Hello sir, this complaint is for patanjali ayurveda limited. I use almost all your products like soap, tooth brush, tooth paste, face wash, jam etc...
Initially i used to use normal dant kanti dental cream as it used to remove yellow plaques...
Since few weeks my teeth had become sensitive... So i used dant kanti advanced dental cream for 2 weeks twice... But there is no difference or effect...
In your product flouride content is 924 ppm while in sensodyne it is 927ppm... Pls check the ingredients and make sure dant kanti is as sensitive as sensodyne for sensitive teeth... And in par with it...

Giloy ghanvati batch no -ai 16/398 mfg dt -11/16, batch no-ai16/398 mfg dt 11/16 is duplicte from sagada near medical collage bajanamath, nagpur road (patanjali kendra)infront of petrol pump jabalpur (m.p.) this medicin is duplicate and its test is different from other giloy ghanvati...so want to chek this medicine by your tested lab..due to this your performance of medicine affectected by people...

I purchased an anti-aging cream along with some other products on Mother's Day, 14 May 2017 from the store in Jaipuria Plaza, Sector-26, Noida.
The mistake I did was of not checking the product properly. I could see the silver sticker not properly pasted on the outer package but was in a hurry so didn't check the container inside.
After reaching my parents' home, when I gifted the cream to my mom, I was embarrassed to see that the container was not sealed and further, the cream inside looked like it had been used by someone. The container was also only half filled and there was no inner safety lid.
I went back to the store but the personnel there refused to replace the product.

Rice bran 1lt packet price Rs 115 batch ERE[protected]/3/17 was purchase in April 2017 from a Patanjali franchise outlet in salkia, howrah near golabari Police Station. The oil, packet contains is very thick and there are lots of impurities (garbage) inside it. I have complained to the shopkeeper but they said they are not responsible for the inside containt of the packed items and can't help. Please look into the matter and help me in getting the packet exchange pls contact me at [protected]@rediffmail.com

ORDER NOT DELIVERED. My order no. is [protected] i have made full pament using my credit card. when i am tracking my order, it's showing delivered. But my order is not delivered. Either deliver it or refund my money. Very disappointed by your service.

I am trying to contact customer care at toll free number but not able to reach them.
Kindly resolve my issue ASAP.

I have bought a new gulkand pack from patanjali centre. And as soon as i opened the pack, product was spoiled and had contamination layer over it. How can u play with soemones health by blindly giving 4 years of expiration period. Such disgusting experience and that center owner denies to take back the product.

What if i have consumed the spoiled product. Will patanjali give my medical bills. I want that products refund money back to me. Why wud i take damaged and spoiled product

I placed an order on 11th May but there is no update about my order after i have placed it.

When i try to track my order online, it says "Completed"

I am very confused. Please help me

I have been a regular consumer of amla juice since a long time but this particular time when i bought amla juice from patanjali store in east of kailash sant nagar-110065, it was different and tasted very bad and entirely against the way it used to be. I am familiar with the taste because of regular consumer of it. Its well within the expiry period so cannot blame that too.
Kindly look into it. The store donot take back the product.

Nothing much information. I have been using baba Ramdev's products for so long but now for the last 6 months or so I am not all satisfied with the quality of products. Take coconut biscuits as an example. There was some flavor of coconut in these biscuits earlier but now from when the packaging of biscuits has changed, its taste is not as it used to be and we have switched over to other biscuits.
I would like to say that please keep a check on the quality of products, because customers can switch over to the other products.

I have purchased a 5 kg wheat flour from patanjali store degree collage chauraha outlet in raebareli u. P
On date 5.5.2017, date of manufacturing
04.04.2017, batch no. Fp04042017/a
And when i made chapati of that flour. It's not good in eating it's sand mixed flour. And taste's bad..!!!
Please register this complaint and take necessary action.

Amla murabba brought from a patanjali divya store in west patel nagar delhi was of good quality. On opening the jar i found amla turned completely black.
I went to the shop to change it but the shopkeeper was not changing it.
I also mailed to an emailid given at the patanjali site. But the id was not authentic. I called customer care no but none was available.
Kindly look into the matter.

