I have purchased 2 bunches of each 20 pouches 2 days back from sappa sathish mobile no.[protected] of palasa k. T. Road but one bunch of pouches are ok but other one got bad smell might be expired. I returned those products for exchange but he is rejected to exchange. And he doesn't know how to talk with customers. I[censored] support such type of franchises, no body will attract ur products. I am the customer since 4 years. I[censored] take action against him other i will discontinue ur products right now

I am regular customer of patanjali products, but super dishwashbar has disappointed me badly.
I have bought 10-15 patanjali super dishwashbars & they are containing large number of small stones (Big sand particals) which makes the dish washing causing bad effect on skin & also choking problem in washbasin. Kindly solve the problem as soon as possible.

I'm writing this against a Bangalore based distributor, It's been six months now after I started my Patanjali Retail Store and till date i havent received goods on time from this distributor and always many of the products are out of stock, recently many of the daily needs products are out of stock with this distributor
and products dont come in stock for months together. I also decided to switch my business with other distributor unfortunately i dont have any other distributor in my locality. Worst customer service with this distributor i must say. Whenever i try to ask why arent you people having stock he says Baba Ramdev doesnt send it from Haridwar, its getting very difficult to run the store now, i hope patanjali does something extra for retailers like us and not just look after their distributors

I bought a bottle of patanjali orange squash from vishal mega mart, paras, udaipur on 15.04.2017. The lot no., mfg. Date and price written on the bottle are as follows :

But the taste of the squash was sour.

Later on when i looked closely at the bottle neck i found out a second mfg. Date, lot no. And price which was partially rubbed. Still the price, the day and month of mfg date and some part of lot no. Are still visible.

This is clear case of fraud by the mart. So strict actions must be taken against these people

I placed two orders with Patanjali Ayurved online to deliver at my address mentioned below:- My Order # : [protected] | Order Date :[protected]:32 AM amount INR 2310 and Order # : [protected] | Order Date :[protected]:43 PM, amount INR 570 got cancelled. Now I am requesting to return my amount INR 2880 at the earliest.

We bought this from patanjali chiktsalya new sangener road, sodala, jaipur. For rs 999/-. Lot no ll04, 12/16 with manu license no uttra/ayu-181/2009. This is yellowish white in color. After use in night as per instructions given, this has given infection to eyes. The eyes were red and paining in the morning. The face was swollen around eye area. We have a doubt that the lot is not upto mark and therefore need to be stopped immediately from the market. This fact has been brought in knowledge of the shop bought from. The shopkeeper has shown his inability to change or to refund the amount.

Regarding Packing : The product packing of food and the Powder items are very bad. We are getting the product packing as damaged one When the products reach in our retailers hand, we feel like it is not the issue of distributors it may be the issue from suppliers to the distributors.

Regarding Price : Printed price difference on cover is making difficulty. ie, for different states different price may printed on the cover, some times it may not be there specifically. If the price is not specifically mentioned for a specific state Customer's feel bad on us when we will discuss the price which is not printed on that cover.

Sir we purchased saundrya swarna kranti cream 50g pack worth Rs999.
When i opened the pack the cream is in white colour.
I have been purchasing this swarna kranti cream 15gm pack for many times its always golden in colour.
I believe there is something wrong.. can you please clarify if there is any change in the colour of the cream .

Purchased from patanjali store and chikitsalaya sector 4 hiran magri udaipur.

I bought 500 gms of cow's milk powder from a department store in meera bagh, paschim vihar, delhi. The quality of this milk powder is extremely poor. It does not mix with water for making tea. It seems as if one is drinking tea of curdled milk. I request you to please replace this product with some other patanjali product or refund my money (Rs 200) as i am not at all satisfied with this product. I have been trying customer care number for one week, but it seems that there is no one there to pick up the call!
I request you to please help me in getting the money refunded. Thanks.

We are running patanjal shop in hubli, Karnataka. Everytime we place order for shop we always get those products which we didn't ordered.. These dealers are always fight with the members of shop..
We are unable to run shop. Everytime we get and clam ourself and buy what items they bring.
Its really difficult to run business in my city.We have small business.. if we dont get products which sell in local city we cant fullfil our customers which comes to our shop.. kindly take decision.

I have purchased certain patanjali products from Patanjali Mega Store, GF-1, Mahadev Landmark, Nr. Swaminarayan Tower, Jay Hind Char Rasta, Maninagar, Ahmedabad, Gujarat for Rs. 695 (copy is enclosed). On paid through the debit card, I have informed that they have not received massage of confirmation of money receipt and thus I have compelled to pay it by cash. But when I inquired at my bank statement it is found that Rs. 695 has already been debited from my account and transferred to TR CWDR/[protected]/31-03-2 (Copy enclosed).
Since today the store manager is not confirming the money receipt and denying to refund my cash which I have paid. Since I have to pay twice for the same item please look in to the matter and do the need full.

