The masala pouch of aata noodles of patanjali emits a strong pungent smell. When mixed with noodles, the noodles too emitted a very unpleasant smell. I did vomit after having the noodles. The masala have a very bad odour which makes the whole noodles give a very bad taste as well.
Do solve the issue. It was my first time trying the patangali noodles and it was a very bad experience.

I am a small retailer of patanjali fmcg products in varanasi.
There is a distributor (Rishi enterprise), who told us that the expired products will be taken back. So we took a large number of quantity. Few of the products expired, and now they are not taking back expired and damaged products.
We have opened the shop for seva, but these distributors are not giving any scheme of patanjali, which is available in other regions, also, these people are very rude. Please let me know if there is a company policy to return back the expired products or not. If there is such policy, then please help me with these products

I bought products from tardeo out let in mumbai (Next to fish point) where, when i asked for a small carry bag, the staff stared searching here & there & after emptying some of your goods a bag was given. Sir the company which we trust tremendously, is unable to provide carry bags, it's a very surprising matter if required you can give the bags on chargeable basis & also tell the customers to bring their own bags if they are not willing to pay. Sir i'v very high regards about our product's & trying slowly to switch over to your all the necessary products. Please look into the matter. Regards!

Please provide and manufacture whey protein in india because other whey which are currently present in the market are 70%fake and duplicate and other which are genuine are so expensive that we can't afford it so please it's a humble request to you don't ignore it we have so many cows and cattles for milk and dairy products if we start producing whey protein in india then it will be so cheaper and better then other foreign brands and if you will make then there is no doubt for us that the product is 100% genuine and high quality please don't ignore this you are our last hope please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please i'm bagging you.

I am using all patanjali products since 1 year and i have trusted it all the time but when i bought aloe vera juice from vishal megamart i have got really bad rotten product. I usually buy from official patanjali store and everything is fine but outsiders do something to products. I always see date of manufacturing plz see to this problem vishal megamart patna...

Dear sales manager,
My name is dr. Neelabh and my facebook account is by name of "neelabhh verma". I have posted the maltreatment meted to me by your brand ambassador, owner of vinayak patanjali shop, situated at east patel nagar, new delhi. The incident occured at 8.30 pm on 03.03.18. You can read the full incident on facebook which is being shared by many of many patients and friends on their wall across the world.
I bought the toothpaste "dantkanti" from the abovementioned shop. When i opened it at home, i found it to be damaged, a manufacturing defect. You can see the photos on fb. When i went to the shop, the owner of the shop told me roughly that patanjali doesn't have replacement policy. On enquiring why not and what should i do, he again beligerantly told me to complain at customer care. I said that "o. K. I'll do that." and i started taking photographs for sending it to you people, he suddenly rushed out of the shop, caught hold of my collar and started pushing me. He caught hold of my mobile and threw it on the ground, challenging me to do whatever i want to do. I was shocked at this sudden aggression, manhandling and belligerence. I called the police. But as some of my patients intervened in between, i told them not to come.
Now i have a few questions of which i want the answer:
1. Why is the company not having any replacement policy, when there is a manufacturing defect.?

3. Why don't you people screen the persons wanting to take the franchise of patanjali? Afterall shopkeepers are your brand ambassadors and their behaviour with customers will affect the sale of your products.
As for me, i had shifted to use patanjali products, after listening to baba ramdev, that profit of the company is being used for the upliftment of the villages.

Sir/madam i have a patanjali store in dibrugarh assam. Some products got expired in my store.. How can i replace these?? Please suggest.. Sir/madam i tried to return to the nearby distributors but they don't take and says from company somebody will come and bring back.. But no company person come to my store and the fact is that if they don't know about this why they will come to me

I brought a patanjali ghee from near patnipura patanjai shop indore (M. P.).
For satisfaction purpose i tried to scan the qr code for tracking the product details. But the qr code was fake and i can not scan the qr code. The ghee was not that quality which i bought earlier. It cantain a small small partical. I think some organization a making the patanjali fake product and selling in the market

I purchased shadbindu tail and aala juice. From hari om enterprises, kachghar chowk, nigdi, pune. I purchased shadbindu tail just some day before he has given me receipt of other products but not this. He told not computerized this item. This tail is not strong as original. It's packing is not the same as original. Oil's. Colour is also different. I am sending photos of it. Before some day i had purchased avala juice. After using some days it got fermented. When liquid was 70 % left. One morning i shaked the bottle then it starts foam coming out very vastly. It was more than soft drinks. Please do something it's my second experience so i made complain.

