Mera patanjali ka shop ka mere yaha ke distributor mere dukan me patanjali product dene se mana kr rhe hai. Main sirf patanjali ka product hi retail krta hu aur kuch nhi sell krta hu. Dutributor agle 1 month se mere dukan me products nhi de rha hai, aur sab ke dukan me de rhe hai.
Sath hi bolne per gali gloz dene lagte hai
Main bahut paresaan hu. Mera income sirf patanjali product sell krne se hi hota hai. Daily mere dukan se 30 se 35 loog product na milene per wapas chele jate hai

I am using this patanjali honey from last one year and every time i buy the new pack of honey, i see a certain degree of degradation in quality.

I am writing this negative feedback for your product for the very first time because this time the quality become really bad. The honey is very thin and the taste is also not up to the standards.

Please take this feedback in a positive way. And try to maintain the quality of your product as i love them most.

But received items beauty cream, kantilep totally worth rs.218/-

Tried calling the customer care many times. But they are not picking up the calls.
Sent several mails to [protected]@patanjaliayurved.net. But no response.

This is a very bad experience.

unhone jo saman hume diya tha usme kuch saman pehle se hi expire ho chuka tha jab humne uski do din baad shikayat ki to we bole baad me badal denge or kuch saman usme duplicate bhi tha jiski complain costumer karte hein jisme amla murabba daal corn flakes jaisa saman he. or ab we us saman ko badalne se mana kar rahe hein or na hi phone utha rahe hein .please koi help kijiye.

Selling expiry products to consumers and saying that all are purchasing. My father has purchased some items from patanjali stores and he came to home by not seeing the expiry date and then i have seen the date then it was expired 6 months back then i went to the seller from whom my father has purchased the items then the seller said that we sell this type of and consumer also purchase the same.

मैं पतंजलि उत्पाद का उपभोक्ता हूँ . हाल ही में मैंने सौम्या लिक्विड डिटर्जेंट खरीद कर इस्तमाल किया . इसे मैंने सभी तरह के कपडे धोने में इस्तमाल किया . एक चीज ठीक लगा और अन्य चीजों में क्वालिटी उतना ठीक नहीं है जेसा पतंजलि के उत्पाद को हिना चाहिये . ठीक तो ये लगा की घोल में हल्दी डालने से हल्दी लाल नहीं होता है . ये बहूत ही अच्छी बात है. ख़राब ये लगा की ये मैल नहीं काटता है और अत्यधिक झाग बनता है जिसमे पानी का खपत बहूत बढ़ जाता है. अतः अनुरोध है की इस उत्पाद को कम झाग और कम पानी खपत वाला बनाये साथ ही मैल भी पूरा काटे भले ही दाम १० -२० बढ़ जाये . बाजार में लिक्विड डिटर्जेंट भेस्टीज का आता है जो क्वालिटी में बहूत अच्छा है मगर दाम बहूत है जो आम लोग इस्तमाल नहीं कर सकते . धन्यवाद !

Aloeveera gel purchsed this time has irritated my eye when i apply it under my eyes dark circle. The previous patanjali aloeveera tubes i used didnt do so but this tube irritated my eye so bad that it tears.
Plz check for the tube that i have because it is only with this tube that irritation has been felt otherwise the previuos patanjali aloeveera gel has not done any harm to me

I have placed order for. Rs.603 (Anti wrinkle cream, aloevera gel, gulab jal, soundarya face wash, soaps). The amount is deducted from my a/c but i did not get the order confirmation from your side.

The customers use online service to reduce the time. But this kind of service annoys us.

Moreover the customer care service is very difficult to reach and even after contacting them they are not in a position to provide any details.

I purchased Patanjali Swet Mushli form M/s.Jay Durga Distributor, 11-25-50, Main Road, Vinnakotavari Chowk, Near Balaji Sweets, Vijayawada-520001, AP for an amount of Rs.325/- vide their Bill No.GST-Sale-31920 and GST No.37AAGHD2706J1ZE, 0n[protected]. Batch No.ACJ17/004, Mfg.Date:01/17 and Expiry Date 12/17. It is evident that your Distributor is selling the expired product i.e. expired in 12/2017 and sold in 3/2018 which is ultra vires entails criminal action both on seller and manufacturer as well. So I need your clarification/explanation from you in this aspect before complaining to the concern government authorities.
Please expedite your reply. Delay in reply from you constrain me to proceed to the relevant forum and authorities and public media.