I had ordered for Saundarya Aloevera gel of Rs500/- by the end of March. I had already paid the amount via credit card. On 5th April courier person called me but unfortunately I missed the call. I tried to track the product status and found that it was left with the courier service premises. I called them twice on 8th April but they informed that the product has been returned. On 19th of April I found that the product has been initiated to be taken back to Haridwar. I kept of calling Patanjali via mail, customer care no, Facebook message even the courier service but all in vain. Neither i received the product nor money got refunded. Today is 4th of May, I am again trying to reach your esteemed organisation. Pls reach me over my mail [protected]@gmail.com or mobile no [protected] over call or message.

Someone person name vashisht singh from rudrapur having recuirment service of patanjli have told before 3 months that u have selected for inter view and i have gone for interview and they said u have selected and your are having call for training and they have called me again that u have to pay 10000 rupees for direct joining for job and my dad had paid

and today i s approximately 2 months they dont picked my phone no answers from it

plz let my money back plzzzzz

On 17. April.2017, from my mobile app i ordered a product with order no. [protected]. The amount i paid through online transaction. On 18. April.2017 i got an email update from patanjali side that the item has been shipped through over nite courier with tracking no. [protected]. While cheking the status in courier's site it is showing always out for delivery. Till today (04/05/2017) it has not been delivered.

I tried numerous time to contact the courier but nobody picking up any of the phone.

Patanjali site does not allow (No option) you to make a complaint. The email address provied in their site ([protected]@patanjaliayurved.net, and [protected]@patanjaliayurved.net) are fake. Email bounce back. Phone number nobody pick up.

I would request all that before ordering any thing from their site or their mobile app online, please be careful.

5 kg wheat flour was purchase around 25th april, 2017 from ganga shopping complex, sector 29 noida. This is a small new retail outlet of patanjali products.

The chapaties were tasting differently and they were too rough, as if some sand mixed.
This usually happens when the wheat is put in the freshly prepared stone wheels after they are worn out.

Sub : non-availabilityof patanjanli guud power (Jaggery powder) at panchgani maharahstra

Dear madam/sir,

It is to infrom that since 6 to 7 months we are not getting guud powder (Jaggery powder) which we were regularly using in breakfast.

It has become very difficult to get even 01 packet for a month.
Is found that no were its found in the store here nearly.

Please arrange to restore the supply of guud powder which is really healthy at panchgani - satara maharashtra.

Please do needful for the same.

Now a days there is a disease called as writers cramp spreading in india, i am also affected with the same disease. I hv in touch of 10 to 15 patients who are also suffering from the same. But in market in aellopathy, homeopathy or ayurveda no perfect medicines available for that, due to which suffered peoples are loosing their carrier. So pl looks in to the matter. As we most of people are suffering from this & patanjali is our hope & aspiration for this deadly disease.
O pl do invent some medicines for this disease so that those peoples whose carriers have ruined and getting mental harassment will recover.

I would like to bring to the notice of authority that a retailer in nallagandla has been constantly overcharging it's customers since many days.

It's a patanjali store whose software is not updated with current price of commodities

Please refer to the attached bill no. 22644 dated 29/04/2017, where the retailer charged more than mrp in below items :
1. Chana dal : charged rs 70, mrp rs 58

2. Moong sabir : charged rs 50, mrp rs 45

3. Mix pulses : charged rs 128, mrp rs 120

I have highlighted this discrepancy to him, he just treated it very casually. I have attached the copy of bill and item packets i purchased from him.

I am assuming he has been cheating the customers since many days and will keep doing so if no action is taken against him.

I suggest you conduct a raid and check other commodities as well and render him appropriate fine for cheating the innocent customers everyday.

I ordered Patanjali products online on march 17th, 2017. There were 17 items in the order. One of the ordered item is "HAND WASH ALMOND KESAR" . Yesterday late evening I received the order through DTDC courier service. When I opened the package, this particular item's life is expired an year back.

We order Patanjali products mainly for the advantage of herbal nature and less costlier but supplying date expired product is unacceptable.

I have attached the image of the product with this mail.

I bought patanjali whole wheat aata pack. From patanjali store. And found that was not eatble. Aata was mixed with stone powder. And after making chapti it was difficult to eat. I told to store owner and asked to replace the aata. But he dined. Questions is what to do with that worst aata that can harm a person health. Please do the needful.
