I am regret to complaint of this store that workers and owner all are rude and not having good behavior with customers. Today at 1700 hrs, they keep out all the customers from store for cleaning of store. Is it correct. Such type of activities of owner not only demoralise the customers but give bad name to patanjali. Kindly take stern action against the concerned delinquents.

We purchased aloe vera bottle from sector 26, jaipuria plaza, noida. Center, bill no -22589.
But when we openend it last month, and took one sip from it, it was smeeleing bad and very bad taste.
We contact vendor here then he told me to complain at customer care center only and this prodcut can't be taken back at store but to be exchanged via customer care center.

This is my second complaint regarding patanjali products. I purchased roasted vermicelli in the month of june 2018 manf dt 29.4.2018valid for 12months batch no bvrzp290418. When today i opened the packet i saw that most of the vermicellis are turning white instead of brown. Then i put them in plate and saw that all the vermicellis are moving which means worms are there. It is very bad for such a big name. Patanjali is playing with people health. I will never buy patanjali products in future.

I have purchased 3-4items online through patanjali website www.patanjaliayurved.net dated 21st july, my order number is:-[protected]

Till the time my shipment have not yet deliver to my residence and have not received any update from patanjai e commerce team. Have also tried connecting his consumer complaint number [protected] however there is no response at all.

I had already made the payment online through my net banking and now struggling to get my product or my money refund to my account.

Extremely worst experience from patanjali team.

Kindly take the necessary action against them.

According your message it is requested to collect card from nearest patanjali exclusive store but i have visited two patanjali store near to my area "ashoke nagar, kolkata 700040" and kudghat, kolkata 700040". I am staying at tollyganj area, kolkata 700040. So pl confirm the location and address of patanjali store near to my area, where i may collect my above card and use the card to purchase the product with discount.

One beauty cream and 2 moisturizing creams bought today from your chennai besant nagar divyam distributors outlet, are stale& old, with manufacturing dates 14/08/17, 02/08/2017&09/2017. Though the expiry dates have been printed as 24 months from the date of manufacture, these cosmetic items are already one year old. Unlike other multibrand stores, (Where i get fresh products,, which reach the outlets,, within 4 toa6 weeks of manufacturing dates) your exclusively patanjali products' outlets, receiveproducts after 10 to 12 months, as per the counter staff. Please look into the matter and replace to me atleast, the 3 stale items, with fresh stock. My nationalist fervour, is sought to be exploited by you, i am afraid.

Sir, Due to most respect I would like to inform you that I am a old patients of Patanjali and I have been taking medicine since year2016. But Most sadness topic is that from some days they have been giving me wrong medicine many time, recently last time when they gave me wrong medicine I potest against it and they all stuff do very bad miss behave with me.

I am mr soumitra jana resident in west bengal. Today i i was received a email for subscribe of patanjali swadesh samridhi card. But when i paid rs 100/- throgh my credit card ending no 1603, amount was deducted to a paytm acct noida and message showd transaction not successful and pay again. The paid amount till not refund my acct. Pl confirm me whether it was a real patanjali link or it was a fraud link. I think it was a fraud and fake mails are circulating in the name of baba ramdev and patanjali. Pl take a serious action against this fraud link

I had went to store and met patanjali doctor for pain hands and legs everyday.
She gave me lots of medicine which was costly near about Rs.1156. I went 1st july 18 till date there is no effect in pain. Although doctor has given medicine for 1 month And today is 22nd july 18.
But no effect. My money waste. And i never suggest to go there for check up.

I purchased aloe Vera gel and coconut hair wash from one of the Patanjali megastores in which I found significantly lesser than standard quantity but the shopkeeper disclaimed his liability. The packaging in tube form of various products like conditioners, gels, facewash, etc. Is quite poor and vulnerable to compromise with the standard quality and quantity of the product. Hence pls ensure standard sealing of tubes of all such products to prevent the reliable image of the company from spoiling.