Accoutants not answering to customers in a well behaved manner. Arguing with customers like we are working from morning to night, we dont even sit, are all been such from them. Telling us if you work you will understand. They must treat us in a well behaved manner. If other stores provide better service we will go there rather than coming to patanjali. We want patanjali to be the best ranther than all other brands. This incident occurred when i was standing in a queue when they were arguing with a senior citizen. This incident took place on 18th feb between 6:30 to 7:00.

The quality of this cream is not gud i want it to be exchange it as soon as possible because the quality is really very bad this time. As i have used it on my regular basis and i really like. But this the third time i had purchased this particular cream and now the quality becomes so bad and hard and after using it my skin becomes so bad, hard and black. This is really very bad quality i had find this time and i just want to you to exchange it as soon as possible and give me the new cream of the same name and of good quality.

Sir mai ek expired product replace karne gaya tha to distributor ne kaha ke hum to expired maal bhi bech dete hain. Aapka to kuch dino main expire hua hai mera koi kuch nahi bigaad sakta kya bechna hain aur kaise bechna hain vo hamara personal matter hain.

I got hair in patanjali atta noodles... I just bought them yesterday from store... First i thought that it was not in packet of noodles but i was all stuck inside the noodles... Plz make sure that now it's time u don't trust patanjali blindly as now they've made their base in market and don't care about hygeine and packing of their products... And now i feel that not every product of patanjali is pure...
Plz look into the matter...

I bought two packets of 2kg patanjali detergent powder with herbs from amazon.in (Sold by cloudtail india private limited) on 15 oct 2017 out of which is 1 packet is a completely fake product. Detergent is the powered substance which doesn't match to the standard of patanjali.

Please look into this matter else i will lose my trust on patanjali and you will lose your loyal customer.

Yesterday (14/02/2018) evening i by mistake picked up powervita milk malt instead of powervita chocolate. Upon understanding the same, i went to the shop today (15/02/2018) morning at 11:00 in the morning. But the shop keeper refused to exchange. The pack is also sealed as it is.

द्वारा इस नुकसान की भरपाई करवा दूंगा पर अभी तक इसका सलूशन नहीं हुआ है

लेकिन उन्होंने बाद में बोल दिया कि या पॉलिसी बाबा जी ने अभी लांच नहीं
की सर मार्केट से उठाने के बाद उन्होंने मना कर दिया अब मार्केट में जो
डैमेज मैंने उठाया था उसका अमाउंट मुझे उन व्यापारियों को देना पड़ा |
जो डैमेज एक्सपायरी मुझे कंपनी ने दिया नहीं मैंने वह अपने व्यापारियों
को दिया एक्सपायरी डैमेज उठाने के चलते मेरी बढ़ रही थी और यह जब बात
मेरे व्यापारियों को पता लगी तो उन्होंने माल मंगाना कम कर दिया वह कहते
हैं कि आपकी कंपनी में जब यह पॉलिसी है ही नहीं तो हम आपका माल ज्यादा
क्यों भेजें जितना बिकेगा उससे थोड़ा कम ही मनाएंगे सर मैं कंपनी का काम
नहीं कर पाऊंगा जहां पर मुझे प्रॉफिट के बदले नुकसान सहना पड़े ऐसा काम
करने से क्या फायदा है|

I am regular customer of various product of Patanjali. But very sorry to say that AJWAIN PACHAK is not available from more than 4 months. No one saying reason behind. Please supply me atleast 4 PC's of 100 GM's pack online and supply regular in local market. Otherwise this trend will adversely effect on your marketing of other products. Thanking you in anticipation.

Delivery system of patanjali ayurved is not comfortable because i ordered some products through online it takes almost 15 days to reach raipur (C. G.), which is not good for any consmer. My suggestion for your company is to deliver the order with in 3-5 days as like other delivery systems of amazon, flipkart, etc,. Your delivery system is very bad because you take and dispatch the order directly from haridwar which takes much time to reach its destination. You should create an all india network for which you already have many centers in every districts. You can use them to make flexible delivery system. If delivery will be done within 3-5 days, it will make good impact on your customers which will enhance your orders as well.

I bought a kg of chana dal .I found it was mixed with matar (which is cheaper than chana Dal) . It was mixed in large amount I think it was approx 300g per kg
