I have purchased bhakti dhoop from bhavarkua outlet indore m. P. This product is below standard. I used it a small piece for try. But i found that is below standard and smell react and harmful to my family.
So i returned this product to the same outlet. But unfortunately store kept the product but not refunded my money.

Plz refund my money in my swadeshi card, which is linked with my mobile phone.
All other product s purchased by me are good.

    Re: shipment of misaing items in order [protected] by "patanjaliayurved.net"! I had writen 3 mails earlier but you have not cared to look into it. Except for auto generated response you have not clarified about 2 items that were not delivered. I have been put to loss of about ₹ 500/-. Is ir not your duty to specifically respond me. If you cannot solve your anamolies, let me approach your higher ups. I was your regular online buyer but this type of experience really loose my faith in your company..       I had ordered online from patanjaliayurveda.net on 7th oct for goods worth rs 1084/- (Order no - [protected]) & till now i have not received any notification regarding product shipping forget about delivery date. I have submitted query online & sent mail; however i have still not received any update and on their website did not find any customer care number. I almost started feeling that i lost the money. Kindly help.

        Order no.[protected] i received parcel on 13/09/2019 of above order and paid cash rs.1125 to blue dart courier. After open the parcel i found i am in received shortly. Item no.3 is invoiced for 2 pcs (2 sets) of special chyawanprash 1kg plus special chyawanprash 500 g - total 1500 gm but i received 1 pce (1 set).

        Other items ok.

        Please note gross weight of courier is 3.730 kgs. It also confirm the short delivery.

          Dear team,
          I already complain in patanjali team that it is defective or not good to eat it it's has so bad taste and all muraba pieces are black and it is too bitter i want replacement of the product but patanjali didn't take any decisions in this please look into this matter i want replacement. I bought it from a retailer shop jain mart in karol bagh but shop keepers only give me suggestions to how to complain against patanjali, it is a 1kg pack of ambla muraba patanjali products my contact no. [protected] i want refund or replacement please help me out in this.

            Hi all,
            From past 3 months our building society members are following up with patanjali customer care about this below
            Store in malakpet hyderabad is cheating their customers by not providing any bills even after customer demands. Store owner shouts at us and sends us when caught of billing extra amount as he doesn't use a computer to calculate total amount and cheating customers by trying to take extra amount without providing any bills.
            Since 3 months all o[censored]s sent more than 30 emails and patanjali customer care is just ignoring just by store will implement software soon and gave aud 15, aug 29th, sep 22th dead line dates but never ever took any action on the store even after 3 months allowing him to cheat customers or not provide bills. We started online campaign to bring attention and notice about this negligence of patanjali and working on all possible ways for patanjali to take action on this store to issue bills through software.

            Product is cross expire date still they defend by saying it is useable after expire date for 5 year more the bill is not provided the staff behaviour is very unprofessional and roude.the store is far away from city and product is not available all time please provide all your products and make sure they give the bill of the sold things

            Patanjali paste is good no doubt, but have a doubt about its weight written on the cover because when we press to get paste out it always passes air from inside. suddenly paste tube got flat. I am sure something is wrong.

              See your below highlighted email where in you gave us in written on sep 2 you confirmed us in written within 15-20 days if store owner doesn't install software and issue printed bill you will take action. Today is sep 23 and still he doesn't have software or giving printed bills.

              Please confirm why aren't taking any action till now as per your written confirmation on sep2 when the store owner is still not following your instructions or providing bill as per law? Is patanjali supposting these kind of illegal activities by ignoring customers complains from 3 months?
              We as customers waited for 3 months and sent 26 emails and patanjani is still failed to take action as we are preparing to go to consumer court in kairtabad with these written email confirmations as proof. And on social media as a store owner should never refuse to issue legal bills

              Please also see the attached voice calls from mr. Tamal and others where in they assured by aug 31 if store owner doesn't start issuing printed bills he will makesure the store licence is made expired. That was 4th deadline failed by store owner to issue bills but still patanjali is supporting store not by taking any action. We have collected enough videos and pics to show store owner is refusing to issue bills since 3 months.

                Respected sir,

                I started as distributor of patanjali non food in month of nov2018, starting two months the business was going smoothly. After that the company did not passed any claim yet. Even the stock coming was not according to the order given to depo. They started the policy of dumping. After that the sales officer stared reducing the area without knowing to us. After a month they totally changed my area.
                Then after that also we continued our business and we did rtgs and next day the so and asm came n said to stop the distributorship. Soo we stopped it and requested them to return the amount of rtgs we had did it. Even the claim of nov, dec 2018 which amount is nearly 5 lacks rupees is not been recived to us. And after stopping the distributorship the loose stock is not been taken by us. At time of stopping they said that send the pack boxes to depo and loose stock will be transferred to other distributorship. We had transferred the pack boxes in starting of june, but that amount is not been received us back. And when we are calling them to transfer the loose stock they are just saying we will transfer it. But its been more then 3 months they had not transferred my stock. Even the claims are not been given.
                Even the primary schemes had not been received in the bills. We are calling the super stockists for that, they are just saying they will do it. The bills are of november 2018- may2019.

