I ordered some products from patanjali through patanjaliayurved.net on 29th nov 2016, no email, no order placement, no details regarding its transhipment. on dec 5th i received a message in textbox that my order had placed through indian post, but nothing had shown in orde tracking and till now i didnt received the products. The products cost worth Rs. 684. I need to register a complaint against this site to stop these kind of fraud activities so that my fellow friends wont get trapped in the future.

Sir, i was operated 3 years ago by lasic surgery but after some time because of computer working, my eye - sight vision becomes weak and now i need to use glasses for all works. This is really very bad for me. I want to improve it. I have gone threw with every tips suggested by you but i have two doubts.
1. Whether i can use eye drishti for my eyes vision inspite of operation at 3 years ago.
2. Whether i can use water in morning to wash my eyes as it was prohibited after operation to use water for eye wash.

Kindly suggest me. I don't want to wear glasses again.

Hi,

I have purchased Patanjali Whole Wheat Atta 10Kg pack from Dmart. It is worst atta. Unable to prepare chapatis. It has been made of bad quality wheat. I cant use that atta. Please refund my amount and take back your atta.
Unable to eat the chapati. Please take back this atta. I cant throw this so.

I will never dare to use any other products from patanjali.

I have purchased it on 6th December 2016.
Used the atta for the first time on 9th December 2016.

Atta is soo thick that it wont feel like chapati atta, it is like Jawari Roti atta. Even Jawari roti atta will be soft.

I got my package delivered at home, but the bill receipt was missing in the package. (Order id: #16930). Contacted the pathanjali customer care many times, requesting a soft copy of the bill receipt. But no response from the team regarding this.

Usually online shopping portals send the receipt separately through email before or after the delivery is completed.

I am a regular user of Patanjali products quite satisfied with the quality of the products. I recently ordered product -" Patanjali Mustard oil" from Shudh Buy (The authorized partner of Patanjali in Delhi NCR). The product isn't even suitable for applying on body as it is smelling badly. I tried it for cooking purposes as well. The vegetables stink of a very peculiar smell which isn't of the usual mustard oil we use for cooking purposes.

People strongly believe in the genuine quality of Patanjali products-the reason they buy it with faith. This instance has brought down my faith about the company's boosted claims about quality products.

I have order from the patanjali store but they do not registered it instead they take my money and give me error message but my money is debited

I placed order on 26th Nov around 6:30 PM. I still have'nt received mail notifications for the order #30744 (below is the message on the site I got on placing the order) even though I have received SMS confirmation regarding the order placed. Also I am not able to track the order on the site. Kindly suggest when can I expect delivery of the order?

That was Company packed seal on box so it cant be any discrepancy on it,

Sir I had purchased patanjali products online on 23rd oct 2016 & money debited in my acct. My order no is 29819. But not received any details of order. Many times call to the customercare but not attending call and one time attended the call voice is not clear. Sir please sent to the items or returned to money. My email id [protected]@gmail.com

I had purchased patanjali products throgh online, vide order no 27162 dated 13/11/16. it is understood that the itmes were sent through DTDC vide AWB noD30155504. on verif ication it is understood that that packet was delivered at Kolkatta. since, 19th I am making calls to the given contact no. [protected]. out of 100 attempts they responded twice i.e., on 22nd and 24th with a low voice which can not hear by us. and all times no response to our calls. on 22nd she informed that we logged a complaint and will inform developments. the same day I sent a mail to the given address. no response. today she lifting phone and acts as she can not hear my voice, and many times no response. such cheap tricks company is playing.
request you to take up the matter and support. amount paid through credit card.

Sir I have purchase 10 kg Whole Wheat Atta vide bill No- PAT /16-17/C1003980 Date 18.11.2016 from your DARSHAN PATANJALI MEGA STORE Ludhiana but your Representative Mr Variender Sharply deny to exchange, even not attending well.
sir such a big name & fame brand representative behave like that is not tolrance at any level.

