This complaint pertains to patanjali store at lok vruksha at thane west.
Firstly system refused yo accept sodexho card. Then a debit card was presented. While a debit immediately showed on my account, the cashier continued to swipe the card again instead of conducting any investigation. Another debit happened without any receipt from the store. This transaction, however, showed in the consolidate summary. Still, when i wanted to leave with my goods with an understanding that the resolution would be done the next day, i was not even allowed to take the billed products!!! This after double deduction?!!!

I want to complaint against patanjali naryal Buiscuit, While Eating I Got Stone Inside, On Wrapper They had writen 0% Maida, Transfat & Cholestrol…and Easy to Digest, , , How it is Easy to digest with Stone…I Have Proof Against It I have CCTV Footage As well as Photograph Of the same.

I was using patanjali 1 litre sarso oil and it was okay but this time i have taken 5 litre bottle but that is not pure because it provide smoke on heating.

Belgaum distributor p & n enterprises is not accepting our orders. his sales man are very irresponsibli. Distributor behaving like he is only the owner of patanjali. Because of his negligence am loosing my customer.
Request you kindly take action

    I am a retailer i was purchasing stock from a distributor but in goa every year distributors are changing twice a year i had brought food stuff from patanjali distributors for selling as i am a retailer n it got expired so nw the distributor has change n they r saying v can’t do anything as u brought stuff from the old supplier cuz of this my money has been blocked plz give me sum solution on this

      I bougt patanjali honey in summer. However in winter it has solidified and crystallised like ghee. Then i had to buy honey of dabur which remains liquid even in winter.

      I believe there is something wrong with patanjali honey. Either it has some sugar or other similar content or not purified properly for day to today consumption particularly in winter. It is also possible that is has very short shelf life compared to dabur and other brands of honey.

      Since honey is used even for babies and children it is very important you to peroform a lab test and take appropriate action.

        Hello sir,

        I am regular customer of patanjali ayurveda. I live in goregaon west mumbai. I want to share my problem which is in our nearest patanjali store don't have cashless facilities. Neither paytm nor card... I told them regarding this issue many times. But they says "aap complaint kar do, we accept cash only"

        Please provide cashless facilities so i can continue buy patanjali product in goregaon too.

          I bought a 500gm pack of special chyawanprash with kesar from exclusive show room of patanjali located at phase x, mohali (Punjab) around 15 days before. Batch no. Of the product is ada1700135, mfg date dec 2017 and expiry date nov 2020, price rs.130/-. The taste and texure of the content is very poor as compare to the contents of one kg pack of the same item of patanjali. I showed the same to the shopkeeper who directed me to contact on customer care. The complaint was made on customer care no on 21.01.2018 but no complaint no was given to me.
          I request to return the product and refund the amount or change with one kg pack with additional payment.

            Plastic substance found in pachak anardhana goli and it is not of pomegranate internal skin of seeds which could break down easily if it was so, plastic substance found in this goli could lead to cancerous tumors, i did not chew goli as whole i was tasting and swirling in the mouth to get flavors slowly ooze out from goli.in midst of doing it found an after taste of plastic in the mouth.

              7/12/2017 i purchased a chayawanprash with saffron of rs 250 through debate card swep, but instead of rs 250 they withdraw rs 4313. They didn't provide any bill at that time as the dealer told the billing machine not working. After few day i come to know & asked the extra amount deduction. Early they didn't accept but after conforming from bank they accept. Now they are not refunding the money. Day by day delaying...& now the dealer telling i will not giving you back the money do the hell you want. Sir please help me out

                A omniscient consumer of patanjali products, a regular user of patanjali ghee but recently I've purchased 1kg ghee from patanjali store from RT street, Bengaluru.
                While usage of ghee we got doubt about quality, bcoz it was not pure ghee .it was adulterated with 40% of Vanaspati ie Dalda.
                Guru Ram babaji should concentrate over the quality check otherwise people lose hope on Patanjali.

                Pachak Hing Goli was purchased for which MRP is Rs.55 as mentioned at the bottom of the pack, where as the vendor charged Rs.5.90 as GST over Rs.55. GST on other products also are being collected which is not in line. Kindly look into the matter.

                  Bhubaneswar patanjal mega store — patanjali mega store bill no, ca56824 dtd 15/01/18, time 11.00am: —
                  I asked the sales girl to give me patanjali diya peya and arjun kwath.
                  She gave me these products and i paid the bill amount of rs, 85 only to her.

                  Just after coming out i released that she has mistakenly given diya herbal peya instead of divya peya. So within just 5 minutes time i went to her and told her on the matter.
                  A male salesman at the counter behaved rudely with me being a senior citizen and told me to to take any product worth the money and refused to return the amount paid. I had no alternative but to take the right product ie, divya peya and a packet of biscuit within the price paid.

                  I am sorry if such rude behavior is shown to an old 65 years old senior citizen like me, it would be better for me to avoid visiting patanjali store for ever.

                  Patanjali peedantak is a good pain relifer but it not smells so good.So kindly resolve that and make it smell nice.All customers must use this because its very useful for any type of muscular or joint pains.

