Sir my complaint against patanjali store at rithani in meerut(UP).
There is a patanjali agent Mr Sunil Kumar, who take the charge of doctor FEE as 50 rupee for genrete a medicine parcha after Evert 15-20 days. When any one goes to patanjali medicine by doctor at patanjali store, doctor and agenti both gives medicine and advise after paying of 50 rupee charge.
So please carry on this as this is the misuse of patanjali.

I have placed order in patanjaliayurved.net on 19th dec 2016 order no:36788 and 36796for rs: 2, 180/- and 380/- accordingly. And i have mailed to their [protected]@patanjaliayurved.net and also to [protected]@patanjaliayurved.org, stating that i have paid fully and there is no status or response by the given contacts and also saying that no such order no are exist. For their reference have attached some of the photos. I regret for you poor management and request to revert back my money. And have big disappointment by patanjaliayurved if really feel themselves inept, my advice to stop online business. It bothered me much mentally and financially. If necessary i can share all the documents involved in this regards.

Have booked Patanjali products online on december 5th december still haven't received the products total of 14 products have booked .and my payment also done online .

No response in email as well as phone who is the right person to complaint and please take this forward .

So please do not compromise with quality.

But we are bore or say do not want to see, ramdev, at any tv channel or
News papers with ptanjali product.
At present, every day / any time / any where when open tv, this jatauoo/ramdev seen. Sara mood kharab ho jata hai. Please replace him. We are not saying for any actor or actress, use any common man or best option :- ceo / actual owner patanjali.

i purchased a patanjali mustard oil bottle from the outlet, when we were starting cooking i was shock to see, i saw a cockroach inside the seal pack bottle, this same i informed to patanjali by phone or mail also. But they did not response. patanjali is a big brand and trustworthy in market now a days. if this such a big brand will make this product. I want to spread this news everywhere. so that all people would be aware of this product. Anybody can get a harm for their shameless act.
pls take a action, and look into it.

I had online ordered from http://www.patanjaliayurved.net/ and order # is 9658.Only 10 items was delivered out of 27.Despite repeated emails to customer care [protected]@patanjaliayurved.net there was no response.They are neither refunding nor arranging the redelivery of the items.Courier took 10-12 days to deliver these 10 items. Highly unprofessional customer care ! Acharya Balakrishna, focus on customer service and not only on expanding your business !!

Baba ram dev ji, you are great supporter to digitalization of payments, but it is seen that at so many stores of your products no swipe machine is available, and your person at stores are only asking to make payments by cash, you also know better that neither cash is available at atms nor banks are providing such cash required by customers, then how a customer arrange to make payments in cash

I have purchased a few online products from the patanjali website. There have been issues with the delivery.

1. The courier service from Overnite Express has not even sent across the package from Delhi since 10 days
2. The Patanjali website now doesnt show my order. I have paid for the same but cant find it so cant track the order any more
3. Overnite Courier have a very bad customer service.
4. There is no resposnse from Patanjali customer centre number[protected] nor from their email id [protected]@patanjaliayurved.net even after writting to them twice.

I have bought recently one DantKanti tooth paste and it is not at all good... I suspect it is duplicate...

Baba ji I started buying atta since last 6 months. In August it was costing 270 Es, In November it was 300 Rs and now yesterday it was 330 Rs. for 10 Kg.
Q1. May I ask you how there is price rise so much? Are you aware?
Q2. Are you not cheating and looting people on the name of Deshi.
Q3. Your many other products have also showing increase of price by more than 100%.

We purchased Patanjali thandai bottle of 750 ml, manufacturing of May 2016. I made thandai by mixing it in milk. But it tastes very bad, very bitter. We felt like vomiting. I am feeling cheated after buying this.
My money got wasted. What can I do regarding this? Do Patanjali company have any explanation for this? It smells bad too. It's worse than medicine.

I had seen Patanjali kesh Kanti oil advertisement on TV as per their demand it will reduce hair fall. After seeing this I buy Patanjali kesh Kanti oil from Patanjali stores with the price of 130/. Now I am using it more than 15 days but everyday I face new hair fall instead of prevention. I want to revert back this remaining(approx 100ml) want cash back. This most fake self proclaimed band. Using the word "Deshi" they are playing with the sentiment of Indian.
Last of all I want to say help me to get my hard earned money. I don't want to waste it using this awkward product.

The chutney was stale. Manufactured in march 2016 with one year consumption period. We bought in dec 2016. But it was stale and when asked the patanjali outlet to change it, it was not done.

The quality of chutney has also gone down. The chutney was tasting bad and not up to standards,

I don't know what to do with it. It is new bottle and i expect a refund and request not to sell such products and in case done then patanjali outlet to take responsibility for the brand

I purachsed products from patanjali website worth Rs820 and the money got deducted from account. I got no email/receipt from Patnjali and that made me worried so I tried calling the customer care no. on the website.
There was no response after infinite calls and most of the time the call was deliberately cut or the line was busy.
Then I opted to email them about the problem and I got an error message as the

I purchased a patanjali amla juice from shudh buy (Received from dwarka) and found a huge difference from the previously purchased amla juice bottle which was bought from the rohini sec 3 patanjali mega mart. Bottle quality and color was totally different from the previous one. I was shocked to see huge difference b/w them. I also complained in shudh buy and mailed as well but no response till now.
So, i learned and advice that always purchase products from genuine and good locality stores, especially in patanjali case.

I have places an order of some medicines via the website patanjaliayurved.net. The transaction of rs 1340/- was made by debit card via payu. The transaction went successfully and the website showed the page which say:

"your order has been placed successfully, you can check your orders at the order history page".

But the order history page shows "you have not made any previous orders!". I have not received any mail or message regarding the order.

The order was placed using the account id "ranjeet. [protected]@gmail.com" and my mobile no. Is +91-[protected].
Kindly help to sort out the issue.

Iam surya yesterday i went to patanjali chikistalay at vijayawada governerpet i found doctor and distributors were fake . the doctor does no know any treatment his free consulatation designed to sell soaps, shampoos, aloevera juice he dost not speak frankly when iam telling him that i have allergy from internal he does not listen to me he keeps busy at writing medices . how human body control such so many medicines daily . people come here for quality and less charge but they are making fraud of everything by the caption of free consultation. baba ramdevji do not make cheat people by the name of yoga and indian tradition i found no difference between patanjali and mnc companies. i will attach prescription also hero try to improve quality and make available to poor people.
