I have placed order through patanjaliayurved.net & paid online.My order id is 27295. Got SMS for order placement, but no tracking of order is available. Customer care no. is not being answered. Evan mails are bounced.
If i will not get my any update from them within next 3 days i will definitely file a case against these frauds.Don't cheat people u guys r suppose to spread spirituality.

I have placed an order for a patanjali product & i get the message on phone states that my order has been placed, (Order id: 27267) while i am tracking the order with order id, it shows nothing.
I am not sure if order has been placed or not, while money has been deducted from my bank account, not had any information until when it would be delivered.
Trying to call on customer care, they are not picking up the call, mail them as well, no response yet.

Seems these posts also goes unattended.. And shockingly makes me think has patanjali concern cheating on ppl this way.. Pls take necessary action.. Atleast an intimation of delay in products will do..

But for some reason, the order was not successfully placed.

I chose paytm as my payment option, from where the money is already deducted.
Below is the snapshot for the successful payment from my paytm account.

The email id mentioned on their website doesn't work and they don't pick calls on the mentioned phone number.

I've already filled the contact form on their contact us page but haven't got any response yet, its already been 3 days.

I am regular user of Patanjali products. Recently i had bad experience of poor quality of cap used for this bottle. ( In earlier supply was not)

After opening the cap i found, the metal cap was not properly pressed resulted out plastic cap damage and now the bottle cn not be closed by cap. It remains open only.

Another disguising things is that, I have tried all customer care and help line toll free plus office no which was either ringing or not lifting. I have checked yr no on yr web sit, yr Bandra Mumbai office no was wrong. Even i tried to log the complaint on line but unfortunately failed not proceeded. ????

I am really fade up with this. Pl help me.

Seems its better to go to the stores to purchase products instead order online, if its so, please let me know the procedure to cancel the order & find out the status.

Please note that I ordered products from http://patanjaliayurved.net/
on 28 sep 2016. Order ref# 14586 and I still have not received the products to my residence in Bangalore, Karnataka. If the website cannot be diligent like Jabong, Flipkart or Amazon, they should discontinue their services and stop duping the Public. No one picks the call on their CC number[protected] and emails are not answered, I got one reply stating I will get my products but the date and delivery cannot be traced. Please declare this is a fraudulent website.

My order number is 25786. I made a transaction on 37th November 2016 through patanjali website. I received a message from paytm that your money has been debited from my account. I did't receive any confirmation mail from patanjali.

I tried connecting through patanjali customer care number but I am getting a voice saying the number dialed is wrong sometimes and sometimes no one picks the call. I am tired of calling, posting and sending emails to patanjali customer care.
I didn't receive a single response from patanjali team. please refund my money. asap!

I had ordered some product from patanjaliaurveda.net, Order Id.14615, They have send me product through overnite express tracking id. I opened a pack of patanjali multigrain dalia on November 6 with manufacturing date of 02/07/2016 and after dry roasting it in pressure cooker I added water in it and saw these small insects floating over it. I checked some dalia from rest of the dalia pack in a plate and found living insects in it. Attaching video and pictures with this. I tried calling the number given on the backside of the packet, they gave me a number to lodge my complaint. The number is going busy constantly.

This is regarding my order number 24933. I made a transaction on 3rd November 2016 through patanjali website and It did not go through as I have not received any confirmation from your side. Instead I received a message from paytm that your money has been debited.

I tried connecting through patanjali customer care number but it seems no one picks up the phone.

I am tired of calling, posting and emailing patanjali team. NO RESPONSE FROM PATANJALI TEAM SINCE YESTERDAY. please refund my money. A really bad experience with patanjali. Please take necessary action asap!

Website shows 24*7 customer care and service. Well seems like a gross misrepresentation.

Recently I purchased the patanjali alovera juice from one of the super market product batch no AVJ-93 and manufacture dated 26/09/2016

This product/juice taste like sodium, when I called customer care and informed about this issue, the response I got from them was some of the company executive will call me back, but till now i haven't received any call from them.

I don't know about the side effects of this issue, I thought of bringing into your notice for the safety of people who are using this product across the country.

Here are all the email records for my order with Patanjali.

The order has not been delivered so far even after 12 days. I am requesting them for the refund.

Reminder-2 to reverse the amount paid through HDFC Bank Credit Card at earliest. I have not received any parcel from Patanjali by DTDC till today ie 6-Nov-2016.

All the Emails are recorded for Legal action if not reversed immediately.

I cannot even track the position of this parcel sent (Tracking No D[protected].

Since I have not received any parcel till 04-Nov-2016, Kindly reverse the amount paid through my HDFC credit card at earliest before I lodge a serious complain to Consumer Court.

We bought 500 gm of patanjali honey from a patanjali authorised dealer in guddi bajar, ambikapur. The seal of the bottle was broke and has many red ants in the bottle. We are being assured by the ceo of patanjali that our products are very pure and with no impurities. But we are shocked to see the broken seal and that too with ants crawling inside.

I made a transaction in the patanjaliayurved.net and the money is debited from my bank account.But I did'nt receive any email confirmation for the order placed. And it is not displaying in my account(patanjaliayurved.net) order history and transactions tha I have made.I tried calling the customer care number but there is no response and I have sent emails for the enquiry but there is no response.

I placed order on 31/10/2016 for Rs. 682/- including taxes. My amount got deducted but my order is not confirmed and I received a message stating " We have received your Order No:24079 amounting to Rs 0. Kindy refund my amount.
Please arrange for the refund. I have tried to call their number several times but no one answers the call.

No responses for email.

Complain against the distributor of ranchi jharkhand swadesi product agency mr vermani

I am a hotel management graduate and i have started the business and patanjali is having the good branding

In my area there was no other other distributor, mr virmani is having the monopoly in the market they kept the cnf as well as the distributorship, when they have seen the in the market that product is moving they have now selling all the product to every kirana store then what is the profit to sell only patanjali product,

We have ordering lots of product but they are unable to provide me but they are providing to other kirana store,

If you want to increase the productivity than its request that patanjali kirana store get the full product on time or atleast minimum 1 km or 2 km no one can sell the patanjali product

Request you to look into this matter

I'm from Bidar district(Karnataka state).
Sir i have a shop here. Butwe are not getting enough products and some products r not getting even a single piece if we ask to the distributor he says that all products are shortage and if we enquiry the super stockist from gulbarga he have some items but our district distributor is not bringing all those item he is bringing only the main selling items. So please focus on the distribution of products rather than making a new products or advertisement. I'm saying this because u r advertising all the products and some new products which we dont have and custumors are coming to us and arguing with us and blaming you too. So please focus on the distribution of products.lastly I want to say focus on our district(Bidar(K.S)).

I bought 10 kg pack of Patanjali wheat flour, 10 kg pack. When I opened, it was having lot of flour mites. I contacted the retailer but he refused to replace it as he informed that he won't get compensation from Patanjali even for defective products. I tried customer care 1 [protected], no body responding.
Baba Ramdev also started cheating Indian Public by such poor quality products and even having no After Sales Service. Other professional companies atleast replace the faulty products.
