsive behavior, I will definitely raise into social media.so that people can be aware of this fraud companies. And they will think before purchasing from this kind of organization. Also I want to intimate Swamy ji, how there executive are working.