                    The expiry date of bilbadi churan with batch no bmc 033 was 02/2018
                    Iam fan of patanji medicines, but this act of cheating is accepted at all.
                    Kindly look in to the matter and take appropriate action against the shop keeper, other wise good will of patanji name will be affected.

                      I ordered the grocery item from the patanjali app and my order no is - [protected]. My wife received the package yesterday evening. Packaging covers were broken and dirty. Because of this few items were affected (Not fully damaged). Hence i checked each and every product and found that "divya gulab jal" water is totally dirty. Inside the water lots of small small particles are there which is making very bad feeling to use it.
                      I request to either change the "divya gulab jal" and provide me the good one or refund my money.
                      Also i tried calling on thier customer care but no one has picked up my call. I waited for almost 10 minutes. Seems like they have mentioned false numbers or maybe they don't have consumer support. Also i have attached a snapshot for customer care number with waiting time.

                      Do you mean by calling once and asking about the issue, is the "resolved" ? How they are changing the status of complaint without any resolution? Have they have given any comments over here? There is nothing here. Just simply moving the status to resolved. Are you kidding me?

                      This is what I discussed with Patanjali executive-

                      On 18th one of Patanjali executive called me and asked me about the bank details to do the refund but when I asked him "Do you need anything else from my side?". Then I said I will call you back because he was not sure about the things. And still waiting for him.
                      What kind of treatment they are giving to customers? I think, Once you bought, they are not at all caring or thinking about consumer problems. They're just thinking that " what consumer can do?. Hardly, they can raised a complaint against them. That's it. Nothing else consumer can do. Apart from that, if all these things happen, they have to only do the refund ( which is very minimal amount)". This is what happening in India. Because there are no strict rules and regulations.
                      I think there should be some way if they failed to resolve the issue ontime, they have to pay a penalty for it.and that should be a huge one (might be 10 time's of order amount or even more). Then after they can properly respond to the customer issue.

                      Also I will request "Consumer complaint" organization to have a way to fine them a penalty if they not working or supporting to customer issue ontime.

                      For this irresponsive behavior, I will definitely raise into social media.so that people can be aware of this fraud companies. And they will think before purchasing from this kind of organization. Also I want to intimate Swamy ji, how there executive are working.

                        I parvati order 14 sept 2019 drishti eye drop and paid for the same from net banking. I haven't received any confirmation and amount was deducted from my account. And automatically placed 2nd order for same product. I am not able to cancel my order. Their is no any option shown in app and no any contact no. Is displayed in app. I am harrased from their service and patanjali is a big brand but their service are very poor. Plzz dont buy any product of patanjali online.. They literally harassing their customer.

                        I have ordered drishti eyedrop. I have paid via net banking. The amount has been deducted from my account but their no any confirmation about my order via mail or msz. And i have placed only 1 order but when i have checked my order history it shows 2 order of same product. Which is automatically done. I have placed only 1 order and amount for samw has been deducted. Placed when i am trying to cancel the order. But their is no option available for cancellation of order. Plz cancel my order and refund my moneyvas soon as possible

                              I have cancelled patanjali order#: [protected] but there is no communication from their end regarding the refund.

                              The customer care is also very bad as there is no response even after dropping so many mails.

                              There was no estimated delivery date for products and that's why i had to cancel the order.

                              Can this be confirmed with them for initiating the refund?

                                Whenever i buy patanjali products from my nearby store, i get products with broken seals especially jams, pickles, coconut oils and juices. Anybody can easily detect that the shopkeeper has mixed certain other items with them. Not only this, there are products with no expiry dates because the shopkeeper has scratched and erased the expiry dates given on the products.

                                My distibuter of patanjali ghee is rajmata medicines in my area . trere are difrence in rate of margin by distibuter. Company gives 5%to retailer but distibuter gives only 4% to retailer and no any retailer's scheems told to us by distibuter.

                                  I have ordered online products from https://www.patanjaliayurved.net/ site. Order Id is: [protected]. On receiving the order it was found that two items were missing from the ordered items. I have raised a ticket in the site with this issue having ticket number [protected]. On many followups they have sent one item but the second missing item Patanjali Dhanashree basmati rice is still not sent. Now, the customer care team is not picking my call and not resolving this issue. It is around 2.5 months since this issue is pending. I was having a lot of faith on Patanjali but these kind of services and issues just let it down. Can you please look into this issue with priority?

                                  On dated 15.08.2019 Koshal Industries & Agents delivered some product to my retail counter. When I checked the product, it was found that the expiry of some product tempered by marker.

                                    I have placed 2 orders on[protected] out of which one order was cancelled but did not receive the refund and in case of another order, i did not receive the order yet. My order nos are [protected] and [protected]. My email id is [protected]@gmail.com. I have mailed them thrice through emails and also through their website and twitter but no response except computer generated ticket numbers. On tracking the order, it shows that my order has been confirmed but not even packed yet after so many days.

Hum esse pahele aashirwad aata use kerte the.. Per shop and per naa hone ke chalte maine patanjli ka aata kharida tha..

                                        I have been ordered an order from patanjali on 26 july 2019 and unfortunately my order have been cancelled automatically.. I don't know why? And i have not receive any refund to my bank.