                    Hello sir,

                    I am a small retailer of patanjali fmcg products in bangalore.
                    There is a distributor (Vishwas enterprise/kushal enterprise), who told us that the expired products will be taken back. So we took a large number of quantity. Few of the products expired, and now they are not taking back expired and damaged products.

                    We have opened the shop for seva, but these distributors are not giving any scheme of patanjali, which is available in other regions, also, these people are very rude. Please let me know if there is a company policy to return back the expired products or not. If there is such policy, then please help me with these products

                      I had purchased a 200 gms jar of "edible coconut oil" from the patanjali mega store. The mfg date was 30/03/2017 and it was best before 15 months. But after some time, it became rancid. I had informed the company's customer care division on 14/12/2017 and also sent various reminders. All they do is say that their team is working hard to resolve the problem.

                        I bought patanjali aloevera cream yesterday but cream is damaged... And cream manufacure date is - april2017 the cream box can be written best before 24 monts to mfg date...                           I had bought a pack of 1litre patanjali ghee from heritage supermarket. Upon opening it, i can neither smell, nor when u put in the food.. It does not give any taste nor ghee smell. It just looks like dalda mixed with little quantity of ghee.
                          I think the food and beverage department should look into these type of cheap foods stuffs, which can harm our health and for looting the people's money.
                          Strict punishment to be given to such industries, who serve fake and adulterated food products.

                          Mustard oil sold by Patanji is not pure.
                          Look like Chemical used to smell same as mustard oil.
                          After cooking in patanji mustered oil, it's difficult to eat the food.
                          We have no choice but to throw cooked food in dustbin.

                            Sir before few day i bought a 250gm jar of honey, product of patanjali. After 7-10 days i saw that on the bottom of jar some hard elements like super are being produce. Firstly i post this photos on facebook then im going to complaint you so plz sir take action against this impurity in food.

                              I am using no. Of product of your brand unfortunately it had happened a lot of time with that product continuously. You should know about it's quality. Please look into matter. It's main ingredient is sugar not a honey

                                I had ordered for the 3 packets of ghee, 3 packet of dantkanti and 4 bottles of keshkanti. Unfortunately i received only 1 packet of ghee and 1 packet of dantkanti. The cash was paid at the post office and my father collected it. It is really sad to note such a behavior from patanjali. I live abroad and had ordered this from there and my parents collected it from the post office. They trusted patanjali and didn’t check the contents of the cardboard box, as i have ordered from patanjali earlier as well and have received the items as per my order. I reached home yesterday and opened the packet and realized this discrepancy. Kindly advice what is your policy on this type of discrepancy. Hope you will have some policies to keep up my trust with patanjali and order in future also.

                                I have purchases patanjali ghee of 1 kg on 27 Dec 17 . And open it on 31 Dec 17. But the ghee was not of quality. In winter season it is supposed be in semi solid state, but it is in liquid state. It smells is like dalda (vanaspati). It has balls of semi solid like in dalda have. And it is tasteless. Its batch no is AJQ1701394 of Sep 17 packing.

                                  I purchased honey sometime back from patanjali store but now the honey is completely freezed. It is solid completely.
                                  Please see the attached photo. Pure honey should not behave like this. This is cheating. I lost trust. It's not melting at all. There are just weird lumps. Don't know what it is but definitely not honey. Such things can be hazardous for health.

                                    Patanjali ayurved generates adds with highlight on wellness they bring to one persons life with there products.

                                    A box of treated amla bought from a patanjali store, in delhi.
                                    Has given us live fungus and insects breading as it was opened.

                                    The company has no rite to play with the lives of consumers, when they cannot regulate there manufacturing practices.

                                    Terrified, worst experience.

                                    In the name of swadeshi, the consumers are getting only swadeshi fungus.
                                    Strict action should be taken against.

                                      The quality of the ghee hai degraded drastically, patanjali was prefered just because of the purity of the t
                                      Ghee that was given despite the avaliability of other ghee in market but now chunks of dalda can be found in the ghee these chunks does not even melt when the ghee is heated, if i was to eat dalda i would directly by dalda why buy th patanjali ghee which in now noting but dalda

                                      Today, i have visited Patanjali retails outlet near to Thergaon DMart to purchase Aloe gel and Kalonji Seeds but Shopkeeper refused to give bill for these items purchased.

                                      Yes. Till january it was good. But this time, the quality of patanjali cow ghee is now degraded. Smell is not at all good now.

                                        Mere pati aur sasur ji apke products ke andh bhakat hai, last week unhone sector 26 noida ki pitanjali shop se kathal ka achchar liya. Duphar aur fir raat ke bhojan main dono ne yeh aachar khaya aur subha uthte hi dono ka galla puri tarhan se band ho gaya. Doctor ne jab poocha ki kuch khatta tou ni khaya, tab humain realise hua ki yeh chamatkar baba ke aachar ka hai, jab main shop pe achchar le ke gai toh jaisa maine socha tha dukaandar ne achchar wapis lene se saaf manna kar diya.