Yesterday, i.e., 11/07/2018, when I poured the bottle of Patanjali Kachi Ghani Oil in a utensil, I found something different in the Oil. It was adulterated. I couldn't figure out what that was but surely if I would have consumed it, it would have badly affected my health.
I want a compensation for the same. I am attaching the photograph of the adulterated oil.

I bought a Patanjali Neem Face wash with rest of the Patanjali products whose net worth was ₹500 from a Patanjali store situated in Gorakhpur, U.P.
After reaching my home I found that the seal cap of the face wash was loose and the face wash was leaking through the broken seal cap .
When I reported this issue to the store they refused to exchange the product.

I have a retail shop in Ferozepur naming M/s BAIJ NATH MAMAN CHAND, MAIN BAZAR, FEROZEPUR CITY and have a great reputation in the market. my shop is known for the loyalty with the customers. I used to sell the Patanjali products also. I deal with your dealer namely M/s Legend Home Care, Zira gate, Ferozepur City and M/s Legend Pharmaceuticals, Zira Gate, Ferozepur City. those are claiming that they have the distributorship of your company. I am good seller of your products, but some of the products got expired in January 2018 as per the rules/assurance i have returned the expired products of amount Rs. 9450/- to your above said dealer to save the reputation of your company as well as mine. Thereafter, on 30.06.2018, your dealer has refund/exchange with other products of the amount of Rs. 6406/- of your company. my grievance is that your dealer has not refunded/exchange the products of same price as I have given to him i.e. Rs. 9450/-.

I've been blind follower of Patanjali products since 3 years but now I find it quite essential to give a feedback regarding some products.

1. Dantkanti- Patanjali dantkanti has been introduced as a chemical free indian product and obviously being Indian we must support "Swadeshi" products but since I am using dantkanti I've been facing gum bleeding and pale shading in teeth. Also to whom I've suggested this product they also facing same problems.

2. Shampoo- Since I'm using Patanjali Shampoo I am facing hair thinning and hair fall which is very disturbing for me as I did trust Patanjali.

Please enhance the quality of Patanjali products and makes us feel more proud on this revolution.

I sale Patanjali Amla Murabba to customer on 09 Jun 2018 vide Batch No ADR1700078. Next day he returned and complaint me that Murabba smelt badly and expiry date of the Jar is still held. Photocopy of the Jar is enclosed.

May I therefore request you to issue necessary direction to near distributor for replacement. I am waiting for your reply very eagerly.

We are going to review our process / packaging details of same thoroughly to find out the reason for deviation if any. We will revert you once the investigation complete.

Chyawanprash containing 'kankad' (Powdery stone) substance is very dangerous to our teeth. We are sr. Ctzs and can damage our teeth and its fillings..
Aloe vera kanti soap
These particles in soap do not disappear and are very abrasive on the skin. We do not want to use the balance soaps in your pack.
We want to return both the products and will not buy patanjali products.

Further to my Complaint[ID: 1958421] of May16, Mr.Ankit of Patanjali phoned me and informed that defective products will be verified and replacements will be made.
Two days later, Mr Ajay (Patanjali) visited, took photographs and said he was not carrying replacements but will come next day with replacements between 12 noon and 4 pm.
It is 30 th May today and no action is taken in spite of taking up the matter with Indian Consumers Complaints Forum.

I have wasted lot of time, money and suffered agony dealing with Patanjali.

Further to my Update to Consumer Complaints Forum of India on 30/5/18,

I received a phone call on 30/5 from Patanjali ([protected]) and the person (Shukla?) again promised to visit my residence with replacements on 31/5 today between 12 noon and 1 pm. I told him that although I have work out side, I shall stay and wait for him. It is 3.45 pm and he has not turned up nor phoned me.
I am now again posting the Status on Consumer Complaints Forum.
Disgusted with Patanjali products and Service to customers.
