Bii no.[protected] dated 05.07.2020 for above cited bp no. Was paid on 07.07.20 vide bank of broda transaction no.[protected]/l2133_mgl/techprocess. Rs. 947.00 have been deducted from my account, whereas the bill amount is rs. 1065.00.
The mgl says they have not received any amount for the bp no. The my complaint is that, where the amount deducted rs. 947.00 has been credited? What happened & why rs. 947.00 have been deducted?
Please do needful to update the amount my bill or refund me the same at the earliest.

      While making payment to jbvnl for two bills, following transactions made and deducted from my account:

      Amount rs 2376 tran id [protected]igaiztler0 dt 20.07.20

      The above amount deducted from my account but is reflected in merchant account. Pls resolve

              University is solved this problem. our amount is reached the University bank account. Payment transaction was delayed by one day that is the problem here. Now all are solved successfully. Thank You

                    I have paid jbvnl electricity bill of rs. 19, 619 for the month of jun, 2020 through online payment mode of jbvnl website on 17.07.2020. The amount has been deducted from my Bank of india account but failed to generate confirmation receipt. The amount has not been deposited to jbvnl account, nor it has been return back to my bank account . My consumer no. PHD08017 & Bill No [protected] of sub-electricity office at Hazaribag(U). The transaction id for deducting the amount from my bank account which was received in my mobile phone is as "MEDR/TPS*JHARKHAN/962455/". I, therefore, request you kindly make the payment successful or return back the amount to my bank account as early as possible. My mail id is [protected]@gmail.com. Regards.

                      On 15th of july midnight, i tried to pay my electricity bill online through www.jbvnl.co.in. while doing so, my billing amount got deducted from the bank account. But there was no online receipt generated due to some error. The next day i went to the concerned jbvnl office. After enquiry, they said that my bill isn't payed yet.

                          Dear sir, i made a transcation on 15 july 2020, through google pay upi, for margadarsi online payment thru margadarsi website. An amount of rs. 8831 got dedicyed from my google pay but the amount did not get credited into margadarsi account.
                          The detaisl are as follows:

                          Time of transaction : 16.28
                          Google transaction id : cicagkczj73rwg
                          Amount : 8831.0

                          Pl look into it and if payment did not credited into margadarsi, pl take necessary action to return the amount to my upi no.

                              Amount debited from my SBI Rupay Debit Card was Rs.16, 785 which was same as my bill generated. Transaction ID #[protected]. I haven't received any online receipt due to the transaction error occurred. Hope this information helps. I've attached my bank statement image of the same transaction. Please resolve my problem soon. I'll be thankful to you.
