Today while brushing my teeth i found out a piece of plastic in my toothpaste. I was a fan of your toothpaste. However, after seeing the plastic, i have serious concerns about your quality of products. What is the quality check you guys have in place. How can a peice of plastic made it inside the tube? It shows there is lack of sanity checks during production of these items. This is a serious concerns and your team needs to work on this.

I have applied for retailer shop on the Patanjali. I have also paid the sum of Rs.1, 20, 000/- three months back. But still, I have not received the product. They keep on demanding the money (I have the recording of the telephonic discussion we have made). Always promising that we will send you the order after you send the money. This way they have collected the sum of 120, 000/- But still I have not received the order I have placed.

Ordered through patanjali website www.patanjaliayurved.net.I ordered something through patanjali website. I did online payment for the products buy i got order with some missing products (Packetwas seal packed)
. I tried contacting them but they are not responding properly and they refused to accept. Their customer service is very poor. I have mailed them many times but still did not find any solution. Did not expected this from patanjali official website...

Yesterday when i am billing my stuff, one of patanjali cashier in aurvedic mart which was sitting in middle one counter was accepted his relative stuff which came to break line when i am already there. When i complained that how you take his stuff before me bcoz we already in queue he argument. He was sitting in middle cash counter have lean body and other two cash counter people are healthy. Over all everything is gud but due to some ediot... Thankyouo

I bought a patanjali lemon drink from one of your outlet in indore in apollo square zanjeerwala. As i opened the bottle, i found a number of ants dead at the top of bottle inside the cap. I won't buy any of your product from now and i think i should move to consumer forum for this kind of mistake in your products because it may harm small childrens who doesn't likely to check the eatables before trying it out. This is a serious concern and its my request to resolve it soon.

Today i purchased 10 kg of aata packet from sai kirpa enterprises store in vaishali ghaziabad. On this product, company gives offer of 100 gm turnip powder. When i go to the authorized dealer i said any discount on this product, they nothing told me. When i raised a concern about offer on this product, they told i dont know and argument with me. When i said i will complaint you, he said go and do whatever you want. So, why we believe on patanjali products if customer is nothing for retailers and showing bad behaviour. I'm writing this against a Bangalore based Officials, It's been over 3 years now after I started my Patanjali Retail Store and till date i haven't received goods properly on time from any distributors and always many of the products are out of stock, recently no distributor in my area.
Also many of the daily needs products are out of stock anywhere in my locality.

Many retailers decided to switch off there business with PATANJALI. Worst responce with your so called "PADADHIKARI".
I knocked all from Zonal officer, south zone prabhari Raghu ji, Femina - Shantilal Jain, Gita ji, Premanad ji, Mohan ji, Local officer Mr. Shankar and Soumaya and State office also but not replying now on whats-app and call.

I tweeted today to maintained Baba Ramdev ji and Acharya ji also to fed up, its getting very difficult to run the store for me now but I am depend on Patanjali due to my belief and faith on Swami ji with Swadeshi and Nationalism with Best Products in Best economical price to people. I want to serve the Nation with my business of the best products.
I hope Patanjali does something for retailers like me. Also I hope that patanjali will guide to their officers to look carefully on any problems of retailers like me.

[protected] this number which i got from google when i searched for patanjali official contact number told me that he is patanjali marketing manager and took all my details and then asked to fill a form and after send the form through the mail id he asked me to deposit 25000 rupee through a fake patanjali website on 29th august 2018. I am one of the heartiest devotees of baba ram dev ji mharaj due to his thoughts on swadeshi apnao /swadesh bahart mission, under his making india influence i too started a retail shop in rishikesh for last 3 years, however its very unfortunate that i and many other shopkeepers are facing day to day hassle in order to get the orders also being humiliated by the distributor and its also immensely uneasy to work with single distributing party in so big area. Retailers are not getting good services as well as good behavior from the distributor. Several times retailers feel uncomfortable due to his monopolist behavior.in this condition if the company deputes two distributors 1 for main city and another for outer city wherein we can get all the products under one roof/place. We trust it will be in a favor of company to boom the business and save its time as well as it would be much more easier and time saver for the retailers also. Many of the retailers are compelled to sell products like toothpaste, soaps, rice, ghee, honey, juice, noodles etc.. Due to poor service of distributor in rishikesh. Maximum retail counters are running by the individual owners and it takes almost one full working day to purchase and place an order to distributor and top of it delivery takes atleast 4 to 5 days which is a huge loss of petty retail shopkeepers like us. As each penny matters. I hope you have found my feedback valuable and will definitely look into the matter with sincerity and will take a solid step forward to redressal our grievances.

