I placed my order on 6th Feb 2017 for some patanjali products and paid online rs 400 by paytm. My order no.[protected] .The courier service from Overnite Express has not even sent across the package from Delhi since 2 days till now it is saying it has been dipatched but the item has not been arrived in pune.
till date my order is not received and the customer care is not receiving the phone and I have emailed the company but no response is coming from them please deliver it fast.

I have order some products from patanjaliayurved.net having AWB No [protected] & Order No [protected] and already paid the amount of Rs 710/-on dated 18.01.2016. But I have not received the product yet.

I want my money to be refunded.

Dear Patanjali staff,

This is a harassing situation for me that neither you are sending me the product nor refunding my money. No body is responding to my call when I am trying to your customer care no shown in your site. When I am sending you mail, No mail is going to be delivered to that address.

You people are ruining the name and character of Baba Ramdev. Such cheating is not acceptable to me. If you will not solve this immediately within 3 days I will go for consumer Court which will be at your risk and cost.

I live in Bikaner and am a huge fan of the patanjali amla juice and the triphala churan as it has helped me in ways I cannot explain but for the past 3 times when I visited the local patanjali store in Sadul ganj, Bikaner they said that these products are not available as they are not bought by many people. What the hell is that? If a large number of people don't buy your product you will simply stop importing them? I expect this kind of facade from foreign mnc's but patanjali? I am thoroughly disappointed. I thought you guys were different.

I have purchased chyawanprash from reliance store on 4th Feb 2017 and today I have tasted...that is very bad smell and taste was also changed...i am using this product from last 2 year but this time colour was also changed..this time colour is brown..earlier every time colour in black..pls do the need full.

Hello,

Am the regular user of DK Adv. toothpaste from last year and i was very happy with its quality i felt whatever is written in content list it is there.

From last two Purchases i found there is a big diff in quality previously as soon as you open tube you find dark brown color paste with some oil and when used it feels like when we eat "लवंग"(In Marathi).

Now it comes with a faint brown color with no oil and with no previous taste.

"IS PATANJALI DOING "नफेखोरी " (in Marathi) ????

You are getting good market then WHY YOU ARE DEGRADING THE QUALITY OF PRODUCT...

WHY INDIAN PEOPLE TEND TO HAVE THIS KIND OF MENTALITY OF "नफेखोरी "

If Action taken and results are reflected then its good otherwise DONT ASK US TO USE YOUR PRODUCTS ...AT LEAST FOREIGN COMPANIES DO NOT DEGRADE THEIR QUALITY ..

we are distributors of bhadrak, even after many mails our dms has not been activated. The other distributor is billing goods of our division. Please take some action and activate dms in bhadrak and against the other distributor. The sales person is also not listening to us.
We have mailed to tiwari sir also regarding dms, and the sales person mr. Fahim khan is of no help to us and supporting the other distributor...

Hi this is ranu here, first of all I want to say I m a big fan of patanjali products but from few days I n my family members noticed a smell in atta noodle packets. even after cooking the smell doesn't goes. one more thing to inform u that the thickness n colour of the noodles are different in same flavour packets. 3rd time i am complaining here for the same issue. but the issue is on same stage. Patanjali people called and mailed also for inquire all the details. I gave all the details batch no and etc. They asked us to meet somewhere to get solution for the things. they did not come on given time. We called them lots of time. finally they came and asked for bottle.

(We met with Mr. Tiwari who called himself Head of mustard oil dept.) & met with Mr. R.K. Gupta who called himself at GM Level as well as accounts head).

I really do not know why they came to meet us. they do not have any answer or solution. And some people are talking very rudely on this. (We can generate the proof for the same). directly they are blaming us that we are playing their company reputation. First they are selling a bad product and after talking with us rudely. Is this a big brand who selling their products in market in high scale. they do not have manners how to talk with consumers.

Sir, now we have decided to spread this news everywhere in social media, newspaper and many more and would like to go with finally legal action against it. kindly let me know what would be the procedure to go. if we have to hire a lawyer from outside then also let me know. Because now we cant wait. Its already has more than 1 month.

Note : i have all conversations saved to present on time.

I purchased the product of patanjali ayurved. it was a honey. as per the advertisement the product does not contain any sugar in it, the advertisement claim that it is made up of pure honey but when i used the product i found the element of sugar in it and it got frozen and it become hard. According to the facts the real honey never get frozen but the product got contaminated with the few days. i want that the quality product should be sold as per the goodwill of the product. and demand a good redressal for the poor quality.

This is a complaint or should I say looting(way to making black money)
Dear guruji, I, my whole family and friends am/ have been buying lot of patanjali products from your said shops but the major problem is that inspite of demanding bill, no bill is given and this is not right.
You have to make sure all your stores and their franchises should issue bills for all products bought compluserly. It should be mandatory whether we want it or not.
You should advertise the same in your advertisements.

I odered 2 kg of ghee on 25 dec 2016, and the payment was made online, the product is still not delivered to us. I called customer care number but they are not responding to our call, sometimes they say they dont want to deliver the product.
I emailed them a lot but they dont want to listen customer problem.

I purchased a patanjali mustard oil bottle from the outlet, when we were starting cooking on a large scale for bhadara, wei was shock to see, i saw a cockroach inside the seal pack bottle, not even in one bottle, other bottle also has a insect inside but 2nd bottle we already opned. This same i informed to patanjali by phone or mail also. But they did not response. patanjali is a big brand and trustworthy in market now a days. if this such a big brand will make this type of product. And in advertising they blaim on other brands and personally they do this type of job. I want to spread this news everywhere in media and newspaper etc. so that all people would be aware of this product. Anybody can get a harm for their shameless act.
pls take a action, and look into it.

All false advertisements about patanjali products.the honey i bought, thought it was pure..heard of it that pure honey never damages..but what happened to the product with batch no.CN470 MFG DATE:08/16...Whose products should we trust in the market...We could have preferred Dabur, etc honey too..but due to the trust in your company we always buy your products..
the honey when kept in refrigerator turned in to some jaggery paste..it smells like jagerry..so pong.

Sir,
I hv been a daily consumer of honey, recently i had consumed honey of another well known brand i found out that there is a vast difference in taste of honey of both brands but both of them guarantees purity, patanjali honey tastes more sweeter while the later taste less sweeter. The thickness of honey of both brands too differs patanjali seems more thicker while the later seems thinner. How can i believe that the honey which i am having is pure or adulterated or mixed with some other foreign substance. Please let me knw bec its a matter of health of many people like out there who consume patanjali honey on daily basis. Need to stop duplicate products from destroying peoples health for makeing huge profit.

I would like to inform you that on the 31st December 2016 i ordered two products, but after completing the payment through net banking i didn't get any update that my order is successful or not, currently i am unable to check my order status after login into my account, can you tell me about the current status. My order number [protected] for an amount of rs 545 from www.patanjaliayurved.net confirmed on 3rd jan 2017 has not been processed. Also there is no information about it on their website. Their customercare doesn't attend calls. No response to the mailed complaints. I want the order delivered as those medicines are necessary for my health. Otherwise i want my money back.

What the quality baba giving... He knows only how to increase rate day by day and decrease quality day by day...
I suggest to baba please baba g politics ki traf dhyaan na dekr apne products ki quality pr dijiye.
