Few days back( invoice atteched below) i bought a Patanjali Amla khatti meethi chutney from M/s SSG India Enterprise, Ghitorni, New Delhi.
But, when i opened the jar, a thick black colored tar like appearance was found out all around the mouth of the jar. So, i decided to immediately return the product.
But, the dealer instead of resolving my issue asked me to use the same product as he is helpless & talked to me in extremely rude manner. But, once I persuaded him that this is my right to get the correct product, he finally agreed and asked me to come after two days. It has almost been a week, & three times I've visited the dealer, everytime its the same response, that the product has not yet arrived & it will arrive in another two days.
Now i am just fed of this issue, and i finally decided to write to patanjali. I have just one question, was it my fault if the product was not found out to be confirming with the standards.
Hope my issue gets resolved.
At last I've one advice for patanjali, to please train their dealer about how to behave with customers as without customer i don't think any Enterprise can stand tall.
And yes Along with this, i am going to file a written complaint in the consumer forum for quick redressal of my grievance.
