Amount debited rs. 1221/- from my account against txn# 043480 on 21july2020 but not credited jharkhand bijli vitran nigam limited, therefore, please do the needful....

While making payment to jbvnl for two bills, following transactions made and deducted from my account:

Amount rs 663 tran id [protected]igaiztlxs8 dt 20.07.20
Amount rs 2376 tran id [protected]igaiztler0 dt 20.07.20

The above amount deducted from my account but is reflected in merchant account. Pls resolve...

This company deducted 5307 amount without any notification and i am not taking any product from this company

Please help me for refund this...

On 15th of july midnight, i tried to pay my electricity bill online through www.jbvnl.co.in. while doing so, my billing amount got deducted from the bank account. But there was no online receipt generated due to some error. The next day i went to the concerned jbvnl office. After enquiry, they said that my bill isn't payed yet.