I purchased 1 kg. Aavla murabba (Batch no. Adr180005) from patanjali mega store at sector-5, vaishali, ghaziabad on 04.03.2018. It has bad smell and its quality is very poor. Its taste is also not good. I have earlier used amla murabba during last two months but this time it was a very bad experience. Pl look into for the batch/lot mentioned above and take quick and necessary action in this regard.

I am a consumer of patanjali ayurved’s health supplements. Today i have received a photograph on whats app which shows manufacturing of april 2018 on a product of patanjali ayurved (Photograph attached). This seems a wrong trade practise/ having extended products life by wrong methodsfida.
Hence i am requested to check witj m/s patanjali ayurved why they are adopting such kind of practises. These practises adopted by manufactureres are agaist the rights of consumer. They are playing with the health of consumers,

The january 2018 batch of honey does not meet the quality at all. It tastes different, its very diluted, also has some sugar crystal getting formed over the surface. It even tastes like sugar is being added to the mix.

Now i understand that demands are high but they do not have any right to degrade the quality, as it could lead to severe health issues.
Also, fssai should not allow the product if the quality is degraded.

I made a order on a patanjali product for rs 240 and i paid it by net banking. Order no [protected]. I placed the order on 18/3/2018. After 5 days i checked the status there i showed that the order has been completed. How fair is it? I did not get the product but it is showing that your order has been completed. They made no phone calls or nothing to reach me. Looking for your immediate response towards this..

The patanjali tomato ketchup, without onion, garlic, 1kg bottle that we just purchased about 20 days back has a stale and an unpleasant taste that we’ve never experienced. I expect it to be replaced since the ketchup isn’t usable as the taste is atmost pungent and vexatious. We are a regular customer for patanjali ketchups and this is the first time we’ve received an unpleasant and stale ketchup. I visited the nearby patanjali store and the autorities said that i should lodge a complaint on this website and the product shall be replaced. Kindly take note of it.

I want to confirm that solvicor health & info solution pvt. Limited is appointed by patanjali to hire candidate for post of store keeper. One of their offices is in nirman vihar near om hotel and another is in shahdara. They take 1800 charges for dress and appointment letter. They say that they would provide training for management of store. Their contact details are:

If they are not appointed by patajali authorities to hire store keepers then i request the concerned authority to take stringent action against such agents who swindle the young boys/girls on pertext of appointing in patanjali mega stores.

Your tomato ketchup smells more of a chemical formulation than a regular tomato sauce. Kindly see that the upcoming batches of the ketchup smells good and the stabilizers and preservatives are added in limited amounts. Your product does not reflect the claim which is given in the description behind the bottle. " creates a good experience that you can enjoy ..."

I bought 1 ltr of patanjali cows ghee, but it was of different packing. It was in tetra packing earlier different shiny pack was there. It also doesn't have hologram. What is the issue with the packing. Has the packing changed. If yes then from which date. Also how will we come to know that product is genuine without hologram. As a consumer it's so confusing. We have been using patanjali products since long time. Kindly revert on urgent basis.

Bought a new jar of patanjali gulkand and as soon as i opened the new seal i found it was smelling odd. How can a simple gulkand be preserved for 4 years. Dissapointed with the purchase. Also bought it from local d-mart store. Food there is always bought in huge stock and often even the expired food products are left on the shelf where consumers just pick the item off from the shelf in a rush and later face health consequences. All in all an extreme waste of money.

I bought amla murabba from a local distributer (Located in new ashoknagar delhi) i have got really bad rotten product. Please do something about this matter and replace my product. Because seller said to me i am not able to help you out until company did not take this back. If you guys really care about your loyal customers then do me a favor please replace that product on urgent basis. That process will not take much efforts of your because your sales executive visiting on regular basis distributors in new ashoknagar. I have sent a lot of mail on patanjali support and tweets and facebook messages and feedback but they are not ready to replace my product. Since last 20 days i am just visiting that seller and dropping a lot mail but still i did not get any solution about this.
