    Address: Punjab national bank alleppey branch

    I had processed two online payments through tech process/ pay no to pay my electricity bill's on 20.05.2020. The money got deducted from bank but has not been credited to electricity board.
    2nd attempt done today and it again shows transaction not done but money again deducted. Contacted electricity board. They informed that payment has failed.
    Please advise the next course of action

        Yesterday i had made a payment of rs 500, towards asianet cable tv, trivandrum, kerala, with customer id aa91015992.
        I received the confirmation receipt for the same from tech process.
        But the amount is not yet received by asianet so far.
        Big cheating by you after taking my money and asianet is saying payment is unsuccessful from their end. Transaction id[protected]

          message received is as follow.

          please resolve the issue asap by crediting the same amount to my account no.

            I have done a transaction on 20 april.2020 for cable recharge for new connection.

            The transaction amount rs 2080 /- has been debited from bank account which was not credited to cable operator for new recharge. (Set box plus cable charges)

            The transaction is done using upi and reference number is been attached for reference purpose

            Please look into this and do the needful asap by crediting the amount back to my account

                          On 07.05.2020 i made a payment of rs 861.00 to jharkhnd bijli vitran nigam limited for connection no anag 1612. Through punjab national bank net banking ref no techproce/[protected]/[protected]/anag1612 but unfortunately due to server error my money was not transferred to jbvnl. And receipt was not generated. but till date no refund was made by my banker. kindly look into the matter and refund my money as soon as possible. It is more than 15 days passed.