I got the patanjali masala oats packet from the patanjali store in which its written 'offer pack not for retail sale' which is supposed to be given as free with the patanjali atta. But they are selling those packets separately.
And when i purchased the atta last week in which its written to get the masala oats for free, when i asked for the packet they said packets are not there in the same store.

I purchased amla murabba before 1 week... I open the box 1st amla is ok... I open next day amla box... I see amla is not good... I check all amla... Ol amla is same... Looking not good all amla... Please solve my problem... Change my amla box... Saare amla kharb h.. Sabme white white se spot h... So i request solve my this problem urgent...

Recently patanjali masala oats were bought from patanjali mega store and the taste has changed. This packet is for 400gms. Its manufactuaring date is march 2018. The taste of masala oats has become very spicy compared to the last packet which we had bought. A different type of pungent smell erupts after cooking. It leading to acidity after eating it.

The agent of Patanjali aurveda ltd has talked me about pashu aahar distributorship and taken security money.he is more demanding money to send goods.it is genuine person or not.i should go further in the business or stop it. Please help me in this regard. Should I entertain the call or not.iam confused about the authenticity of the company how I do now

The issue is kike this, i waited for delivery of order in my above bangalore address. Finally the shipment came in on 14th august and i left on the same day morning for ahmedabad.. When i told courier to send my parcel on my below address - akshay pandey, d -204, sangath silver, near d mart, motera, ahmedabad. He told me that he will do so only after instruction from patanjali. Request you to advise courier company to send me the parcel at my ahmedabad above address. Please respond urgently.

Please note that i have purchased many patanjali products from a nearby retailer few days back including pineapple juice 200ml. On 14th july’18, i gave it to my child for consumption. On smelling, the product was found to be foul smelling. Thereafter we torn the packet to find black leafy substance inside the packet. We admitted our child to hospital for tests and observation for one day.

The negligence on your part has caused me immense loss of money and mental peace, everybody including doctors and staff of hospital who saw this was shocked.

This complaint has already been made by me on email with reference number mc/18/1984 but since your company has not taken any step to address and resolve my grievence and one month has already passed since initial complaint made by me. I am making an extended complaint through this forum.

Meanwhile i would like to remind you that i have suffered 2 types of losses aa) financial losses for diagnosis and treatment of my child at medical facility amounting to rs. 11439 (Medical bill has already been sent to you) bb) loss of time and mental peace as a consequence of this incident.

I applied online by paying 100/- for the credit card.MY Application number is [[protected]B2IN18]. But as per the request I tried to collect my card from nearest patanjali store from my location, but no one have that facility in their store. My location is Parlakhemundi, odisha, 761200. But no store have this credit card facility. Please do the needful as soon as possible. It's a very bad experience from the store when I asked about the card facility. They are not showing interest regarding to facilitate this service.

I used ths product 3 days ago.. Ridiculous smell like aerial or nirma washing powder and aft appled on scalp bunch of hair follicle shed. And my hand felt same as i washed cloth wth detergent... Ridiculous product in the name of aloe vera and milk protein.. Hazardous effect to ur hair.. Please ban this product immediately... Just smell and u know all.. Take action against this...

I sent a mail to [protected]@patanjaliayurved.org mentioning that i have not received the items. I also informed them that the dtdc track was showing the items were delivered to our address. Within an hour, i received the response from them that the items are delivered to us. I registered a complaint in the consumer forum and reverted back to patanjali team and asked for the evidence. After 10 days from that date, they dispatched the items to our house. They sent the same proof afterwards with a changed date (Completely unethical). Ha ha ha
I thank consumer forum team. Had i not complained to the consumer forum, i would not have received the items. Patanjali team showed immatured and irresponsible behaviour.

Have also tried connecting his consumer complaint number however there is no response at all. and on their website under my order section it is showing that my order has completed. how its possible?

I had already made the payment online through my net banking and now struggling to get my product or my money refund to my account.

Extremely worst experience from patanjali team.
