Bought patanjali honey 500 gram pack some days back. to my shock and surprise, there is literally sugar deposition on rim of the pack and on the inner side of the product. Patanjali is the name people trust and they adulterate there products this way fooling people is shameful. Ramdeo baba speaks so much on corruption and principles and all and where is he himself and his trust heading to? Playing with people's lives this way is mere Cheating! Its better else we consume foreign products! Atleast they are much pure then this!

I had ordered some items from http://patanjaliayurved.net/ on 28 sept. But it has not arrived till date.

Logging in to the website is very slow. Nobody answers on the Customer care number[protected]

My order number is 14856.

I request for a refund or declare this website is fradulent so that other customers do not shop from this website !!!

I will post on facebook and other social media websites if My query is not tended to immediately!!

I tried to make an order for the following items from Patanjali Website (http://www.patanjaliayurved.net) on 19th October, 2016 evening between 8:00 PM – 10:00 PM.

I paid the bill online through PayTm Wallet that was Rs. 155/- but just after the payment it showed an error and the order was not completed. I didn’t get my money back so I request you to please refund my amount back to my PayTm Wallet or process the order.

I just want to bring this issue in you notice, that one of your store which is located in Nangal raya, address :- 1657B, Aryasamaj Marg, Nangal Raya Extention, Nangal Raya, Janakpuri, New Delhi, Delhi 110046.

I have visited to purchase some products form above store, we were searching the products according to our requirement, but the owner of the shop want to sell us some other brand, and he was kind of pressurising us, when we ask why you are doing this, he has started misbehaving and said, I dont want to sell patanjali products, you just get our of my shop, and abusing words,

I am a regular user of Patanjali products. on 17th of october 2016 I purchased
a pack of Pachak Hing Peda from Ample Mart Akshay Nagar near DLF township Bangalore. When I opened the cap a foul smell starts coming from inside the pack. The dealer changed the said pack but I thought that it is my duty to lodge a complaint regarding this . You should have to look in to the matter, why this is happening in your industry.

I hope this will not happen in future.

Just bought 5 kg wholewheat atta of patanjali from Hypercity Malad Mumbai two days ago. The atta quality is awful and the rotis come out to be extremely hard and dry. In fact they taste gritty and sawdust like.
Did not expect this low quality product from such a reputed company.
The atta which i had bought around three months ago was of good quality. However this time i am sorely disappointed. Will stop buying this product now.

On Oct 7 I placed an order on line vide order no 18504.

The order has not been delivered so far and their is no intimation about status of delivery despite several e-mail reminders.

The customer care numbers are not responding.

The payment has been debited from my account.

Will somebody help to resolve?

One order #4652 is received after 1 month and i am still waiting for other order #4613.

I tried the phone number[protected] but no one is picking it up. I tried contact through the site's contact us but its not working giving error.
Also tried piyush - patanjali ayurved - online section mb : [protected] but the mobile never got picked up.

Please do the needful.

Have placed order from online portal patanjaliayurved.net. I did not receive the confirmation email. I have placed two orders on 30. Sep.16 & am totally not informed on the delivery status

It is observed that patanjali retailers are mushrooming in every nuke and corner of almost every city and there is no controlling authority to manage them, even there is no quality control on products.
Some patanjali dealers are selling other brand products also, which are look alike or have mentioned as herbal n natural.
Some non patanjali stores are selling pantajali products.
There is no guaranty of patanjali products, dealers are not interested to listen after sale, most of the stores are selling without proper bills.
If being an indian we are ready to shift to the products of made in india, we also want service and quality control, so that consumer's faith remains intact.

Hope the management of patanjali will took the matter seriously for the betterment of products and service for cosumers.

They r adding preservative as sodium benzoate in amla juice which is rich in vitamin C ..when sodiumbenzoate combines with vitamin c forming cancergenic reaction ..
.it can cause cancer and it is highly adulterated nd harmful...sodium benoate is not at all gud preservative in amla product specially injuice...stop this...save ppl and spread this among others too...stop patanjali amla juice selling ...it is harmful

I am residing in bangalore, karnataka and i ordered patantajali products from patanjaliayurved.net on 28th sep.
There has been no invoice or response from the website. Calling the toll free number[protected], nobody picks up. The website also loads very slowly and my payment has been deducted from my hdfc savings account for an amount of 445/- ref# [protected]-payupatanjaliayurved and cheque#[protected].
I need a refund or patanjali cc to reach me at my mail id or phone no.

Hi,

I purchased corn flakes on[protected] from Patanjali Chikitsalya and Store, Plot No- 10, K5, Green Park, Khatipura, Jaipur. When i opened the packed it was giving foul smell and the product can not be consumed due to the bad smell.
I complained the shop but they refused to provide any king of help. They provide a fake telephone number for complaint. I found complain number from internet and then called on [protected] but nobody responded on that number. Then i called on[protected] and my complain was so called registered and complaint number provided is 12.
TAT for resolving the complain is 7 days.

I hope i will get the resolution.

This is to inform you that my complaint ID 1391593 dt is 28th september regarding kirkari (stone ) in Patanjali atta .Atta is so bad quality that when we make chapati there is no softness its like papad...and i have seen few small stones and it is very thick aata No any action taken by patanjali till date as per above complaint id . I had ordered medicines worth Rs 260 from Patanjali ayurved website. The payment was made through Paytm. The payment was a success but I received no confirmation from Patanjali either by mail or message. And whenever I try to track the order on the website it does not show anything. The order no. was sent to me by Paytm and not patanjali.

I had order some products online for Rs. 524 on October 2nd via Paytm. The money is deducted from my wallet. However I did not get any confirmation email or SMS regarding the order. I would like to lodge a complaint against one of your Patanjali Store in Delhi. Store name is Gurunanak Store, is situated in Tagore Garden, ED Block, New Delhi. He did misbehave with me and also his behavior is very rude with other regular customers. When I reach said store, I purchase some items, then I demand for the bill, he said "250 Rs. ke saman ka bhi koi bill deta kya, lena hai lo nhi to wapas kar do, koi saman nhi milega". and then he snatched all the item from me. I was very upset at that time to face the behave like this.

My humble request to you that please take some action as per rules against this Patanjali Store Keeper.

Hello,

I had ordered some products on 27th September 2016 vide order ID: 14252 on your website. The sum of Rs. 546/- was deducted from my account. But, I still didn’t get the products from your side. In addition to this, I am unable to track the order.

Kindly suggest when the products will reach at my address. If it is not possible to send the product due to unavailability or any other reason, kindly arrange to refund the amount paid.

I purchased few items from patanjaliayurved.net of worth Rs.430 on 30th September and made the payment through PayTm wallet.

The amount was deducted from my wallet but the order was not placed. It's showing no order placed. I've already made various calls to their customer care but they are not even bothered to pick the phone. I've also mailed them regarding the problem but no response from there as well.
Kindly look into the matter. Either deliver the products or return the amount.
