I have purchased product online through credit card from your website https://www.patanjaliayurved.net/ on sunday 20th may but till now i have not recd my order today at 11.30 am recd sms amd mail comfirmation from your patanjali website tat i will recd my courrier shothly but 7 hrs have gone by i have not recd my product i call your cutomer care team but no one is pickup the call very very poor service of patanjali. My order no is [protected] and my courrier no is awb#[protected] and it is dispatched through dtdc courier. Please rely me immediately or otherwise give me refund back of rs 230. My courrier is in goregoan dotzot so i am not getting my courrier i am staying my malad i called your customer care number but your service is very very very poor and i not to able to recd courrier from goregoan to malad if tame so much time than i need to cancel my order. Please revert back eary otherwise i will cancel my order and you refund my money back.

Visakhapatnam is the hq of eastern naval fleet. Largest city in ap. 10 years ago patanjali trust started its outlet of its own at dabagardens. Now the number of outlets are increased but the product the customer getting is very old one. There is a difference between new and old. The customer won't purchase one soap, he will purchase more because expiry time is available. Now a days soaps of sept.2017 stock we are getting at mvp colony outlets. No stock - dantakanthi (Medicated). When enquired, it has been communicated that there is no distributor for vizag city. I am customer since 2008 and feeling in convenient at this juncture, where our hon'ble pm taking towards digital india. This sort of service is not healthy to an organisation. Please look into and see that vizag city requires minimum 3- distributors take steps in this regard urgently. Respecting customer is an healthy environment. Thanking you. Jai bharat.

I wanted to buy guava jam from patanjali naranpura and all bottle was expired, i mean since patanjali stands for health, how come this happen. And afterwards, i went down to pay bill and i told the admin guy about it who takes bill and he said, staff of above part is different. I was like, they don't wanna take responsibility. Instead saying sorry, he was showing and attitude saying staff is different. Pls improve or do something @babaramdev

Chyawanprash containing 'kankad' (Powdery stone) substance is very dangerous to our teeth. We are sr. Ctzs and can damage our teeth and its fillings..
Aloe vera kanti soap
These particles in soap do not disappear and are very abrasive on the skin. We do not want to use the balance soaps in your pack.
We want to return both the products and will not buy patanjali products.

I am a shopkeeper. I bought a bag of 250gm surf containing 100pcs. But the product inside was totally damaged. 69 packets were torn. I complained this to the distributor from whom i bought, but he said he couldn't do anything. He said there is no return policy in patanjali.
So if there is no damage claim in patanjali then why should a shop sell its product.

Sir, im retailer by name manjunath patanjali in mallikarjun nagar malkajgiri hyderabad, sir i have opened the shop & sell ur food & cosmetics products for past 8 months but till now no food distributor has turned up. For purchasing food products i have travel a distance 12 to 15 kms. By getting the products & selling i loose not only my time but also the transport allowance.

Dear sir,

We have been appointed as a distributor of home care division of patanjali ayurveda in january but your asm mr. Ashok and tso mr. Tarachand swami without our concerned or knowledge change the distributor after billing us as our schemes are pending against company and our stock which needs to be transferred is not transferred and asm uses abusive language whenever we talk. Please sort out this matter as soon as possible.

I bought the above product of 500 gram through amazon in october 2017 and batch number is kap130917b manufacturing date is 13th september 2017 cost rs205 though it is mentioned best use within 9 month by march 2018 the granules have become solidified and even found it difficult to break them using knife for usage. Nearly half the portion has become solidified and find it difficult to use before june 2018. I am really sad that i bought this product and hope u will replace it with one that lasts for 9 months from manufacturing date

This complaint is in regard to the patanjali chyavanprash sold to me by a reliance fresh outlet in nacharam. The product was bought two weeks ago and opened recently. I found the taste of the product was burnt and clearly did not match with the taste of all the chyavanprash bottles that i have bought previously. I am sending you email to avail of my rights as a consumer granted to me by the consumer protection act operative in india. I request you to kindly look into this matter and provide me with a remedy at the earliest.

