Ghee that was given despite the avaliability of other ghee in market but now chunks of dalda can be found in the ghee these chunks does not even melt when the ghee is heated, if i was to eat dalda i would directly by dalda why buy th patanjali ghee which in now noting but dalda
Please resolve the issue as soon as possible

Mere pati aur sasur ji apke products ke andh bhakat hai, last week unhone sector 26 noida ki pitanjali shop se kathal ka achchar liya. Duphar aur fir raat ke bhojan main dono ne yeh aachar khaya aur subha uthte hi dono ka galla puri tarhan se band ho gaya. Doctor ne jab poocha ki kuch khatta tou ni khaya, tab humain realise hua ki yeh chamatkar baba ke aachar ka hai, jab main shop pe achchar le ke gai toh jaisa maine socha tha dukaandar ne achchar wapis lene se saaf manna kar diya.

Processed food goods come from us on behalf of shri yogiraj distributor, but after 25/09/17 there was no merchandise delvers here yet. Because of which customers are worried. It was effected at your product please pay attention to this.
If possible pls suggest any other distributer

We found something weird in patanjali cows ghee. It is not clear what is it but it should not be there for sure. We usually heat the ghee before preserve it in separate glass container. My wife poured it in steel pot after opening the sealed pack of half liter patanjali ghee and kept on gas stove for heating, as it was melting and getting clear she spotted many weird lumps of dark color in different shapes. She always does this and never saw it before. We are regular consumer of patanjali product's but we are shocked with this incident and lose trust on patanjali products. I am not sure whom to approach to get this investigated, also i do not want to defame or spoil it's name because i support its mission and vision. All i want to get this investigated and catch the culprit.

I have also preserved few boxes from the same lot to see if they are also contaminated.

Dear patanjali in ur product whole wheat atta mfg date 22 september 2017 purchesed from vijetha super market miyapur hyderabad from the month december i was found in the packet some insect i have to redust whole packet more than 1 kg of product destroyed in this about more quantity of insects found. At patna, we have tried to contact mr. Ajit from yesterday evening but didn't pickup the phone. Today my whole family along with mentally disturbed son waited from 11 o'clock upto 17.00 hr. But no response given by mr. Ajit nighthere or phone nor on massage. We travelled 257 km only to meet him as he is the only person in the centre who is having knowledge of aquepressure. This is the fifth time and forced to write. Please look into the matter. Regards

I recently purchased patanjali product from a local retailer and i was very upset to find that it did not test as expected. "patanjali pachak" product is spoiled due to humidity.
I would simply return this item to the store, but i was told that this is not an option, since the item had already been used. Well, of course, the item had already been used, as there would be no other way for me to learn that it was defective!
I do not believe that i am asking for much in return for my time and effort, as all i want is my money back or to have this product replaced with one that good quality. I will gladly return the defective item to you, should you send a postage-prepaid box to my house.

I do not feel that i am being unreasonable with my request.

Sir, i m regular customer of patanjali products. This time when i purchased items on 03 dec 2018 the seller didn't pass the gst profit to customer although he charged the gst at current rate but mrp is same as earlier to 28 % specially on cosmetic products. It means your company is not serious about gst benefits. This is injustice with a customer who have full faith in your marketing policies and products. Please pass the gst benefits either increasing quantity or mrp. Thanks.

Why the retailer is taking printed mrp for all products? For eg. Rice bran oil which mrp printed is 115/- has been charged the same while other pavizham brand is printed 120/- for that market is charging only 84/- by retailers... Otherwise customers like me will never step into patanjali stores again. Please look into this matter seriously and get back soon.

I am regular customer of many product of pantajali i am very sure that in sweet biscuits that sugar added in biscuits is excessive quantity and therefore it is harmful for health so check the sugar in sweet biscuits cream biscuits to avoid side effects of excessive sugar also chavanprash is too sweet take the test of chavanprash add only natural sugar in it to get healthy benefits i hope you will take cognizance of my complaint to maintain your reputation thanks

I am writing this email not as a complaint but as a suggestion.

Recently patanjali has changed its packaging. I am not sure if content are also changed but i have observed that the results which i was getting with previous face wash are not coming with current face wash.

I suggest please use the same formulation as previous one.

I by religion dont eat onion garlic. Usually any tomato ketchup highlights "onion and garlic" on front label of the bottle only when its is without onion garlic.
But unfortunately in patanjali's case its unnecessary highlighted even when its present (Although its written with onion garlic).. "with" in small green color and onion and garlic in big font.
As a result of this bad design, the storekeeper ended giving me sauce with onion garlic..
And i noticed only when the ketchup was consumed..
I am never going to buy ur ketchup in future ever.

I had purchased patanjali aloevera juice with fibers from its online store only.in the bottle i can see fly inside the bottle. How can such careless thing happen in such big plant with not quality check & qc.

Bottle is still seal pack with me. See the image of it. I call them but they are not responding me well. They are telling to mail the details on there mail id. I did that also but they have n0t solve my complain.

We have bought a 10kg pack of patanjali gehu ka atta from easy day shop in rohtak (Hr), but while eating a chapati then found sand in chapati. So we face very difficult to eat the roti. So revert as soon as possible. I have already complained by phone but no any solutions from there. Last time also found these type of problem in atta but i ignore so plz this problem i face again and again. So rever or contact as soon as possible.

I regularly purchase Patanjali Whole Wheat Atta 10 Kg pack & Cow Ghee 1 Ltr. pack from our nearest Patanjali store at Malakpet near Reliance Digital Store. Two weeks ago I purchased Patanjali Whole Wheat Atta 10 Kg pack by paying Rs. 345/- as the price is printed on the sack & date of packing was[protected]. I was purchasing the sane at Rs. 310/- previously, simultaneously I got suspicion that suddenly the price hike of Rs. 35/- is not fair. After a week I did enquiry of Patanjali Whole Wheat Atta 10 Kg pack at two different Patanjali stores which were having date of packing[protected] & realised that still the price is Rs. 310/- . I also enquired about Cow Ghee 1 Ltr. pack and the price is Rs. 560/-. Whereas I purchased twice the same by paying Rs. 640 since last two months from our nearest Patanjali store at Malakpet near Reliance Digital Store as the price is printed on the pack. I have strong apprehension in my mind that the above said store owner is cheating customers. Please take appropriate action & make me inform about the action taken.

Few days back( invoice atteched below) i bought a Patanjali Amla khatti meethi chutney from M/s SSG India Enterprise, Ghitorni, New Delhi.
But, when i opened the jar, a thick black colored tar like appearance was found out all around the mouth of the jar. So, i decided to immediately return the product.
But, the dealer instead of resolving my issue asked me to use the same product as he is helpless & talked to me in extremely rude manner. But, once I persuaded him that this is my right to get the correct product, he finally agreed and asked me to come after two days. It has almost been a week, & three times I've visited the dealer, everytime its the same response, that the product has not yet arrived & it will arrive in another two days.
Now i am just fed of this issue, and i finally decided to write to patanjali. I have just one question, was it my fault if the product was not found out to be confirming with the standards.

Hope my issue gets resolved.

At last I've one advice for patanjali, to please train their dealer about how to behave with customers as without customer i don't think any Enterprise can stand tall.

And yes Along with this, i am going to file a written complaint in the consumer forum for quick redressal of my grievance.
