I had processed two online payments through tech process/ pay no to pay my electricity bill's on 20.05.2020. The money got deducted from bank but has not been credited to electricity board.
2nd attempt done today and it again shows transaction not done but money again deducted. Contacted electricity board. They informed that payment has failed.
Please advise the next course of action...

But the amount is not yet received by asianet so far.

Hi,

I have done a transaction on 20 april.2020 for cable recharge for new connection.

The transaction amount rs 2080 /- has been debited from bank account which was not credited to cable operator for new recharge. (Set box plus cable charges)

The transaction is done using upi and reference number is been attached for reference purpose

Please look into this and do the needful asap...

Today at 8.19 am(21.05.20) I had made a payment of Rs.175010.03 from union bank of India through techprocess as hostel payment of amity university. The amount was debited but not credited/showing on the amity university microsite....

I have made a purchase on 13/05/2020 to muthood finance towards my gold loan for an amount of 52200 through techprocess paynimo but the amount got debited from my bank account and the message i received is failed in payment transaction gateway. Payment was completed for HDFC bank but there’s no confirmation received for the transaction and the amount has deducted from my account....

I have made a payment to bj JBVNL of RS-1614 / through SBI card on dated[protected] for payment of my electricity bill for the month of April 2020 the amount has debited from my SBI card but not credited To JBVNL(Jharkhand bijili vitran Limited)