After using small bottle of saundarya kanti i trusted that it will be a good product and therefore i bought big bottle of saundarya kanti and the when i opened it smells awful and there is a separate brown deposit on the top. This is an expensive cream of 1000 rupees and do not expect such a bad product from patanjali. I'm extremely disappointed and want a full refund of the amount,

This is gajendra prabhudas chawle from yavatmal maharashtra, i want to submit my feedback on using power vita. My daughter ku. Vedanti using power vita since last 2 year. As you told power vita is complete nutritious and composite food but she is facing problem of vitamin and nutrition deficiency.

We observed symptom like white spot on his face and hand. On this we contact with doctors and they diagnosis and suggest us this is vitamin and nutrition deficiency.

My question is that why it happen if she use power vita of ptanjali product.

It has been very disheartening that the aloe vera juice purchased from ptanajali store has been found very bad in quality means it became sour even before the expiry date.
I confirm that the product purchased was in the month of april and the date of manufacturing was march 2018.
I could use it only thrice and when i notice for the first time i thought that how it can be so. I tried second and third time i found it bad in nature probably it might have fermented and have become sour in taste.
I approached a patanjali store from whom i purchased, they wasted time from here and there and did not entertain refund/ replacement and asked me to write to you. Some of the store people found it bad. I talked to mr. Ketan (Owner of the store) who refused replacement and directed me to write to you.
Now, i hope you will take care of your loyal customer and will not compel him to go for ant legal option.

I recently bought 1 kg Patanjali tomato ketchup ( batch no. A-QT1800012) mfg date: 1/18. On eating the ketchup, I found that ketchup has a strong/strange smell ( its seems to be some sort of preservative ) the ketchup tastes very unpleasant and cannot be eaten. This is the first time I bought Patanjali brand ketchup and am really disappointed by their poor quality and bad taste. The ketchup is completely Inedible! Request this complaint be looked into.

Batch no acn00349 jaggery like substance found mixed at bottom of the container. I am regularly using patanjali products and this is 3rd time i received jaggery mixed honey.in future i will not purchase this product if action not taken by patanjali. Patanjali should take care while outsourcing the products. This is cheating with customers belief on patanjali products.

I have a shop naming varadraj shopee situated in pune shaniwar peth, ramman bagh chowk area. We are selling patanjali products since last 3 years. All the products which we ordered was supplied from a distributor based in pune marketyard area naming lunkad corporation. Lunkad corporation forced us to purchase the products in large quantity and if not they will not supply the products so, we order the products as per their conditions. But we have some quantity of products which have been expired approximately rs.20000/- (Rupees twenty thousand). We have informed lunkad corporation and the patanjali’s marketing executive mr. Bhimlesh, mr. Chobe, mr. Sidheswer but in spite of informing them again and again nobody has responded regarding the issue since last 1 year. We have been taking their follow up since last 1 year but still there is no resolution of our issues. Due to all this circumstances we have faced losses and disheartened due to the service of patanjali.
I kindly request you to solve this issue as early as possible. Please revert regarding the same. Waiting for your positive reply on this issue.

No doubt he is a very good doctor but the way he talks its ridiculous. Even he never get polite with patients also tells very rudely what asked to him.
Please we believe in patanjali and its products and we prefer only ayurvedic patanjali treatmnt for our family.
I went with my mother she is suffering from pain, but when she was asking to him he is talking so badly

Mera patanjali ka shop ka mere yaha ke distributor mere dukan me patanjali product dene se mana kr rhe hai. Main sirf patanjali ka product hi retail krta hu aur kuch nhi sell krta hu. Dutributor agle 1 month se mere dukan me products nhi de rha hai, aur sab ke dukan me de rhe hai.
Sath hi bolne per gali gloz dene lagte hai
Main bahut paresaan hu. Mera income sirf patanjali product sell krne se hi hota hai. Daily mere dukan se 30 se 35 loog product na milene per wapas chele jate hai
