    Hi,
    I paid for the vellore institute of technology, vellore through techprocess payment services through net banking on[protected] around 10:44 pm. The amount got deducted from my account, however, it is not paid to vit. Please help me get this done as soon as possible because i am supposed to pay my fees before 01-july-2020.

        I was trying to make an online payment of inr 8718.00 on myntra.com using my hdfc debit card for merchandise purchase on jun 18, 2020 during which the amount got debited from my hdfc account but not paid to myntra. I waited for more than 10 days but the amount is not yet credited back to my bank account yet. Please help get this done as soon as possible.               766240 is the otp for your transaction for payee - techprocess solutions ltd for an amount of rs. 1291.0 through internet banking. Do not share with anyone.

              Payment reference no : inb/[protected]

              Actually i ordered some groceries in filpcart.. But money debited 2 times in my account.. First payment goes to technoprocess solutions. Later second payment goes to filpcart..

              So i want my money back..

                      Dear sir/madam
                      Greetings!
                      A transaction having transaction i'd tech proce/[protected]/[protected] of rs. 809.44 has become failed on 5th june 2020 while i was filling a cucet university entrance form and making payment through pnb net banking. Then i have transacted again for same amount with transaction i'd tech proce/[protected]/[protected]. Which was successful. But there is no reverse any amount for failed transaction so far.
                      My registered mobile number is [protected].
                      In this regard, i have booked two complaints for reversing the amount of failed transaction. Both complaints no are a[protected] on dated[protected] & a[protected] on dated[protected].
                      Hence it is hereby requested please resolve this issue and reverse the amount of rs 809.44 on earliest.

                          I was trying to make a payment from my pnb savings account (A/c no. [protected]) to make payment of my wards tuition fees through your techprocess gateway, payable at vit, vellore.
                          However, the transaction did not complete successfully but the amount has been deducted from my account.
                          The transaction details are mentioned as below:

                          Transaction remark: techproce/[protected]/[protected]
                          Punjab national bank savings account number: [protected]
                          Transaction amount : rs 4, 69, 782.70
                          Transaction date: 22/06/2020 at 10:03pm


                          I request you to kindly look into the matter and initiate my refund as soon as possible. It is also noteworthy that i have faced the same issue through your payment gateway on 19/06/2020, it seems that there is some problem with your gateway for payment of tution fees at vit, vellore.

                                I hav made a payment, amount debited but not credited in merchant account. My merchant is rummycircle

                                When checked with indian bank they said it was successful from thier end and they gave prn payment reference number[protected] and date 20 jun time 18.28hrs
                                Attached bank statement screen shot. Please help

                                  I have made a payment to opt a course in website namely "Internshala"
                                  through paytm . The transaction details says that the amount of 1499/- is been transacted to techprocess payment service 1.
                                  The amount hasn't reached the destination i.e ; internshala and i am unable
                                  to access the request as it says payment has not been done.
                                  So, the concern is, transaction is struck at Techprocess payment service
                                  and has not reached to the required network or place.
                                  Please look at this issue and hope i get my issue resolved, either by making
                                  transacted amount to reach the destination or by refunding back to my
                                  paytm account/wallet.
                                  The reference no is ref : [protected] and it is done on june 17, 2020 at
                                  12:48 pm. Order id : [protected].
                                  Hence i request a refund of 1499/- as soon as possible.