Dear swamiji.
I live in Wellington NewZealand and i like your product very much. Last week i bought 200gm dant kanti toothpaste from shop here which is fake or nakli. It is not same i used before it has dark brown color ar outer layer but light brown or almost white in middle. The taste is like chemical dittol. After using this paste my throat is painful.
So for comparison i bought another same dantkanti paste from different shop and i found that taste real like spices. So i tested by rubbing both paste in seperate fingres and fake one dried out but real paste did not dry in my fingers.
I urgently request u please investigate of this fake dant kanti paste in market.

I, Shri Rama Kanta Bisoyi residing at Qrs. No.E-65/1, Unit-IX Flat, Bhubaneswar purchased a 5kg packet atta from one shopkeeper (retailer) Pradosh Kumar Sahu situated in Unit-IX Flat (behind Unit-IX Flat Boys' High School), Bhubaneswar on 30.03.2017 morning at 8.00 AM. When we made roti from this atta on that day at night, it smell like medicated smelling atta. I instantly informed the shopkeeper about this at 10.00 PM and returned the 5kg atta packet. The Batch No. and date of package of atta packet is IP[protected]/A dated 30 January 2017.

Now the shopkeeper is taking the plea that the Distributor of Patanjali Foods of Bhubaneswar Region M/s Ramesh Agencies, Plot No.893/894, Satyanagar, Bhubaneswar, Odisha is not willing to exchange the 5kg atta packet nor refunding the money. So he is unable to exchange the 5kg atta packet. It is very unfortunate that the Patanjali which is like a reputed company is not exchanging the atta packet nor refunding the money.

Please do the needful/give direction to the distributor to arrange for exchange of the medicated smelling atta.

I purchased jaljeera from patanjali store, situated at Rajendra park, bajghera road Gurgaon. I used this product 2-3 time, and i felt its allargic reaction on my body duw to which i got treatment for sevaral days. Please take some strict action against it otherwise This issue will come in daily practice till some major incident occur.

I got my daughter who is 4 years old consulted by a patanjali ayurvedic doctor and he prescribed some medicines. I purchased the same from the patanjali stores with tin no [protected] dr. A s rao nagar stores new anoos beauty clinic with bill no 20184 on 22nd of mar 2017
Due to some reason i wanted to return the medicine in the same stores but the store owner has denied to take the medicines back saying the goods once sold cannot be returned.
I am very dissatisfied with this kind of response. Why are the medicines not taken back?
Secondly, the same stores is operating since years now and still they do not have the edc machine, getting cash in today's situation is very difficult. Why is that the store is not mandated by patanjali management to have the edc machine?
I think the initiative of patanjali is introduced in india for the betterment of society but i think it is misutilized for causing unnecessary distrubances and inconvenience to public.
With assumption that my complaint is looked into with justice i earnestly request the concerned to do the needful at the earliest.

We have bought a honey box and after 10 to 12 days it changes into sugar to resolve this we kept it into hot water but it does not change we again tried that we have left it out for 5 days so that it should again change into honey but it does not change ...we have the honey box available with us any one can come and check this ...we have already complaint this no response is shown ...If our problem will not solve we will publicise this ...

Bought patanjali 10kg wheat flour from pune 's sus road patanjali store. Have been using this product from a long time. But this time when i used it, it smelled like medicine. Roti seems fine when hot..but as soon as it cools down, it gives a weird smell. The flour smells weird fron a distance of three feets.
The product is not even expired.
Went to the store to complain but they had no option than to suggest for online complaint....

Recently we have started to use patanjali products for kitchen and biscuits etc. In the mmnthnof February 2017 we purchased two bottles of one liter each of mustard oil January Batch. When we boiled the mustard oil to remove the bitterness so that it can be used in the kitchen to avoil any problem in the eyes while making the meals. On boiling we found some greecy type flowing in the oil. We showed it to the dealer of patanjali at ours and...

First i started to use the patanjali beauty cream .three days later i started to observe some pimples coming in my face .but i didin't bothered and continued to use the same cream .day by day my face was getting worst and worst.after a week so much of pimples appeared in both my cheek.and glow of my face was lost.then i stoped using it.my mother was using the same cream and the result was same as my.and i have one more complaint about patanjali almond hair oil that by using the oil my hair fall is increasing day by day .when i put the oil into my hands its really like a ghee sticking like a gum .
