Aloe vera kanti soap
We were using aloe vera kanti soap earlier. Recently purchased a pack of 3 soaps net weight 450 gms (3x150) and all are having problem. Soap contains external powdery substance which rubs on skin..

Chyawanprash contained 'kankad' (Powdery stone) substance.

Next container we bought had the same problem.

We sincerely thanks you for communicating us, your concern about foreign matter issue i. E. Powdery stone in chyawanprash is acknowledged with reference number mc/18/1228 & same is being forwarded to the respective qa / production department for further evaluation / investigation on priority as we can understand the severity of it. We are going to review our process / packaging details of same thoroughly to find out the reason for deviation if any. We will revert you once the investigation complete.

Chawanprash
Chyawanprash containing 'kankad' (Powdery stone) substance is very dangerous to our teeth. We are sr. Ctzs and can damage our teeth and its fillings..
Aloe vera kanti soap
These particles in soap do not disappear and are very abrasive on the skin. We do not want to use the balance soaps in your pack.
We want to return both the products and will not buy patanjali products.

It is nearing a month and no body has bothered to verify, check defective products and redress the complaint. I am now constrained to refer the matter to indian consumer complaints forum by registering the complaints in their complaint registration form.

Updated by jehangirsmody Further to my Complaint[ID: 1958421] of May16, Mr.Ankit of Patanjali phoned me and informed that defective products will be verified and replacements will be made.
Two days later, Mr Ajay (Patanjali) visited, took photographs and said he was not carrying replacements but will come next day with replacements between 12 noon and 4 pm.
It is 30 th May today and no action is taken in spite of taking up the matter with Indian Consumers Complaints Forum.
I have wasted lot of time, money and suffered agony dealing with Patanjali.

Further to my Update to Consumer Complaints Forum of India on 30/5/18,
I received a phone call on 30/5 from Patanjali ([protected]) and the person (Shukla?) again promised to visit my residence with replacements on 31/5 today between 12 noon and 1 pm. I told him that although I have work out side, I shall stay and wait for him. It is 3.45 pm and he has not turned up nor phoned me.
I am now again posting the Status on Consumer Complaints Forum.
Disgusted with Patanjali products and Service to customers.

It is 2 months and 10 days since I complained regarding defective aloe vera kanti soaps and chyawanprash containers to Patanjali by email on 18/4/18.
I lodged my complaint to your Forum on May 16, 2018 [ID: 1958421]and gave Status Updates on May 30, 2018, May 31, 2018 and Jun 07, 2018
Complaint Status [ID: 1958421] till date remains the same. NO action has been taken by Patanjali to resolve the issue.
I am a very disappointed senior citizen customer.