I had ordered a list of items with the order ID Order ID: 23677 with the Tracking number AWB I[protected] and the payment mode was COD.
The DTDC dotzot courier delivery guys took 2852 Rs from me, there is no response from the Patanjali.net customer service.
Delivery guys are such irresponsible people they are manipulating the invoice and using the COD system to RIP customers off with unusual reasons. The invoice number #25761 is for 1180 and they keep saying they can only take the System generated amount of Rs 2820 which is simply outrageous. I expected it would be because there is a second delivery from these people and now they keep saying they have 2 invoices which is simply Illegal. One for the collection People where they took 2852 and the Customer copy provided was for 1180. These are the guys who just run the Black market by simply manipulating every legal rules they should follow in an online sale...

These guys are just spoiling the Good name Baba Ramdev has and hindering the way he is transforming India.

The Invoice is attached. These guys are simply making everyone a fool trying to Scam the hard earned money we have. Please do Check them up and make necessary actions to get our money back and moreover stop these people from Looting our Nation...

I ordered couple of Patanjali items to my friends address in Bangalore however he did not receive any conformation email on the order. Since the user is not registered and we did not receive any order number by email, we are unable to track the shipment. My internet banking payment shows reference number [protected]IGAAGUYEO1 for the online payment. Is it something relevant number for trackig ? I have purchased patanjali arogya wheat atta 10 kg few days back for the first time. As soon as i opened the pack, a bad and different smell came. We could not consume it as it is smelling so bad and spoiled. I called the customer care ([protected]) on 10th november 2016 at 10:09 am. And the person took my complaint and told me that i will get a response back within a week.

And till now i did not get any response from patanjali.

The patanjali brand is spoiling ramdev baba's name. Many people like me believing in him are taking patanjali brand products and in return we are getting spoiled food products and no response from patanjali customer care.

Please take an action against them. And i request people not to believe in the brand blindly.

To begin with, it is not a ROSE sherbat. Its sodium benzoate with sugar. Tastes like medicine. I specifically ask the girls manning the counter for Sherbat to be served for the guests & they handed me this.
I bought 5 bottles & was embarrassed in front of my guests.
I used only 2 bottles & the other 3 i wish to return & hence i am sending this mail out.

Its very disappointing to get such an experience from Patanjali. This is one company our country should be proud of, but if these guys are selling Sodium Benzoate with sugar water & color, GOD bless them & GOD bless us. I want a refund for the 3 bottles returned on an urgent basis.
This purchase was made at the Patanjali outlet at VeenaNagar, Mulund W on Saturday, the 12th of November.

I purchased almost all household and beauty products from Saraswati Enterprise, Vidyranyapur, Bangalore .which is authorized dealer of Patanjali.When I asked receipt for the shopkeeper, he told the machine is not working.This is happening from many months.We are follower of Sri Ramdev Baba.
So it is my humble request to Patanjali Management to look after this issue.Where Baba is telling to fight against black money.
To get receipt for every purchase is our right. And moreover the receipt provided by other patanjali shops r written on a piece of paper... please look over it...and we r really disappointed by the customer care service, for not receiving the phone call...

I have placed order through patanjaliayurved.net & paid online.My order id is 27295. Got SMS for order placement, but no tracking of order is available. Customer care no. is not being answered. Evan mails are bounced.
If i will not get my any update from them within next 3 days i will definitely file a case against these frauds.Don't cheat people u guys r suppose to spread spirituality.

I have placed an order for a patanjali product & i get the message on phone states that my order has been placed, (Order id: 27267) while i am tracking the order with order id, it shows nothing.
I am not sure if order has been placed or not, while money has been deducted from my bank account, not had any information until when it would be delivered.
Trying to call on customer care, they are not picking up the call, mail them as well, no response yet.

Seems these posts also goes unattended.. And shockingly makes me think has patanjali concern cheating on ppl this way.. Pls take necessary action.. Atleast an intimation of delay in products will do..
