Here I would like to draw ur attention on the unnecessary nuisance created by one o[censored]r franchises in nallasopara (maha Lakshmi complex, 401209) area near my home. They are using huge sound 🔊 based marketing techniques for selling just a kaju badam biscuits by chanting slogans of shri baba ramdevji. This type of marketing techniques I havn't seen doing by any o[censored]r ayurveda shops all over India. Ask them to stop their Nuisance before we society adjoining to the shop start taking legal actions.

The maggi is tasting so bad ..so much like bitter medicine ...badly disgusting ...and the we always have been buying the ghee...but this time..what?????...i am sorry to complain but it was like water added in ghee...wasted my money and trust on patanjali...

I have purchased a aloe vera juice on 27th feb, Bottle Opend on 01-March-2017 but the quality of juice is very bad, it tasting bitter like its not worthy for eating.

I'm a small distributor of patanjali products from kottayam, Kerala. I have purchased 6 ബിഗ്‌ packs of whole wheat atta, of വിച്ച് 5 big പാക്‌സ് of 5kg atta and 1big pack of 2kg atta from a nearby wholesale dealer last week. I have got three complaints about the whole wheat atta which i sold from these packs. Three customers complained that they felt a very bad taste for the atta which bought from my shop. The taste of the atta they used was like a medicinal one and not at all good for eating. Even i too checked those packets, it has got a bad smell and a bitter taste. Since it is an important matter of food products, i just want your strict monitoring on the quality and packing of food items.

Patanjali online shopping site is fraud. I tried placing a order 5 times and each time got message "error found, transaction cannot be completed". However, in two insrtances amount already deducted from my bank account for 190 each. When I checked order status, it showed 1 order already shipped. So for rest I asked to cancel and refund amount for 1 billed transaction for 190rs. But the customer agent there closed my complaint stating that error was found and amount was not dedeucted. And for the transaction for which 190/- was deducted was ignored. Also the transaction which was shipped has never been received. Customer care phone and email is never answered. In google there are many instances mentioned for similar issues. All proof of documents are attached. Please assist in resolving the issue so that further no more customers are cheated like this. I buyed a patanjali biscuit that is doodh biscuit cost 10 rupees 100gms and 18 biscuits but that packet has only 79 gms and 13 biscuits only. So i request to the company that to check quantity of biscuts properly. Because it is lose for seller and buyer.

I have purchased 500gm of Patanjali Honey from patnjali retailer at New Mata Road Rajiv Nagar Gurgaon.There have been a lots of sediment deposits at the bottom of honey looks like sugar/jaggery and it's taste also differ from the Honey taste also. The retailer denys any warranty/guaranty for any patnjali product after sale. Where as Customer Care is not responding.

I made an online order for Rs 525 just few hours back.. I paid the amount through paytm and I got an error that the requested page could not be found.
The money has been deducted from my account BUT ORDER was NOT placed.

Please confirm if you have got the order or kindly arrange for the refund.
I have tried to call their number several times but no one answers the call.

Since I started using this aloevera gel tube, I got many pimples on my face. And the pimples are not stopping. A very bad experience that I cud have expected from patanjali product. I had a lot of trust in patanjali products. Is the product tested for Microbial growth over the period of time. and if it is a natural herbal product how does it affect my skin badly. If it has such bad effect on my face then will the case be same for my hair application.

After opening it I had noticed that foul smell is coming from the bottle. so I went back to the shop and ask him to replace it with the new one. But he denied and told me that he can't replace it because patanjali company will not take it back.

My specific complaint is that Patanjali products sales outlet at Sector 14, Vashi Navi Mumbai 400703 has no any facility for cashless payments. Eearlier they were saying that POS machines are coming, but now they advice to withdraw money from nearest ATM and make cash payments.Also they are not issuing bill of purchase.
Baba Ramdev is totally against black money. So Patanjali needs to encourage cashless payments at all of the sales outlets.
Request you to issue guidelines to all of your sales outlet including the one above to make facilities available for cashless payments.

Please note that I have purchased the Patanjali Honey 1/2 kg. pack from srs value bazar sector 12 Faridabad, Haryana-121001.

After purchasing in december 2016, only after one or two weeks it started freezing, white and some white sugar powder is clearly visible in it.
The taste of this honey is also changed, not like original honey and it is clearly full of artificial sugar and impurities.
the product is well under the three month of expiry date and still reacting as an full of impurity.

Some Honey digitals of this Patanjali Honey is enclosed for your reference.and it is well under the expiry date mentioned over the box.
I have shown the same impure honey box to the authorised dealer but he refused to provide any assistance or refused to escalates the matter to Patanjali.

I am facing the regular cough and cold problem since I am using this Patanjali Honey 1/2 Kg..
I am bound to write this compliant mail to PATANJALI as there is also no response from your customer care till now.

I request you to kindly arrange to check why it has happened and arrange to replace it by providing the fresh pure pack.
I have shown the same pack to many sellers and neighbours and they advised to registered a compliant on Patanjali feedback mail.

I have ordered 2 gm patanjali kesar from 1 mg. I thought that patanjali kesar will be good quality kesar. But i am very disappointed with this product because this kesar is duplicate. This kesar has no colour, no flaver, no any kesari smale. i had complaint about this kesar to 1 mg. But they are saying that they are not responsible for this product, manufacture company will be responsible for this product. I can't use this bad quality kesar because i am pregnent & i can't take any risk with my health. I have paid rs.620/- for this kesar & i want return my money. So please give me return my money otherwise i will have to go in comsumer court.

- As a usual morning breakfast where I had this patanjali coconut biscuit after i had one i was shocked to see a white piece of solid plastic stuck in the a biscuit i could have gulped and hurt myself since i had already eaten the other half of the biscuit.. fortunately nothing of this sort happened

I placed my order on 6th Feb 2017 for some patanjali products and paid online rs 400 by paytm. My order no.[protected] .The courier service from Overnite Express has not even sent across the package from Delhi since 2 days till now it is saying it has been dipatched but the item has not been arrived in pune.
till date my order is not received and the customer care is not receiving the phone and I have emailed the company but no response is coming from them please deliver it fast.

Dear Patanjali staff,

This is a harassing situation for me that neither you are sending me the product nor refunding my money. No body is responding to my call when I am trying to your customer care no shown in your site. When I am sending you mail, No mail is going to be delivered to that address.

You people are ruining the name and character of Baba Ramdev. Such cheating is not acceptable to me. If you will not solve this immediately within 3 days I will go for consumer Court which will be at your risk and cost.
