Money debited my account but not clear my tax i did'nt received any recipet but i paid total amount tax so please rectify my promblem...

      Respected sir,
      This is to inform you that on 16th july, 2020 i was trying to pay my electric bill consumer no. - hs440 sub division harmu through jbvnl.co.in. So, i paid 6137/- from my bank of india account but the transaction was failed and my money was deducted from my account. It's been 7 days i have not received a refund for the same till now. So, please look into it and do the needful.

          I made payment for my daughter's school fees on july 31 around 11:45 pm. The moment i completed transaction at my bank and clicked submit, i got message verification pending transaction-technical error. Money got debited from my bank, but didn't get credited to school

          School: amity international school, vasundhara, sector 1, ghaziabad, up
          Payment amount : rs 28, 327
          Payment date : july 31, 2020
          Payment time : 11:45 pm

          Pls explain that why error happened? Settle and close the transaction asap. Either revert money to my account or transfer to the school with confirmation of transaction id.

          I have been trying to locate your contact number. On site it is listed as[protected]. However, it is not a valid number

          I tried reaching your office number +[protected] for last 3 days. However, security guard says, office is closed. Very disappointing. Dealing in finance, how can you guys afford to so negligent of pain customers face due to your deficiency of services? Will you pay penalty to the school because of delay caused due to your payment gateway's inefficiency? Don't tell me that i might have clicked back button or other reasons. I made a transaction just before this for my other kid and it went fine.in this it failed.

              Made net bank payment of inr 52438.72 on[protected] from my account in bank of india to muthoot finance through techprocess gateway. The transaction id was[protected]. Though the amount was debited to my account, it was not credited to muthoot finance.

                On 31 July at 7 pm I have done energy bill payment rs 410 through NetBanking.vai Paynimo..from bank amount deducted and sms recieved of payment done..but from MSEDCL didn't received sms of payment received..pl send confirmation receipt or refund rs 410

                      Dear sir,

                      Today i paid amount to our capital first loan amount of rs.10882/-, amount was debited to our account and receipt shows failed transaction. I never purchased any product from paynimo mutual funds and our bank massage shows amount paid to paynimo mutual funds so please refund our amount urgently.

                        I paid msedcl power bill online via billjuction on 27/07/2020. From union bank of india. The payment was sucessfully done and trans id was (S[protected] also bank ref.                             Last night i tried to make a purchase from myntra and i made the payment of rs1599 twice. Both the times the amount got debited from my account but the transaction was unsuccessful and the order could not be placed at myntra.
                            I have been informed by my bank that the transaction was complete from their end and the amount has been debited from my account twice. They have provided the payment reference number for both the transactions which

                                    I wish to bring up to your notice that I was trying to book an FD online and paid using Paynimo -TPSL . However, when I tried to make the payment the transaction failed however the amount of INR 75000 has been debited from my account.

                                    My bank has confirmed that the Amount has been credited but beneficiary has not yet received the amount.

                                      Online upi payment was done on 26 june to maharashtra electricity board (Mahadiscom)
                                      Of rs. 2060 but bill is still showing as unpaid.

                                        Bii no.[protected] dated 05.07.2020 for above cited bp no. Was paid on 07.07.20 vide bank of broda transaction no.[protected]/l2133_mgl/techprocess. Rs. 947.00 have been deducted from my account, whereas the bill amount is rs. 1065.00.
                                        The mgl says they have not received any amount for the bp no. The my complaint is that, where the amount deducted rs. 947.00 has been credited? What happened & why rs. 947.00 have been deducted?
                                        Please do needful to update the amount my bill or refund me the same at the earliest.
