Sir, i am rituporna das of amity university lucknow. I have paid my fees on 10/07/2020, time: 10:30 to 10:35 am. The amount of ₹65000 has been debited from my a/c but the fees has not been updated on my college portal. So, kindly resolve my problem asap.

When are u going to do something about this?????

    Sir i was submitting my college fees but the amount
    Of rs. 42, 000 was debited from my account but the transaction was failed. I talked to the university but they said that they had not received the fees.

      I did online payment from my axis bank to flipkart through tech process payment gateway for an amount of irs 23748 for online purchasing. But that transaction was failed and advise for try again and money deducted from my account. The amount does not reach to flipkart. I confirmed from axis bank that the amount send to tech process account already. To get clearly, please see the below screen shot below.
      So i request tech process to refund my amount 23748 to the same debited account asap.

        Hello,

        I am kamalakar jadhav, today on 08/07/2020, i paid my fees of hdfc home amounting inr 5900 (Not a small amount), using net banking through the on line link provided by you,

        But unfortunately the amount was debited from the account and it showed an error, and the fees was not paid to the hdfc. I am trying to call your support number but it is not working.

        I also contacted the idbi bank (Which used for net banking) and they confirmed that the amount has been sent successfully.
        I have attached screenshot of failed payment and transaction id.
        Please revert the transaction because i have already paid to hdfc home

          I am student of amity university haryana. I tried paying my academic fees rs.1, 08, 510, but there occured transaction error in between, consequent to which my bank was debited with hereinbefore mentioned sum, but fees didn't reach college.

          Kindly resolve my dispute, and refund my amount to my bank account at earliest.

          It is my parent's hard earned money.

                Respected Sir, I am Arpan Sharma, today on 07/07/2020 I paid my fees amounting RS 105500 through Netbanking through Techprocess Gateway and unfortunately again the money was debited and didn't received by the University.
                It again Showed an error and this is for the second time its happening. On 05/07/2020 it had happened and the same issue is being faced again.

                    With reference to the captioned subject, it is to inform you that on 26/06/2020, i have made a payment of rs.20, 218.00 hdfc ltd. (Ref no. [protected]). But the same was twice debited to my sb account vide ref. No. [protected] and [protected] amounted to rs.20, 218.00 respectively.

                    Hence you are requested to rectify the same at the earliest and reverse the amount to my sb acount on urgent basis.
